On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

I originally did not question the 911 reports or attacks by the Middle Eastern radicals until a few years ago, when I became involved in the 2008 Presidential campaign because of my concern for our country and the obvious corruption of both political parties. I was using the Internet for news information due to the inadequacies and bias of the Main Stream Media, when I stumbled across the video clips of World Trade Center Building 7. The more I investigated and researched the events of 911, the more questions I had. As an engineer, the video of the collapse of Building 7 was an obvious demolition. One other disturbing aspect of the 911 events was the attack on the Pentagon. I am aware that there are numerous cameras all around the perimeter of the Pentagon, as this is one of the most secure and highly protected buildings in the world, yet not one video was able to record the actual plane impact on the building? The video provided by the government is a farce and clearly is missing video frames that would obviously show a Boeing 757 hitting the building. My question is what are they trying to hide, and who exactly is trying to hide it. That's why I'm signing this petition for a further investigation of the 911 catastrophe.

Controlled demolition is the most logical explanation for the collapse of the WTC. If a fire could cause such devastation, no one would be allowed to live and work in high rises. The risk would be too high. If the official story was true, the government would be looking to blame (prosecute) the designers, architects, engineers of WTC for ineptitude.

I have 20 years post graduate experience as a structural engineer working in the offshore oil and gas, and laterally, renewable energy sectors. I have been running my own consultancy company for the last 10 years providing structural engineering services to offshore wind, wave and tidal energy projects.
The collapses of the towers appear to happen in a symmetric fashion at free fall velocity - indicating the use of demolition. Molten metal in the basement and columns sliced neatly at 45 degrees indicates the use of thermite. The collapse of Building 7 is particularly suspicious given that it was only hit by falling debris - and if was going to collapse at all - it certainly would not have been symmetrical - nor complete.Fire endurance tests with actual models failed to cause collapse. The NIST structural simulations - are not full simulations from the moment of impact to final collapse and the failure mechanisms seem to have been manually adjusted rather than relying on the pure physics capabilities of the software. The pulling forces on the perimeter columns by the sagging floors were adjusted' (NIST, 2005, p. 142) to cause yielding. A full and proper non-partisan peer reviewed set of analysis simulations has yet to be carried out. I suspect proper simulation will verify the physical model test results i.e. the buildings would not have collapsed due to aircraft impact alone.

I moved to New York on July 4th weekend of 2001 from California and got a job out of local 40 Ironworkers hall to work on the Willie B. bridge and 2 months later I got a front roll set to the biggest event in U.S. history. It was merely hit by falling debris, yet it collapsed, pancaking one level upon another. In comparison to other buildings which have toppled due to outside factors, one simply does not see the pancaking seen in the demolition of the WTC buildings. The official story is bunk!

A rudimentary knowledge of physics and in particular Newton's laws of motion is all that is needed to realize that all three collapses could not have happened as we have been led to believe. It is simply not physically possible for a structure to collapse at near-free fall speed and, at the same time, pulverize all of its concrete and steel into tiny fragments; there is not sufficient energy available to achieve both results simultaneously. A collapse at near-free fall speed would require that there be absolutely no internal resistance within the structure to hinder its acceleration under gravity. Buildings such as these are designed for combinations of extreme loads that include earthquakes and hurricanes with a sizeable factor of safety thrown in. On a calm day, for buildings with lower than full occupancy, each of the WTC towers' strength capacity was quite likely five to six times higher than that required to support its actual applied loads. Each of the plane impacts were toward the tops of each of the Towers and, of course, the buildings get very considerably stronger toward the lower levels to support the loads applied from above. For this massively strong support structure to just crumble away at near-freefall speed would have required immense amounts of explosive energy; the 'collapses', quite simply, cannot have occurred any other way! There is no doubt that there were vast quantities of extra energy applied to the structures to achieve both rapid collapses and complete destruction of their components. This energy can realistically only have come from explosive charges. Anyone who views the videos can see that the Twin Towers exploded outward and upward during their collapse, quite simply impossible in a pure collapse scenario. The chances of the three buildings collapsing symmetrically into their own footprint, at near-free fall speed, by any other means than by controlled demolition, are so remote as to be beyond even consideration. 9/11 is an event that has changed world history and the lives of millions, mostly for the worst. I do not want to sit back and pretend it was one thing, when I know with 100% certainty it was something quite different. The greatest crime of all time must be subject to the best investigation of all time!

