On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

I am a scientist and engineer. My BS degree is in electronics engineering. I work with analytical instrumentation used to measure elements and chemical compounds. (Gas Chromatography, Liquid Chromatography, Mass Spectrometers, Atomic Absorption Spectrometers, and Inductively Coupled Plasma- Atomic Emission Spectrometers.) These instruments are used in water, food, pharmaceutical, petrochemical, forensic, military, environmental, and university research laboratories. We prove every analysis is valid by running independent standards. The results of an analysis can be used in a court of law. I am also a volunteer fireman.
Currently, there are 2,800 architects and engineers, and over 20,000 US citizens that have signed a petition requesting the US government to reinvestigate the events that occurred on 9/11/2001. (Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth.) These architects, engineers, and US citizens assert that the official report of what occurred that day is not supported by the evidence. They are simply requesting that the details surrounding the events of that day be investigated properly. The fact that the US mainstream media has not examined and reported these assertions shows that the news we receive from mainstream media is incomplete, and therefore unreliable. The details and assertions of the petition are articulated in many books, and videos. These include the presence of molten metal and incendiary material, near perfect symmetric destruction of three steel and concrete buildings, and near free fall collapse. There are also many other questions about the events that occurred on 9/11 including how a passenger plane got through a 50 mile no fly zone and was able to crash into the defense headquarters for the Unites States of America with the military on high alert. No clear picture has been released of the plane that was able to crash into the defense headquarters for the United States of America. All together these facts prove that the official version of 9/11 is incomplete. There are also numerous other organizations that question the official version of events that occurred on 9/11. These include Pilots for 9/11 Truth, Scholars for 9/11 Truth, and Firefighters for 9/11 Truth.

Most buildings are constructed with redundancies so that they don't collapse catastrophically.
It is virtually impossible for WTC building 7 to collapse as it did with the influence of sporadic fires. This collapse HAD to be planned. For the twin towers, it seems odd that both buildings came down the exact same way. Also, someone made a comment the buildings were designed to implode downward. For me more information is needed here because I don't design high rise structures but it would seem odd that engineers would design in a buildings destruction. That's why explosives are used.

Building 7: An almost obvious controlled demolition, what else?! Pentagon: Maybe the first telemetrically controlled airplane had also a hardwired altitude detection and was later flown to a remote airbase. Therefore, a second airplane - it might have been a large drone - was launched to try to cover the failure (as presented already on several websites).

I disagree that the towers would fall at the speed of gravity if they had only been hit with airplanes. The squibs, the evidence of thermite, the previous explosions at the base minutes before any plane had hit all point to the truth; which does not coincide with the official story. I remember the moment when I heard about the first plane that crashed on the World Trade Center building. I quickly turned on the tv and I was astonished to see a second plane to hit an another building. I first thought that it was a terrorist attack. But I was totally stunned to see the buildings to collapse so quickly. I immediately thought that something was wrong and that a plane crash, even a violent one, could not cause a so quick collapse of the building. During the following years, I couldn't understand that. I've worked for 17 years in IT as a technician, sysadmin, ui/ux engineer, and full stack web app developer for a many varied clients from marketing agencies to tech startups and nonprofits. I primarily developed in php, jquery and javascript.
To my mind, the smoking gun of 9/11 is not only Building 7--which fell, to the best I can surmise, to 'peer pressure'--but the molten steel that was reported by rescue workers and cleanup crews to be found in pools at the base of the debris for several days. This molten metal is also seen in videos spraying in jets from the side of the building. There are pictures of this molten metal in the cleanup pictures--you may recall the iconic picture of a loader holding a glowing orange girder being pulled dripping from a pool of magma. This is a smoking gun because it defies physics: the fuel, materials present were not sufficient to melt steel because they did not burn hot enough. Nor does the 'heat concentration' hypothesis fit due to the 2nd law of thermodynamics and the heat conductivity property of steel, inasmuch as this law directly indicates that the steel lattice would behave 'not unlike the fins of a computer's CPU heat sink'--they would too quickly disperse that heat energy through a much larger structure. Finally, one thing that's never talked about is the enthalpy of fusion, which is the 'additional energy requirement' to change the phase of the steel from a solid to a liquid. This is chemistry 101, an experiment where you take the temperature of ice as you melt it and it remains constant. The tremendous amount of energy melts the ice but the temperature remains the same. That is because the additional energy is used in changing the phase of the material. Ice takes quite a lot of heat due to a high enthalpy of fusion value of water. Steel has a far lower value than water, but it's still high enough to cause an extremely high requirement of additional heat to overcome the enthalpy of fusion, and melt. No one talks about this, but it's just science. My point is this: the molten metal betrays a simple fact in science-- a heat higher than was present in those towers is the *cine qua non* for a molten metal; making the official story of oxygen-deprived office fires quite obviously a red-herring. This story is similar to saying that a sugar packet fueled a marathon runner for several days. It's the case of the missing kilocalories, worthy of Sherlock Holmes. Someone get Watson on the phone because we are on the case.

I wasn't directly affected by the events of 9/11, but I sympathize with every single victim. I have spent a lot of time in New York City, before and after 9/11. I recently watched the video on YouTube, about the science behind the destruction; it made more sense to me than any of the official reports. Hopefully, we will eventually be given the entire truth about that horrible day over 14 years ago!

My education is in computer science so not really relevant, but anyone who has a basic understanding of physics and engineering(or any child that plays angry bird) knows that to take out a structure you have to hit it at the base not the top. Those arabs must be terrible at angry birds.

Went to college at California State University, East Bay for a B.S. in Computer Science. I had been programming software since I was about 13, and ended up getting offered a job at a startup full-time. This lead me to drop out of school and pursue software programming full-time, and I have been doing so professionally since.
I was only 10 years old when 9/11 happened and even at that age, I was perplexed by the idea of 3 buildings falling from 2 planes, and then the Pentagon being 'hit' with no trace of an actual plane in sight.
