PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

I was a registered Architect in the State of California from 1970 until 1997 when I retired and moved to Maine. I had my own Architectural practice in San Diego for about 25 years, before which I was a head designer and Architect for SGPA Architects, and Mosher, Drew Architects in San Diego, California.
There is very little question in my mind that the collapse of all three WTC buildings was the result of planned controlled demolition based on the evidence that has been presented. Most importantly, all three buildings came down at nearly free-fall speed directly into their footprints, molten iron with traces of sulfur and magnesium were found underneath the rubble of all three buildings weeks after 9/11, and nano iron spheres and unexploded thermatic material has been found throughout the dust at numerous locations. This must be re-investigated based on all of the newly discovered, and the 911 commission report omitted evidence. Three thousand innocent people died that day, and to date, nearly that many have now died as a result of breathing the toxic dust produced by these murderous acts. Congress, we demand an new independent investigation with full subpoena power.

I am a scientist and engineer. My BS degree is in electronics engineering. I work with analytical instrumentation used to measure elements and chemical compounds. (Gas Chromatography, Liquid Chromatography, Mass Spectrometers, Atomic Absorption Spectrometers, and Inductively Coupled Plasma- Atomic Emission Spectrometers.) These instruments are used in water, food, pharmaceutical, petrochemical, forensic, military, environmental, and university research laboratories. Currently, there are 2,800 architects and engineers, and over 20,000 US citizens that have signed a petition requesting the US government to reinvestigate the events that occurred on 9/11/2001. (Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth.) These architects, engineers, and US citizens assert that the official report of what occurred that day is not supported by the evidence. They are simply requesting that the details surrounding the events of that day be investigated properly. The fact that the US mainstream media has not examined and reported these assertions shows that the news we receive from mainstream media is incomplete, and therefore unreliable. The details and assertions of the petition are articulated in many books, and videos. These include the presence of molten metal and incendiary material, near perfect symmetric destruction of three steel and concrete buildings, and near free fall collapse. There are also many other questions about the events that occurred on 9/11 including how a passenger plane got through a 50 mile no fly zone and was able to crash into the defense headquarters for the Unites States of America with the military on high alert. No clear picture has been released of the plane that was able to crash into the defense headquarters for the United States of America. All together these facts prove that the official version of 9/11 is incomplete. There are also numerous other organizations that question the official version of events that occurred on 9/11. These include Pilots for 9/11 Truth, Scholars for 9/11 Truth, and Firefighters for 9/11 Truth.

The structural members would normally resist the forces of the floors above UNLESS they were destroyed by means far greater than heat produced by burning jet fuel. Structural collapses are typically slow to start and are not as uniform as collapses resulting from controlled detonations, which is likely the cause of these collapses.

It was apparent to me from the day of 9/11 that the buildings did not fall due to catastrophic failure initiating from the impact by jet planes. If the towers had fallen due to anything but a controlled demolition, they would have taken out several city blocks and most adjacent buildings would have also been taken down by the towers. Engineers and architects know this, which is why explosives are used to bring down large structures in densely populated areas.

Another question that came to mind, being a former Navy pilot and knowing SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) for hijacked aircraft, was where were the interceptors? That is a question that has never been adequately explained, to my knowledge.

I remember the day when the towers collapsed and i watched it all through the tv. It was just one big shocking media circus. Out of emotion, at first it all seemed to be a hostile terrorist attack, but then quickly reasoning stepped in. Captured airplane loose for so long, in americas propably most monitored and defenced city? And then came the less visual but equally absurd stuff like the Pentagon hit and WTC-7 (which nobody apparently felt like explaining or even videotaping enough). There's no bodies, no furniture no nothing in the rubble but they found the PASSPORT of our favorite planesman? Let the hunt begin. WTC was horrible with thousands of innocents getting killed, trip to the middle east UNTHINKABLE with millions losing their lives and for what? Every country has more or less their own dirty secrets, but this is by far the most dangerous coalition there is. If we don't now unspun the disgusting web of lies, then soon enough we'll enter the cold nuclear war once more, and then there's no turning back. Game over for our planet earth and great civilizations.

The collapse of the NYC WTC Twin Towers and associated buildings (I had been on the observation deck of one of the towers on two separate recreational occasions while visiting NYC) have an apparent and obvious mystery compared with other steel framed buildings that have suffered fire or other damage. I agree it is absolutely unreasonable to believe these sound structures could fall to the ground at near free fall acceleration rates, not to mention WTC7's failure which did not sustain similar and significant damage. We deserve to know the truth about what happened on 9/11/2001.

