PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

I'm an aerospace engineer. This isn't just a conspiracy theory. The engineering of how WTC 7 fell is absolutely impossible. When I say absolutely I mean the numbers are 1 in a trillion likely. This is the only steel building to ever fall from fire alone in the history of humanity and that's because it wasn't really only fire. It had 26 columns. The fire would have had to melt all 26 columns within a second of each other in order to create the engineering situation that takes the building to the ground at the speed of freefall gravity meaning no resistance from the support beams while falling. This is not a conspiracy theory.....it is scientific fact. Who did it and why we may never know.... it was absolutely without a doubt brought down by demolition at 5 o'clock pm on 9/11.

I earned both a Bachelor and a Master of Civil Engineering degree back in the early 90's. I did leave the field in the late 90's and have not returned to it. As far as being licensed, I do possess E.I.T. certification. At the time of the catastrophe, I did wonder why neither the USACOE nor the ASCE did not demand to investigate the site and take tests and samples, etc.., this being an unprecedented case for study in the field of Civil Engineering.

The explanation given for WTC7 is not sufficient. The report must give detailed explanation that is independently verified. 1. Office fires melting Steel support beams is not a theory that was independently verified. 2. The theory that all support beams failed concurrently from the office fires has not been independently verified. 3. The entire structure was completely destroyed leaving no intact stub. This means that the melting was applied uniformly to the structure at all levels. The theory that office fires could uniformly melt the support structures has not been independently verified. 4. The official report is incomplete because super-thermite was found in the dust from the WTC yet it was not accounted for in the report. 5. The official report is incomplete because testimony of explosions were ignored or thrown out. 6. The official report is incomplete because molten steel at the crime scene was not investigated. 7. The official report is incomplete because the investigation illegally discarded crime scene evidence including structural debris before it was investigated and documented.

I have always shared the opinion with the initial observers of the events that it looked like a controlled demolition on all three accounts. I've never felt any official explanations remotely compelling. I originally began a career in architecture and civil engineering, mainly working on bridge and tunnel designs. I'm a 28 year old living in upstate NY, an area greatly affected to any and all events that take place in NYC. As with many, I let my emotions get the better of me in reaction to the events of 9/11 and for years supported the pointless wars we became involved in. Looking back on those days I get an immense feeling of anger, especially since I had friends who signed up for and served in the military in Iraq, all of whom came back changed and damaged people. To me, the total collapse of the Buildings at near free-fall speed from fire damage at some midway point, defies common sense. This being clear, many other questions arise. I am an IT professional for the past 40 years. My background is getting things to work that do not work, and putting together to make them work. So my background is to questions and analyze everything.
I have always been interested in what makes things and people tick. After much reading and research on the 911 tragedy, I find there are too many unanswered questions, and some very obvious facts that to me are obviously fabricated to conceal the truth from being known. As a man and an American it saddens me to think things like this can happen. The 2 burning questions in my mind is why isn't the truth being told? I think anyone with a reasonable amount of intelligence knows the answer to that. The second question- Who are being allowed to get away with it.??

I'm also a student of Nursing and Science. My father is Vietnam Veteran. I'm concerned about the direction my country is headed and the so-called freedom he fought to protect. I desire change and progression towards a society that respects human rights and truth.
Our country employed a tactic that has been in practice for centuries; They orchestrated an attack that would get the people behind a war that would put billions of dollars into the pockets of those pulling the strings, and justify a hijacking of Middle Eastern resources. This is what is apparent at first glance to anyone with an educated point of view and intuition enough to see beyond the smoke and mirrors. One also must be willing to face the harrowing reality of the evil forces that are in control. With or without any such insight or willingness- science is science and one can not logically refute the hard core evidence here. The Government's story is impossible and we MUST start asking questions and holding those behind the curtain accountable!

I am a self professed science enthusiast. Science is about facts, not emotion.
With all of the evidence, not opening a truly independent investigation is a travesty. Scientists and industry professionals have already proven without a shadow of a doubt that a true, objective, non-biased investigation was not done, the proof is in the evidence being destroyed. This is not disputed, it is fact. And we haven't even made it to the overwhelming evidence that the 9/11 commission and NIST reports are flat out wrong. Do the right thing. Investigate this without the cover up, and bring those people to justice that are responsible.

We need to respect the integrity of the scientific method at all times for the benefit of a stable, peaceful and constructive civilization. The events of September 11th, 2001 can be no excuse for abandoning collective wisdom, logic and the proven, undeniable laws of physics. The Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth do the entire human race a great service by pursuing the truth and making their journey available to the public for consumption and consideration. It is time for the elected officials in our government to reflect the human integrity and transparent, information-based leadership of these brilliant, responsible professionals. The American public and the scientific community deserve the truth about the destruction of these 3 buildings once and for all.
