To the Members of the House of Representatives and of the Senate of the United States of America,
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

I was formally trained by the government in aerospace technology: airframe structures, hydraulic and pneumatic power systems and the materials and methods for repairing and replenishing these systems. I was also trained and refreshed annually in aircraft firefighting. I was involved in aircraft accident recovery efforts and reconstruction. I worked as an aircraft corrosion specialist dealing with composition and subsequent treatment of metal alloys and their deterioration properties. This included metals subjected to many different stresses such as heat, vibration, acids, salts, biological attacks, and deterioration due to improper alloying.
Based on my past experience with aircraft fuel fires and their documented effect on metal structures, I simply cannot accept the official version of what happened to the three buildings that fell on 9/11. Given the temperature at which jet fuel burns, and the quantity involved in this particular incident, I believe it is patently impossible for it to heat a steel structure of the kind found in WTC buildings 1, 2, and 7 to the point of catastrophic, free-fall collapse such as was exhibited by all three of these buildings on that day. I have personally witnessed mild-steel structures subjected to repeated applications of burning jet fuel over the course of days and weeks with no significant damage resulting to these much weaker structures. There is simply no logical reason to accept the NIST evaluation of the fuel fires on 9/11.

And I didn't remember anything about a building 7. Just recently (summer of 2011) I accidentally heared something about chemicals found in the buildings debris, which were'nt supposed to be there. I started watching one documentary after another, didn't sleep much for days and learned that almost everything spread by the official media is just rubbish. I felt I had to participate in helping to reveal the truth in a sober and fact-based way. It was engineers like myself, who are used to working with facts rather then assumtions etc. , that helped me join AE911Truth.

"World Trade Center, a high rising steel building. How could it collapse? And what about WTC 7? The Government told us that it had been collapsed because fire heat . They are educated & professional people ( NIST). How could they say that without any extreme investigation ? It's ridiculous. It doesn't make any sense to me. All the Americans are not foolish. Jet Fuel Can't melt steel.... And the way the WTC 7 collapsed , it is the proof of "" CONTROLLED DEMOLATION . I now run my own business making custom leather wares. A cousin of mine was killed in one of the towers but I don't know which one.
I have many concerns about the official story. From watching a speech of George Bush's a few days after the disaster I got the impression he knew far more about it than he was willing to reveal, that his demeanor suggested duplicity. That's not much to go on, I admit, but I am not surprised now to hear all this evidence. I had let the matter go and had never chased up investigations into the true nature of the buildings' collapse until a friend recently was telling me about 9/11 Truth. Thank you for all your work.

"Simply put, the 9/11 official story is complete nonsense. There is a recording by the FDNY that stated ""As for building 7, we had to pull it, then it got demolished"". Demolitions take more then 2 weeks of vigorous planning and outlining of the building. IMPOSSIBLE to have been done in only 9 hours, meaning the attack was planned by someone weeks in advance. I am a 9/11 Survivor- I was in both Towers while both planes were inside the towers. I watched the 2nd plane (gray military plane) fly into Tower 2 right above me while I held the door handle of Tower 2. The Towers never moved, never shook, never swayed, never made a noise. I didn't move until all of the sudden massive explosions causing loud 'booms' and percussion throughout the building. The demo explosions were quite obvious. I am not an architect but did and still do believe former President Bush was involved in 9/11, to the WTC and the Pentagon. So being the son of Amelia V Fields, who died at the pentagon, I want answers and if there is a way to bring justice to those who are responsible.

Very odd that 3 buildings fell down when 2 were struck by aircraft. WTC 7 was not investigated in the first rudimentary hearings on the tragedy. Also, how is it that building 7's collapse was reported by the BBC 20-25 minutes before it occurred?

The collapses are unbelievable to any thinking person. The speed with which the steel was disposed of was highly questionable at the time. I visited ground zero shortly after the event, and wondered how Building 7 could be so radically compromised. The site still smelled of what seemed to be explosive materials.