The WTC towers fell at free-fall speed, as though the buildings dissolved without a single iota of resistance. Everywhere on the site there are examples/evidence of melted, molten metal, which jet fuel can not burn nearly hot enough to produce. WTC7 looks exactly like a controlled demolition to me.

On 9/11 I was listening to NPR [hadn't found KPFA yet] when my daughter said - turn on the TV. I saw the second plane hit. I listened and assumed that what they were saying on the TV was the truth. I am a US citizen living and working abroad for an international organization.
I am convinced that the collapses of the three towers were caused by controlled demolition. The official explanation does not explain the collapse of WTC7 which was not hit by an airplane. The two towers which were hit by airplanes fell at free-fall speeds into their own footprints. Such free-fall into a building's own footprint is only possible when the supporting structures are entirely shattered, which can only occur with explosives. This was a great crime against property and people which was magnified further when it was used as the excuse for undertaking two wars against other nations and demonizing an entire race of people. We must get to the bottom of this and make known to the world what really happened, who the true perpetrators of this crime really were, and bring these people before the law to be charged and punished for their crimes. Only then might our nation someday be forgiven for the atrocities which we perpetrated on the world in the name of 9/11.

From day one, I thought the official story did not add-up. They must have had advanced warning -- we have satellites! Nothing made sense. I didn't believe that people were jumping from the buildings. When I saw David Ray Griffin at Madison, WI on CSPAN in 2005 and read his two books, my eyes were opened. Then, someone gave me a Steven Jones' 9/11 Revisited: Scientific and Ethical Questions (2006) DVD. It made sense to me. My then 84 year old mother didn't want to watch this DVD presentation. But, when she started to hear it played from another room, she came in to watch it, sat down and her jaw dropped as she continued to watch the entire DVD. I think Richard Gage's two hour DVD presentation is a masterpiece and I would like to see it on POV on PBS. I think David Chandler's 5+ min. presentation that just repeats the exploding tower over and over again is very effective showing the pulverized concrete, etc. and steel beams being ejected sideways at the very top and I would like to see that as a PBS short. When I saw the flung steel beams embedded in buildings across the street it really gave me pause. I've sent these DVD's to my local PBS stations. It seems that when people see something on TV, they give it more weight. While taking an education course, I learned that most people need to have an intial exposure to a new concept to lay the groundwork and a subsequent exposure for the concept to take root, i.e., a new concept needs time to sink-in and repetition to understand; people need an initial exposure, followed by repetition before they are willing to accept a new concept -- such as what really happened on 9/11 -- because the truth is horrible to believe.

I have since compared the footage to DOZENS of videos of controlled demolitions, and the likeness is uncanny. Too uncanny. It did not take long for me to get into contact with MANY others who had the same concerns that I did, which were not thoroughly explained by the official 9/11 Commission Report.

Lakes of molten steel at the base of all three towers, unexploded nano-thermite found in the dust, ignored credible eyewitness accounts of explosions just before and during the collapses, steel columns cut diagnally by something that melted them, almost freefall speed and symetrical collapses. These Terrorists really did their homework. I don't beleive they were Al-Qaeda. It is time to examine who did it and find out. We haven't had that opportunity, yet. My formal education is in architecture/engineering but over the passing years I have become more and more interested in computer science and network engineering--which I now do for a large bank in Chicago.
For these collapses to not be at least PARTIALLY (if not totally) attributable to controlled demolition is an affront to the knowledge and trade of architecture, factual evidence, and physics itself! Let us hope that the truth shall certainly set this conspiracy free once and for all.

After a lot of research on the 911 attacks I believe that the WTC buildings, the twin towers and WTC 7 were brought down in a controlled demolition. Due to viewing a lot of witness testimony including state officials, it is most certain that the buildings were rigged with explosives prior to the planes colliding into the buildings. Most definitely WTC 7 came down in a controlled demolition fashion around 7 hours after the twin towers, and no plane crashed into this specific building. Heaps of witnesses heard explosions and these explosions showing the windows blowing out simultaneously are visible from the actual video footage on September 11 2001. This occurred before the twin towers actually collapsed.

Having not even questioned the events on 9-11-01 until 2006 I have spent many hours on the subject. Seeing that which could not be possibly true was not too difficult or consuming, but seeking the truth and getting others to see that which is wrong with so much of what is falsely perpetuated in regards to the events that day has proven exponentially difficult in comparison. All I urge is for people to take focus on what's been proven false, what's been proven true, and then tread lightly on what's been proven more probable while searching for more truth in the matter, but be darn careful if not entirely avoidant of the more drastic speculations for we know not what the truth will hold, and given the amount of truth hidden from us there still lays a great many possibilities to the grander truths within even if much of the current evidence suggests some plausible inductive arguments.
