PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

The theory that the towers came down through office fires is not plausible and incoherent. It does not agree with our knowledge of steel structures. When a scientific theory is rejected by a substantial number of your colleagues, one cannot simply ignore this and pretend to go on as usual. Within the academic world, such an attitude is considered unscientific. Within our post-911 world this attitude is primarily seen as immoral. It is clear that the people want that we stop and account for what has happened. So far, they feel this has not been done. If this is the will of the people, then there ought to be a follow-up. It is indeed a decision between going on and stopping. It is truly a paradox. When we decide to go on as usual our future will come to a halt. Yet, when we stop now and provide an account, a new and certain future will open up that is based on their trust and confidence.

From my personal education and experience, the only times buildings have fallen so gracefully was when careful thought and expertise have been in play. However, regardless of my personal opinions, the fact remains that a thorough investigation was never fully conducted or completed. The 'official' cause of destruction was full of inconsistencies and defiance of the laws of physics. The collected evidence points to different conclusions and those need to be released. The people deserve to know the truth.

I have a degree in civil engineering with an emphasis on structural engineering from Santa Clara University in the Silicon Valley. So I have over 300 serious questions some at a high level Construction based query and some general questions relating to works and dealings that went on before the collapses. However many questions I may have does not give me faith in the system that was in place and predetermined to bring these asbestos laden buildings down and break every single record in the building and construction record books, my problem goes deeper. We knew about asbestos in the 60's. Why were these giant buildings ever allowed to be laden in asbestos at the time when we knew about cancerous fibers?

I watched live on TV when the Twin Towers collapsed. I remember saying out loud after the first collapse, It looks like that building was demolished! But I didn't question the truths we were offered. It was such a huge tragedy that it was overwhelming to believe anything but what we were being told. However, over the years, I've done so much research regarding the collapse of the towers - especially Tower 7 - that I have no choice but to hang in limbo awaiting the REAL truth. Tower 7 was apparently pulled, no matter how unsure I am about Towers 1 & 2. Tower 7 was demolished. Plain and simple. Now... I want to know how and why.

My research into the truth behind 9/11 began when I came across alleged audio from flight 93 and was intrigued by the calmness of the call. The law of objects falling through the path of least resistance - how could it be possible to drop a quarter from the top of the WTC, having to fall through nothing but wind resistance, and have it fall at the same speed the buildings fell through A LOT of resistance?

I am concerned that there is no mention of WTC 7 in the 9/11 Commission Report. Recently, a high level security official who was in WTC 7 on 9/11 has recently stated to Dylan Avery of Loosing Change that he told the 9/11 Commission bombs were going off in WTC 7 before planes struck WTC 1 & 2. He also stated that the lobby contained dead bodies and was completely destroyed. 9/11 desperately needs an independent investigation.

The raging skyscraper blaze in Madrid which persisted for more than 24 hours demonstrated that Steel buildings are very strong and do not melt or collapse in the style we saw during 9/11. The WTC Building 7 collapse is particularly startling and cannot be attributed to the small fire or small amount of debris that fell upon it.

I've been in the computer industry for over 15 years servicing hardware and installing business/home networks. I am currently living in Costa Rica working as a Network Administrator.
When I first saw the Trade Centers collapse on live television, I turned to my father and said that building was brought down by explosives. I never accepted what the main stream media was broadcasting. I am from Las Vegas and have seen many times how buildings come down when PULLED. Those towers were all PULLED by a team of demolition experts and anyone who thinks otherwise is a complete idiot!
