On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

Where do you start? If a plane hit the pentagon, why wont they release a video which shows this. There certainly should have been more plane parts in shanksville and the pentagon. Even if the fire was hot enough to melt the metal of the plane, where are the tons of molten metal? Building 7 is obvious demolition. The biggest inconsistency with building 7 and the towers is that stress would have been concentrated where the planes hit or where the fires were buring, however fracture does not occur at this stress concentration but rather at the base of the structures.

I have been performing commissioning services for the mechanical systems of large buildings for a little over a year. I received my B.S in mechanical engineering from the University of Maryland this past Winter where my focus was on energy production.
The amount of energy nessasary to remove the mass of concrete/steal below the points of impact of buildings #1 and #2 (as proven by the free fall acceleration shown in any video), and to cause the complete symmetrical disintegration of building #7, is simply an order of magnitude away from the available force of gravity alone. Also, because the direction of the force of gravity is directed downward toward the mass of the structure below it, it would not be possible for any of the 3 buildings to fall without resistance (which would be shown in videos as a rate of acceleration far less than that of gravity). Large pieces of debris were expelled football field lengths away (an outward force would be required). The fires are irrelevant because they are an asymmetrical force on the structures while videos clearly show a symmetrical collapse. There is also physical evidence of both the byproducts of explosives, and non-detonated explosives, found in the debris. The material found possess, in a large enough quantities, the amount of energy needed to cause buildings to collapse at the same speed as that of mass which has no resistance between itself and the earth. Numerous eye witness accounts report secondary explosives. It is simply, without a doubt, impossible that gravity alone caused the destruction witnessed and there is evidence to support an alternative view. A new investigation is needed to include the repeatable and proven physical laws that we have come to accept as truth.

I disagree that the towers would fall at the speed of gravity if they had only been hit with airplanes. The squibs, the evidence of thermite, the previous explosions at the base minutes before any plane had hit all point to the truth; which does not coincide with the official story. I remember the moment when I heard about the first plane that crashed on the World Trade Center building. I've worked for 17 years in IT as a technician, sysadmin, ui/ux engineer, and full stack web app developer for a many varied clients from marketing agencies to tech startups and nonprofits. I primarily developed in php, jquery and javascript.
To my mind, the smoking gun of 9/11 is not only Building 7--which fell, to the best I can surmise, to 'peer pressure'--but the molten steel that was reported by rescue workers and cleanup crews to be found in pools at the base of the debris for several days. This molten metal is also seen in videos spraying in jets from the side of the building. There are pictures of this molten metal in the cleanup pictures--you may recall the iconic picture of a loader holding a glowing orange girder being pulled dripping from a pool of magma. This is a smoking gun because it defies physics: the fuel, materials present were not sufficient to melt steel because they did not burn hot enough. Nor does the 'heat concentration' hypothesis fit due to the 2nd law of thermodynamics and the heat conductivity property of steel, inasmuch as this law directly indicates that the steel lattice would behave 'not unlike the fins of a computer's CPU heat sink'--they would too quickly disperse that heat energy through a much larger structure. Finally, one thing that's never talked about is the enthalpy of fusion, which is the 'additional energy requirement' to change the phase of the steel from a solid to a liquid. This is chemistry 101, an experiment where you take the temperature of ice as you melt it and it remains constant. The tremendous amount of energy melts the ice but the temperature remains the same. That is because the additional energy is used in changing the phase of the material. Ice takes quite a lot of heat due to a high enthalpy of fusion value of water. Steel has a far lower value than water, but it's still high enough to cause an extremely high requirement of additional heat to overcome the enthalpy of fusion, and melt. No one talks about this, but it's just science. My point is this: the molten metal betrays a simple fact in science-- a heat higher than was present in those towers is the *cine qua non* for a molten metal; making the official story of oxygen-deprived office fires quite obviously a red-herring. This story is similar to saying that a sugar packet fueled a marathon runner for several days. It's the case of the missing kilocalories, worthy of Sherlock Holmes. Someone get Watson on the phone because we are on the case.

I have always been a keen observer in the evolution of this incredible tragedy. I was 21 when the towers fell, and had thought it appeared to be a controlled demolition from the start! I recently watched the video on YouTube, about the science behind the destruction; it made more sense to me than any of the official reports. My education is in computer science so not really relevant, but anyone who has a basic understanding of physics and engineering(or any child that plays angry bird) knows that to take out a structure you have to hit it at the base not the top. Those arabs must be terrible at angry birds.

Went to college at California State University, East Bay for a B.S. in Computer Science. I had been programming software since I was about 13, and ended up getting offered a job at a startup full-time. This lead me to drop out of school and pursue software programming full-time, and I have been doing so professionally since.
I was only 10 years old when 9/11 happened and even at that age, I was perplexed by the idea of 3 buildings falling from 2 planes, and then the Pentagon being 'hit' with no trace of an actual plane in sight.
