PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

Building 7 is the most glaring example of an inside job. It looks exactly like all the buildings we have seen demolished using controlled demolition. Simple observation of the falling of the towers shows typical characteristics of controlled explosive demolition. Even if it had been possible to melt the structural steel on the upper floors from fuel burning, which is doubtful, it is highly likely, virtually certain, that the upper sections of the towers would have toppled intact, leaving the lower sections standing.

The light shed upon the events of 9/11 by Steven Jones, David Ray Griffin and others like them suggest most strongly that our government's version of the cause of what happened on that fateful day is far from the truth. Further, our government's continued refusal to satisfactorily answer questions about obvious conflicts in their version of causes and its refusal from the onset to allow a full and open investigation of these causes by an impartial and empowered body strongly suggest that certain elements in the current administration were complicit in facilitating the events of 9/11 as well as engaging in a cover-up of that complicity thereafter. Lacking a full and open investigation for cause it is highly unlikely that the truth can ever be proven.

I find the official narrative of symmetrical structural collapse of WTC 1 & 2 as a consequence of being struck by airliners and subsequent contents fires, and the collapse of WTC 7 solely as a consequence of contents fires to be unpersuasive, nor does it account for the energy required to produce the blanket of extremely fine dust containing nanothermite which spread over lower Manhatten, nor does it account for the thousands of minute particles of human remains found on the rooftops of neighboring buildings. Much is yet to be revealed.

I'm convinced there are multiple indications that the buildings were deliberately brought down in engineered destruction. In my opinion the towers were brought down by removal of the core structure using mainly the nonconventional cutting charges consistent with the properties and the relative amount of the remains and residues of the nanothermite material discovered by Harrit et al. in the dust samples. I believe the whole installation of the charges, if well planned in advance, could be made by a team of ~10 people in each of the towers during one extended working shift. In the case of WTC7 I believe the David Chandler's analysis strongly implies the onset of the destruction was made by explosive removal of at least several whole lower floors and the rest of the destruction was gravity/momentum driven as in the cases of conventional controlled demolitions.

The official conspiracy theory of how and why the three Buildings collapsed cannot be true using the parameters of the laws of physics and sheer common sense. If fires cause a collapse it would be assymetrical, only partial, and only after prolonged fire. Instead, the Towers collapsed at almost free fall speed, into their own footprint. Also, there were pools of molten metal left behind for weeks afterward which cannot be explained by the official story. There has been no official scientific investigation into these three collapses which surely should have been undertaken. The NIST report is flawed and relies on computer simulated models, ie: non scientific conjecture and leaves out the existence of the inner core columns. Building 7 is mostly ignored and is particularly problematic for the official version as it was not hit by a plane, was not the closest building to the Twin Towers, and was reported to have collapsed by the BBC before it actually did. The whole area should have been treated as a crime scene and all the debris etc. should have been carefully stored to avoid contamination of samples, and thoroughly analyzed. Even the 9/11 Commisioners now state that they were not told the truth. Tapes released in 2006 showed that NORAD had told the commission a different story to the actual tapes of 9/11. Documents released (2009/10) under freedom of information act proved that the Bush administration deliberately obstructed the commission. It was only lobbying by the 9/11 families (the Jersey Girls) that Bush instigated the Commission, which was given a pittance compared to the millions spent on investigating Clinton's sex life. The commission did not have subpoena powers or full access to all relevant documents. Many witnesses were never called or their testimony was ignored, including fire fighters, first responders, survivors, such as Barry Jennings, Phillipe Davide, William Rodriguez, the latter two report explosion in the basement of the North Tower before the first plane hit, which injured Mr Davide. Philip Zelikow (A Bush insider) practically wrote the conclusion of the commission report. Any witness whose story told a different scenario to the one already decided upon was therefore ignored, showing the bias of the Commission from the start and the Jersey Girls/9/11 families felt totally betrayed. Many intelligence agecy members have become whistle blowers and say that the Bush admin had multiple, specific warnings about 9/11 and the likely targets but did nothing to stop the hijackers (some were known to the FBI) or the attacks. In fact standard operating procedures were scrapped just before 9/11. As 9/11 has been used to justify war and erosion of our civil rights, it is imperative to support the 9/11 families/survivors/firefighters/pilots/FBI and CIA whistle blowers/architects/campaigners and many others, to demand a fully independent reinvestigation with subpoena powers and a scientific evaluation using actual scaled down models not computer simulations. Upon graduation from Western Washington College of Education (now known as WWU) I went to work as a Food & Drug Inspector GS-7, in fact the first to be hired at that level in Seattle District. In 1967, for personal family reasons and because I had become increasingly unhappy with FDA decisions, policies etc. I resigned as a GS-11. Then I worked as a computer programmer at Boeing on the SST program for one year before leaving to become Quality Control manager at a small Seattle drug and vitamin repacker/manufacturer which happened to be in trouble with FDA and under injunction due to a labeling mix up. By the time I left, seven years later, ownership and management had changed 3 times, I kept them out of further trouble, and got the FDA injunction lifted. After a brief sabbatical I went to work at Seattle Center as a janitor, worked there 20+ years, mostly as lead janitor at the Opera House.
Many of us think that the collapse of the towers and WTC7 looked and acted like a controlled demolition. Then there is the famous Silverstein comment regarding the pulling of Building 7. Finally, the two TV networks' announcements of the collapse of WTC 7 about 20 minutes before it actually happened and with the building clearly visible behind the BBC reporter.