The whole story is a complete farce. First time NORAD stood down in over 25 years on the day of 9/11. They were even doing a training exercise on the day which involved planes being used as missiles in a terrorist event. Of course when NORAD was called to the real event (9/11) they were 1 hour away from the incident, so they had no chance of intercepting the planes that were going towards the towers. Many things are off with the official story. This is the first time in history that towers have fallen due to jet fuel fires. the fires cannot burn at high enough temperature to melt steel. Even if you believe the steel melted it would have been at the top of the building and there is no way that the force from that top half of the building was enough to bring down the rest of the towers. There are multiple videos, audio files of people saying that explosions were heard at the bottom of the towers prior to them coming down. This is coming from firemen who risked their lives on the day to try to save people in the towers. This is not even thinking about the supposed 19 Saudi Arabs who managed to get through airport checking and then hi-jack two Boeing 767 planes successfully and then somehow fly those planes with hardly any experience of flying? It's like asking the first person on the street to go and fly a Boeing 767, they wouldn't have a clue how to fly it. The whole story is a complete farce and it needs to be investigated again.

On September 21 I woke up at 6:36. AM MDT with an irresistible urge to turn on the TV, in spite of the fact I had not been able to get to sleep until after 3 AM that morning. I turned on channel 9, our NBC affiliate, to the news that an airplane had been flown into one of the World Trade Center towers. As I was watching, a second plane flew into the other tower. The rest is history.

An investigation would include investigators who could interview anyone they want about anything relevant with no time pressure, or no 'buddying-up'. There are a myriad of observable events from 9/11 footage that proves without a shadow of a doubt that the official narrative is untrue. The presence of nano-thermite is a massive indicator that the official story is a lie. The speed in which the buildings pancaked (from a FIRE) does not make sense unless it was a controlled demolition. Never in the history of the world has a plane crashed into a skyscraper and caused SEVERAL buildings to collapse in free-fall acceleration. The explosions that were heard by witnesses and captured in independent video throughout the lower levels and basement is also in direct contradiction to the official narrative. The fact that a massive insurance policy was taken out directly beforehand is extremely suspicious. The fact that many prominent individuals who were known to never miss a day of work were absent on 9/11 or encouraged their employees not to come in is also HIGHLY suspicious.This was a false-flag attack that served to ignite hatred against the middle east so that we could implement a regime change and steal more natural resources/wreak more havoc on third world people. Everyone involved in this should be held accountable to the highest degree possible. There are no words to describe the disgust, pain, and unimaginable loss of life that occurred on that fateful day. Justice absolutely must prevail regardless of how long it takes or how difficult the path may seem.

I have friends in FDNY and NYPD who have off-the-record told me that they heard explosions below the building before the Towers came down. They said the explosions were so strong that it lifted up people and emergency personnel into the air so high that when they fell, they broke their legs and were injured. Others on-site said they saw the high-speed plumes of exploding dust coming out of the buildings as the buildings collapsed. Many of them have passed away from cancer due to exposure to the toxic dust. An Army friend, then stationed at the Pentagon as a nurse, indicated that there was a weird meeting being held with a few random officers in the wing that was closed due to construction. The meeting was over but the officers were not allowed to leave for a while. Then there was a huge explosion. The nurse and other enlisted staff ran to the outside of the building and asked what was going on. Some said a missile strike, some said a plane but when she saw the side of the building, there was just a burning hole, no fuselage, no tail, no wings. She has since retired from service.
