PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

In my view, the vertical collapse of the Twin Towers core structures could only take place because the structures' pillars and the corner pillars in one or more of the lower floors all at once were cut by explosive charges, thereby entering the entire structures above into a free fall, gaining sufficient downward momentum to make the structures below crumble. However, I do find it hard to explain how the core steel-frame structures could disintegrate and why the disintegration happened in the same way in the two towers. To me it seems likely that in an uncontrolled collapse one or both towers would have capsized with even more catastrophic consequences. As regards WTC7, it seems obvious to me that the sudden collapse was controlled, although the videos that I've seen do not show explosions in the lower part of the building. I have not read the official reports explaining the vertical collapse of the three buildings. However, if the civil engineering community cannot deliver a proper peer-reviewed explanation of these collapses, it has a serious professional problem. Explanations of major structural failures has always been essential for progress in the design of safe structures and in the education of civil engineers. Future textbooks on the structural design of steel-frame high-rises must contain factually consistent explanations of the collaps of WTC towers - otherwise we must admit that we do not know the essential properties of such constructions when exposed to impacts and fire. Which is clearly unacceptabel for the professional community.

After studying various reports, videos, and other information, it is my opinion that the reopening of the 911 commission is warranted. The recent book written by two 911 commission leaders includes a first chapter entitled We were set up to fail. This does not do justice to the lives lost. This event was tragic and does not deserve to be clouded in unanswered questions. The pulling of building seven has to my knowledge not been explained.

If I cannot believe my own eyes, why should I believe a written report that says something else? My personal observation of the rapid descent of massive steel framed buildings in under 10 seconds on 9/11, followed by analytical observation of what I was being told by the news media as opposed to what my eyes and ears told me, resulted in my developing serious doubts about what has come to be called the official story of 9/11. I want to know why Larry Silverstein is on VIDEO RECORD stating that the WTC 7 was going to be pulled in advance of the collapse of that building. I want to know why the THREE WTC buildings collapsed symmetrically, in virtual free fall, when the official explanation given to the United States citizens and the world said that the heat of the fires resulting from jet fuel contained by the airplanes causing the building to collapse, when never in history has a steel-frame building collapsed due to jet fuel or even from a plane colliding with such a building. I want to know what was going on with the pool of molten whatever that continued to burn for MONTHS after the buildings came down and the WTC site was cleared. And I want to know why the EVIDENCE of the largest CRIME SCENE in United States history was cleared away in record time, the damaged and twisted steel shipped off to China, and why NO FORENSIC research or examination was ever done. I could continue ad infinitude. These are questions THE FAMILIES OF THOSE WHO DIED in the World Trade Centers on 9/11 would like answered. I believe it is REASONABLE to INVESTIGATE the cause of these anomalies. We are talking scientifically provable events, which differ greatly from the details of official story. In particular, I'd like to know why the NIST report is at such variance with observable fact and the laws of physics that a college freshman can recite. I believe the thousands of human beings who died on 9/11, ESPECIALLY the first responders, deserve an answer. I AM CALLING FOR AN INVESTIGATION. A real investigation. To finally tell us what HAPPENED to the THREE World Trade Centers. So we as a country of law abiding, Constitutionally guided citizens, can decide what the right course of action might be. It is clear from my own research into the matter that the government is not telling us the whole story about 9/11. This does not imply 9/11 was a government conspiracy, but it does mean that important facts are being withheld from a public that has a right to know them. I watched live on TV when the Twin Towers collapsed. I remember saying out loud after the first collapse, It looks like that building was demolished! But I didn't question the truths we were offered. It was such a huge tragedy that it was overwhelming to believe anything but what we were being told. However, over the years, I've done so much research regarding the collapse of the towers - especially Tower 7 - that I have no choice but to hang in limbo awaiting the REAL truth. Tower 7 was apparently pulled, no matter how unsure I am about Towers 1 & 2. Tower 7 was demolished. Plain and simple. Now... I want to know how and why.

I am concerned that there is no mention of WTC 7 in the 9/11 Commission Report. Recently, a high level security official who was in WTC 7 on 9/11 has recently stated to Dylan Avery of Loosing Change that he told the 9/11 Commission bombs were going off in WTC 7 before planes struck WTC 1 & 2. He also stated that the lobby contained dead bodies and was completely destroyed. 9/11 desperately needs an independent investigation.

The raging skyscraper blaze in Madrid which persisted for more than 24 hours demonstrated that Steel buildings are very strong and do not melt or collapse in the style we saw during 9/11. The WTC Building 7 collapse is particularly startling and cannot be attributed to the small fire or small amount of debris that fell upon it.

I was a electronic technician for a number of years, then I made a slight career change by working a in call center supporting laptops and personal computers. Over the years I earned some certifications and currently work for a bank as a PC Network Technician.

I've been in the computer industry for over 15 years servicing hardware and installing business/home networks. I am currently living in Costa Rica working as a Network Administrator.
When I first saw the Trade Centers collapse on live television, I turned to my father and said that building was brought down by explosives. I never accepted what the main stream media was broadcasting. I am from Las Vegas and have seen many times how buildings come down when PULLED. Those towers were all PULLED by a team of demolition experts and anyone who thinks otherwise is a complete idiot! I am living out of my own country as I have no doubt our own government murder innocent people just to invade the Middle East.