I am a visual artist, musician, and martial artist. I am a web designer by trade. I was actually working at a concrete plant fabricating concrete prison bunks in Atlanta on 9/11. I knew something was very wrong immediately after talking to my father (Architect Mark Newdow) that day. He was so angry, and convinced that there would be swift retaliation. I believe we are witnessing an incredible phenomena the likes of which the world has never seen at this magnitude. Basically, a global plot for world domination, paired with the global awakening of a new level of consciousness. It is quite amazing, and I estimate it will prove to be a miracle beyond our wildest imagination. Meanwhile, this phenomena is increasingly evident. The closer you get to the truth, the more aggressive the reaction of the person in disbelief. This is the phenomena. I find it unbelievable, and amazing. It is really genius if you consider it. Disgusting, fanatical, lunacy driven, totally mad, genius. This is what they have done. Just consider. If people will just adopt this idea that Osama is responsible early on, they will never be able to change their mind, no matter what you do. Why? Well, it is the stubborn nature of society. Not, man. The Politician doesn't govern man directly. He/She governs indirectly. It is . . . social control. So. . . the REAL perpetrators know that society will not be able to say We were wrong. Even one person is difficult to bring this change. If I want to convince you there are a thousand and one methods. Socrates has invented a method to ask a question instead. The Buddha has repeated everything thrice. He has told his parable in three different ways. Repeating the same thing over, and over, and over again, but in different words maybe. (that was an example <----). So the Masters, are trying throughout history, to develop a way to let someone down easy. Why? It is so obvious: Who wants to be wrong? Hitler? Mussolini? Cheney? Greenspan? Who will take the blame for being wrong? No one will want this. Do you understand? No one will EVER want this. Now you are asking the whole society to be wrong. JFK is asking us for help from the grave. Listen to the speech from 1961 again. He is asking us to be wrong, in his own Master's way. He is begging you. He is your king, and he is begging YOU for mercy. It is totally reverse from reality. This is his method. It is the greatest method, called reverse psychology. Now, I have told you a number of ways what is happening. I have called it a phenomena, because I like the mysterious sound, and curiosity that it contains. To anyone with open eyes it must be very curious indeed, as it is to me. I will be happy to share in any discussion surrounding this topic. I think we can figure this out pretty easily actually. I have solved the Rubik's cube in two weeks with help from the internet resources. This challenge is not even that great. If you are a Master, which there are many here in this glorious time! Consulting with engineering friends, the fall of WTC 1 and 2 was too clean and without resistance - the towers fell in free-fall. WTC 7 collapsing by fire damage is a poor excuse for the physical evidence. Also to my knowledge, fire insurance for steel structure buildings did not soar after WTC 7 fell, a sure sign the industry was not impressed by the Bush report.

