PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

I support a new independent investigation. The way the WTC twin towers fell vertically looks like a demolition with explosives rather than an asymmetrical collapse as would happen with a plane crash. It defies physics for the buildings to have fallen this way and at the duration of free fall. WTC 7 needs further investigation as well because one column failure does not make sense with collapse of the entire building or the way it fell. Again it appeared as if all supports had been demolished at regular intervals at free fall speed which looks like a controlled demolition.

After watching Richard Gage's explanations - I've heard earlier of the allegations, but not that thoroughly supported by evidence - what follows is a void - whom to believe today? We normal people are as innocent as medieval peasants who heard something from neighbors, in high-tech 21st century and all its communication achievements. The mightiest nation in the world is able to fool its people and the rest of the world without even the crude weaponry used in North Africa against the green rebellion, like cutting the internet and mobile providers, sending rogue killer troops on horseback and motorcycles, snipers or a whole army against their own people. Nor like in China, with massive repression, IT-firewalls the size of the Chinese Wall or death penalty and 'disappearances' for protesting. Nothing alike. Just by internal repression (I assume), bribe and repetition of lies - in a free country (and similarly free associates around the world). Amazing. Hollywood life. In a free country. We shouldn't forget to use that freedom. Thank you USA for liberating us Germans from the 3rd Reich, so I could grow up in a free country - it may be time your allies returned the favor. To give you my vote is all I can do for now. I would love to one day see how this big stage works, who writes the scenarios, who guides them and ultimately - how they manage to keep their secrets without too much violence (??). Conspiracy? I don't believe. It's a concoction of greed, power, cunningness and cowardice. Nothing new to humans - just how well it works.

Scientists always should test any *legitimate* theory. The overwhelming evidence suggests that a fire induced steel structure collapse could not have occurred without a mechanism to turn a rigid structure into a viscous free form collapse. Sounds like a broken record but building 7 could NOT HAVE fallen into its own footprint at free fall speed without complete structural support failure.

I was quite disturbed to learn how ridiculous was the official NIST investigation. The WTC devastation being so complete seems to me counter intuitive for structures intended to withstand the forces of gravity, and other stresses. I expect that there would be very large intact sections. While not obvious to me at the time, now it does seem improbable that the Buildings could collapse so quickly and suddenly. How is it possible that a building could be designed such that a collapse of such magnitude would be possible even with structural review and approval? Was Engineering from the 60's and 70's so inadequate? I think not.

I was 19 years old the day the Towers were destroyed by an American military coup. When I woke I thought the Russians were invading. However, shortly after waking, my girlfriend informed me of the news report and immediately I knew something was not right.
I had never heard of planes vaporizing or a 747 going unnoticed in a city full of people. The explanation (if it can be called that) was as well written as the Twilight series. In short, if you're not under the age of 12 you, like me, know something far more horrifying happened that day changing our foreign and domestic policies. Because of this change in behavior, it is pivotal that the facts leading up to those events of 9/11 be brought to light and examined, judged and the responsible parties punished. America must also restore it's security, and all legal precedents back to pre 9/11 standards.

I'm an Information Security Analyst who's concerned that the 9/11 Commission Report fails to address significant, manifold items of evidence, and that these failures and our (as citizens) failure to correct them, represent an ongoing threat to the United States, both with regards to its people and physical infrastructure, and to the civil liberties which our Constitution guarantees. The continued government secrecy and apparent cover-ups regarding the attacks represent a pathology that's been growing since and before 1963, which threatens the very soul of our nation.

