PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

I was suspicious the moment I watched the images of the buildings fall. Asymmetrical damage does not cause a near symmetric, free fall collapse. As a student I watched the towers go up. They were the poster child for asbestos fireproofing. 3 hours on columns. The buildings fell prior to two hours of plane impact. Jet fuel fires cannot soften or melt steel. Office fires on upper floors cannot damage lower levels. Black smoke (oxygen starved) says office fires never got close to steel softening temperature. The official story narrative crude, idiotic, and laughable.

On that day 9/11/01, when I first saw the footage of WTC coming down, despite what I heard from the news, I had a bad feeling that something seems so very awkward and very unreal. Then, after I heard this campaign, I went to look at the photos of my old papers I filed from the 911 tragedy, it doesn't take me a second to think that this is the worst thing that happened in American history if proven. I was an electro-mechanical draftsman for about four years in the late 1960's. In the late 1990's in another occupation working for a private corporation, I helped establish an international labor union. I served on the negotiating team for the first contract, representing about 100 employees. A collective bargaining agreement was eventually agreed upon, and I was then elected the first shop steward, remaining in this capacity until the union was firmly established. Working with others in 2003, I helped convince the City Council of Sacramento to pass a resolution affirming the Constitution and opposing measures that infringe on Constitutional rights (such as in the USA Patriot Act). The Bush Administration defined 9/11 as an act of war - not a crime - so that an investigation could be avoided. 9/11 was a crime, and there has never been an investigation of this crime that has followed the evidence, and evidence of the use of explosives is overwhelming. Simple common sense should tell us that 110-story steel and concrete structures cannot be leveled in about 10 seconds each by fires (initiated by burning jet fuel) alone. WTC Building 7 was not hit by an airplane, and this 47-story steel and concrete structure imploded in about 7 seconds at 5:20 PM. WTC-7's implosion was not even addressed by the Commission.

I understand that there is a large amount of structural engineering data that does not support the theory that all of the steel beams could have simultaneously failed due to a fire fueled by kerosene (AV Gas) which burns at a temperature of less than half the melting point of structural steel.