After watching Richard Gage's explanations - I've heard earlier of the allegations, but not that thoroughly supported by evidence - what follows is a void - whom to believe today? We normal people are as innocent as medieval peasants who heard something from neighbors, in high-tech 21st century and all its communication achievements. The mightiest nation in the world is able to fool its people and the rest of the world without even the crude weaponry used in North Africa against the green rebellion, like cutting the internet and mobile providers, sending rogue killer troops on horseback and motorcycles, snipers or a whole army against their own people. Nor like in China, with massive repression, IT-firewalls the size of the Chinese Wall or death penalty and 'disappearances' for protesting. Nothing alike. Just by internal repression (I assume), bribe and repetition of lies - in a free country (and similarly free associates around the world). Amazing. Hollywood life. In a free country. We shouldn't forget to use that freedom. Thank you USA for liberating us Germans from the 3rd Reich, so I could grow up in a free country - it may be time your allies returned the favor. To give you my vote is all I can do for now. I would love to one day see how this big stage works, who writes the scenarios, who guides them and ultimately - how they manage to keep their secrets without too much violence (??). Conspiracy? I don't believe. It's a concoction of greed, power, cunningness and cowardice. Nothing new to humans - just how well it works.

I find it inconceivable that the 3rd building fell the way it did, it was inadequately investigated and many other questions are troubling. Why were there demolition chemicals found in the 9/11 dust for example?

The report that was released was not good enough. In fact it was trash and a bald faced lie. We all want the truth. Steel melting at a temp of 1500 - 1700 f. That doesn't happen. Dimples at the top of Building 7. Please . PLEASE, I beg of you. Investigate this. For everything America stands for, PLEASE.

From comparing the news footage I've seen and listening to the accounts of professionals talking on the matter of the 9/11 attack (some of whom have died mysteriously), I am very suspicious of how the news of the disaster has been portrayed (or controlled) in the media.

Scientists always should test any *legitimate* theory. The overwhelming evidence suggests that a fire induced steel structure collapse could not have occurred without a mechanism to turn a rigid structure into a viscous free form collapse. Sounds like a broken record but building 7 could NOT HAVE fallen into its own footprint at free fall speed without complete structural support failure.

I was quite disturbed to learn how ridiculous was the official NIST investigation. The WTC devastation being so complete seems to me counter intuitive for structures intended to withstand the forces of gravity, and other stresses. I expect that there would be very large intact sections. While not obvious to me at the time, now it does seem improbable that the Buildings could collapse so quickly and suddenly. How is it possible that a building could be designed such that a collapse of such magnitude would be possible even with structural review and approval? Was Engineering from the 60's and 70's so inadequate? I think not.

I was 19 years old the day the Towers were destroyed by an American military coup. When I woke I thought the Russians were invading. However, shortly after waking, my girlfriend informed me of the news report and immediately I knew something was not right.
I had never heard of planes vaporizing or a 747 going unnoticed in a city full of people. The explanation (if it can be called that) was as well written as the Twilight series. In short, if you're not under the age of 12 you, like me, know something far more horrifying happened that day changing our foreign and domestic policies. Because of this change in behavior, it is pivotal that the facts leading up to those events of 9/11 be brought to light and examined, judged and the responsible parties punished. America must also restore it's security, and all legal precedents back to pre 9/11 standards.

I'm an Information Security Analyst who's concerned that the 9/11 Commission Report fails to address significant, manifold items of evidence, and that these failures and our (as citizens) failure to correct them, represent an ongoing threat to the United States, both with regards to its people and physical infrastructure, and to the civil liberties which our Constitution guarantees. The continued government secrecy and apparent cover-ups regarding the attacks represent a pathology that's been growing since and before 1963, which threatens the very soul of our nation.
I find evidence concerning the collapse of WTC 7 particularly revealing of the incomplete nature of the findings of the 9/11 Commission, along with several other significant evidentiary items, that I feel demand further official and independent inquiry.