I am simply a citizen in search of the truth. To coin a phrase: There is something rotten in Denmark. I think that the Federal Government at least KNEW about the 9/11 attacks ahead of time, with enough time to evacuate all those poor souls who died there, including, but not limited to, the first responders who also died there, but , I feel in my bones, THAT THEY WERE SOMEHOW IN CAHOOTS with the actual perpetrators, and that they MIGHT have even planned it and used the mostly Saudi Arabian (an ALLY of the USA) perpetrators as dupes in a far more sinister and disturbing plot to light a fire under the American populous, who, rightly outraged and frightened at this wanton attack on our INNOCENT men, women and even, unfortunately, children of, in my humble opinion, the greatest country that the world has ever known. The true purpose of lighting this fire under the American populous was to influence public opinion in such a way as to allow, if not ENCOURAGE, the greatest loss of personal liberty, privacy and even freedom, since Abraham LINCOLN, who I, as an African-American citizen of this country, hold in very high regard for ending slavery and holding the Union together, dispensed with The Writ Of Habeas Corpus during the civil war. Lincoln's decision and actions were done in the gravest of circumstances and the stakes were very high: keeping our grand union of states from falling back into a confederacy and discord, which our enemies of the time would have used to great advantage, as we would not have the COMBINED might of ALL of the USA's military forces united and focused against our enemies of the time, who would surely have picked us as clean as the cotton bolls my direct ancestors were FORCED TO PICK for their MOSTLY WHITE slave owners. Our response to 9/11 was, to be polite, a knee-jerk reaction, predicated on fear of an entire creed, those who follow the mostly non-violent religion of Islam. It was used to DRASTICALLY increase the military/industrial complex; do away with a LOT of the freedoms we used to take for granted; and target the above mentioned group, American citizens who practice the faith of Islam (Muslims), with onerous as well as degrading treatment such as: profiling and detention by the police (truly a PARA-MILITARY group); permanent placement on terrorist no-fly lists, thus limiting their right to travel except by the most crude of means; and humiliating treatment at the hands of their, formerly friendly and respectful neighbors and friends, such as beatings, grafittiing of their property (which, to add injury to insult, they, in many communities were forced by community upkeep regulations to remove the blatantly racist graffiti at their own cost). This was all done to supply our nations addiction to one thing and one thing only, not justice (read: revenge) but to OIL AND OTHER PETROLEUM PRODUCTS, which have become the major underpinnings of almost ALL of our chemical and manufacturing industries. THIS is the reason why. Truly as shameful a time of our history as the slavery of Abraham Lincoln's day...

I couldn't believe what I was seeing at the time and was in shock. However, even then I knew from common sense that building 1, 2 and 7 shouldn't have fallen. In fact, I said to my mother (now deceased) why did the buildings fall? (Building 1 and 2) I had never heard of any hi-rise building callapsing because of fire ever! Then later on I learned building 7 had also fallen and when I saw the footage it looked exactly like a controlled demolition like I've seen on television in Las Vegas after bringging down a casino or something.

I have taken and passed a physics for scientists and engineers course at UC Berkeley.
I doubted all previous theories challenging the official story, and considered all of them to be politically motivated. This website offers extremely valid scientific evidence that, in my opinion, proves the official conspiracy theory to be false, OR at the very least lacking many of the relevant facts. Building 7 was clearly demolished by explosives. The other two Towers show very similar characteristics to the Building 7 destruction. Also clear: there are many people involved in the cover up of the real story. I have my opinions that are not relevant to the first step that must be taken: a REAL investigation in a REAL courtroom with REAL witnesses with an Unbiased judge and jury. In conclusion, I find the previous handling of 9/11 to be unconstitutional.

Only recently (2011) started questioning the official story about how the Buildings were brought down. I'm am also very worried about the apparent paper thin facade about who or what hijacked the planes. There are too many unanswered questions left and many of the answers we get have no or next to no backing evidence.

I have serious doubts about the official story concerning the collapse of the World Trade Center towers and Building 7. After reviewing the evidence I firmly believe that there is more that happened to cause the collapse of the towers than just the aircraft crashing into them.

The way those three skyscrapers came down (symmetrically through the path of greatest resistance, admitted free fall acceleration in WTC7) implies that the towers were prepared previously. This falsifies the official theory of a surprise attack by Muslims.

I remember watching the event unfold on TV and seeing some of the steel columns sliced off at an angle. Multiple people the day of the event used the words pull it with reference to Building 7. The whole official story stinks of conspiracy. No matter who caused this event, it was a crime scene, and deserved a proper investigation.

The physical and anecdotal evidence for the destruction of the Twin Towers and Building 7 by some means other than the official cause seems logical to me. The abundance of engineering, architectural, demolition, and first-responder expert opinion about the possible cause of the destruction carries much more weight with me than any of the official reports that have been created.

I was at the University of Missouri-Columbia on Sept. 11th, 2001 studying the Computer Science when the WTC buildings were brought down. I obtained a B.A. in Computer Science with a minor in Mathematics from the University.
It's painfully obviously that all three WTC buildings to come down that day were brought down intentionally, by means of controlled demolitions. It's a true injustice to the American people that there has not been a public, thorough, deep investigation into the events leading up to, on, and after 9/11/2001. I watched the NIST explanation on NOVA still ignorant of the Towers' construction. I watched every piece of video and film I could find on 9/11. Almost obsessing about it at times. The more I learned the more I became convinced.
