PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

Translation: After conducting many researches with a colleague at Guscetti & Tournier, SA (now known as INGENI SA), we compared the FEMA and NIST analysis and different arguments in their reports with information we researched on the internet. Fortunately, we have the internet... We were able to do many calculations based on large projects: one was a steel framed structure, and the other a steel reinforced concrete structure (10,000 tons of steel); the elasticity and redistribution of forces surprised us each time...which cannot be said of the 3 vertical collapses of WTC 1, 2 & 7!!!

Stephen Jones is a physicist from whom I have had great respect for many decades. When Stephen Jones appeared on a Tucker Carlson segment on CNN, Tucker countered Jones' observations of the near free fall of Building 7 with the remark that he could not believe that his government could have done such a thing and therefore rejected Jones' observations. Now that we live in the post Snowden age, maybe Tucker should rethink his inability to imagine that his government could do something like this. But Tucker might be right, for there is at least one other government that could have brought about the controlled demolition and this one would know how to hide the operation by involving as few people as possible.

The work of Dr. Steven E. The NIST investigations were based on unfounded or ill-referenced assumptions, and have been carried out with an unacceptable set of restrictions and a lack of professionalism. The refusal by NIST to discuss the obvious and severe issues regarding their findings incriminates them.

I encourage everyone to read the numerous books, technical reports and papers about the WTC; look closely at the photographs and videos; listen to the speakers with an open mind. Decide for yourself, and take a stand for what you believe. As a structural engineer I believe in the laws of physics and rely on them every day. - - - - After much reading and studying it is obvious that NIST, FEMA and the 9/11 Commission have all fallen short of a detailed accounting of the catastrophic collapses of the three World Trade Center buildings in Manhattan on 9/11/01. A few examples of unexplained details include the severe high temperature corrosion attack on the steel as described in Appendix C of the FEMA Building Performance Study, the complete symmetrical collapses following asymmetric structural damage and short-term fires, and the chemical signature of incendiary compounds found in the toxic WTC dust. - - - - I would really like to know why complete collapse of the twin towers became inevitable as expressed by NIST without any scientific analysis to substantiate it. Why would all 110 stories drop straight down to the ground in about 10 seconds, pulverizing most of the contents into dust and ash - twice? Why would WTC 7 fall straight down to the ground in about seven seconds the same day? It was not struck by any aircraft or engulfed in any fire. An independent investigation is justified - and necessary - for all three collapses.

I am familiar with a wide variety of evidence contradicting the official account of 9/11. In particular, I believe that currently available evidence strongly suggests that the World Trade Center towers were brought down with the use of explosives; that one of the explosives used was some form of thermite, or a thermite-like material; that building 7 (WTC 7) was brought down by explosives in a more-or-less classic controlled demolition, also including the use of thermite or a thermite-like material, in addition, possibly, to other explosives. Of particular note, as evidence, was the long burning fires and heat at the three building sites. Of particular note, as evidence, are many facts and situations that strongly suggest a cover-up of evidence pointing towards the explosive hypothesis. I believe that the NIST report on the WTC towers failed to fulfill its mandate, and included significant elements of bogus science. I believe that the NIST report on WTC 7 is inadequate, and fails to convincingly prove that the fires present prior to collapse were the cause of the collapse; that the analysis used has not been shown to be validated; and that the basic theory is a long and implausible scientific reach.

Now retired, I was born in Canada, moved to Texas in 1981, Michigan in 1985, and New York City in 1989. Gained US citizenship ca 1995. Had a variety of careers from agriculture sciences to art school recruiter and eventually spent 18 years as a manager in a non-profit that was located in WTC Tower 2 on 9/11.
I worked in Tower 2 and was in my office when the first plane hit Tower 1. I was outside, hugging the wall of Tower 2 as the second plane hit Tower 2 directly over my head. With debris raining down, I was forced to re-enter the building to find an alternate exit. As a consequence of my personal experience, I have paid closer attention than most to subsequent investigations and reports pertaining to 9/11. I do not believe that the official report as it now stands is completely accurate. For example, it has ignored and omitted significant forensic and eyewitness evidence, which has perverted its conclusions. Planes alone did not bring down 3 World Trade Center buildings; controlled explosions using thermite did. While my personal experience puts me closer to the events of 9/11 than my fellow citizens, I claim no more right to the truth than any other American; but we do deserve the truth, no matter how horrific, and no matter how many politicians and bureaucrats are brought down as a consequence. Our political class has been acting in its own interests, ignoring the interests of the populace, for far too long. If we wish to maintain our country as a sovereign nation, subject to the will of its people, the corruption in our political class must be eliminated. Getting to the truth of 9/11 would be a start.

On 9/11 2001 I witnessed online private videos being shared that were in the thousands, and on one particular video taken from across the river from NJ, just moments after the collapse of the second tower, leaving a particular massive steel column leaning hundreds of feet upward, literally turn to dust and drift away! The fact that there was not a single fighter jet for over an hour to intercept these airliners is beyond conception, and reeks of conspiracy emanating from the very top echelons of the Bush administration... there was a ''stand down'' order!

At the time of 9/11 I lived in Battery Park City in Gateway Plaza. I was in my apartment when the 1st tower was hit. Then I was outside and witnessed the 2nd tower being hit. When responders began running across the highway telling us that it was about to collapse my neighbors and I began running towards the Hudson River, about 20 or so feet from the water railings the 1st collapse began. I literally jumped into a boat with my dog, with no visibility. this was not a rescue boat but one that was parked in the marina. I will never be the same.

I watched on 9-11-2001 and it seemed so surreal at the time, then they took our right away and lied about terrorist and caused so much damage in the name of power and money. Its disgusting. I've watched a lot of shows and came to the conclusion a long while ago that it was a false flag event and I'm appalled that so many still believe the official narrative from the Gov.

During the events on 9/11 I was in 8th grade, returning to class on social studies, to discover my teacher lying on the floor in dismay at what was being presented on the television. Immediately upon viewing the news, I felt strange about what I was witnessing. The buildings were collapsing in upon themselves, not toppling, and having a broad understanding of physics I knew immediately an airplane could not cause an implosion of that magnitude. Buildings at the heights of the twin towers are designed to sway to accommodate for wind, so, at best, if an aircraft struck the upper half of the building it would have come to rest, NOT causing hundreds of floors to explode.

I was home, in Orangeburg South Carolina the morning of 11 September 2001. I was awoken by a friend who shouted to me 'we are at war, turn on the television.' I watched the supposedly 'live' coverage on the television of the destruction of the towers in New York City, and the attack on the Pentagon. And also the report of the plane crash in Shanksville, Pennsylvania. My initial reaction was to believe the accounts of the towers falling under their own power. I was also present when the television broadcast the image of building seven being demolished. Without further comment on the witness statements from the television, I can personally attest that after studiously researching the mentioned book, that the twin towers were demolished through a series of explosions. The construction of the retaining walls and the support walls all the way through the 110th floor incontrovertibly prove that the towers could not have fallen from the heights that the planes hit supposedly. They had been demolished. The construction was too solid for those towers to fall on their own power.
