PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

There are too many doubts. All three WTC buildings appear to have collapsed according to controlled demolition, even those hit by planes. The collapse is not a true progressive collapse, as it is too fast. All three collapse under gravity. So the base of each was removed by explosives and plenty of eye witnesses testify to hearing them. The fact that a crime scene was cleared as quickly as possible clearly points to official involvement in 911. The fact that no military aircraft were scrambled into the air when the planes were hijacked points to involvement at the highest government levels. The fact that almost immediately President Bush was able to announce that the culprit was Bin Laden suggests very strongly a plan for military action. I believe 911 was, like Pearl Harbor, intended to alter the nation's mentality to prepare it for foreign war, which had not been possible since the trauma of Vietnam. So a massive event was necessary. It was very ambitious but a botched job and only the cooperation of the media could sustain the lies. The rush to go to war immediately after was to take people's minds off of the truth.

What I would like to know is who was involved in making this horrific event happen. I would also like to know what actually hit the Pentagon - why only a 65 foot gap when the wing span of a commercial airline exceeds one hundred feet and why was there no wreckage of the commercial aircraft that crashed in Pennsylvania? Only a hole in the ground and small aircraft fragments.

Having watched the 'attack' on live television at 4:30 in the afternoon in central Europe, what was shown to the rest of the world leaves it clear in my mind why a distaste for Americans has developed the world over. My main fear about 9/11 is the amount of secrecy that enveloped 'ground zero.' By not allowing independent investigators access to the site seems awfully convenient. Another 'convenience' occurred when building 7, holding valuable CIA and DoD information, collapsed as neatly as the Twin Towers without having been directly damaged. The ever-growing list of questions concerning the events that September morning MUST be investigated if we are to accept the fate of a war justified by such an act.

I attended community college in the late 90's and majored in physics and mathematics. I transferred to university but never completed my bachelor's degree. I am very well educated about the fundamentals of physics, although not engineering, and I certainly feel that I have the expertise to conclude that there are more falsehoods than truths in the 9/11 Commission Report.
Every element of a controlled demolition that should be present was on 9/11. The fire based collapse conjecture does not adequately account for the amount of dust, the molten metal, the free fall rate of collapse, etc. Occam's razor dictates that the simplest explanation is usually the correct one. Controlled demolition accounts for the entire event. The fire based collapse requires a string of highly unlikely coincidences to be feasible. And, of course, 9/11 was the perfect event to justify two seemingly endless wars that are reaping *massive* profits for a select few defense contractors. All logic points to the unimaginable conclusion that those charged with protecting us were at the very least complicit in the terrorist attack in history.

With the recent publication of the scientific article regarding the presence of nanothermite in the WTC dust, there is scientific proof that these buildings were brought down by controlled demolition. No steel frame building has ever collapsed due to an open air fire because the open air fires cannot get hot enough to affect the steel. When was the last time anyone has ever watched their metal camp fire grill experience a progressive collapse after hours of sitting by a campfire? Never. The collapse of all three WTC towers at free fall speed clearly demonstrates that there was no resistance from the massive steel and concrete - only explosives could have removed that resistance.

I graduated in December, 1987 with the highest GPA in the Electrical Engineering class at WMU after testing out of one curriculum class by waiver exam and another two by private examination by the professor (based on things I taught myself before enrolling) in return for lectures I gave to his classes on specific topics. I was always a natural at science and physics in high school, winning blue ribbons in the science fairs every year.

Since the 'attack', I have been perusing the credible books and documentaries concerning either the actual event or the greater political - intelligence agency - corporatocrasy - financial setting. Books like James Bamford's The Shadow Factory & Naomi Klein's The Shock Doctrine and documentaries like Zeitgeist - The Movie: World Trade Center & Core Of Corruption have caused me to doubt the official story (including the building collapses). We need to know what kind of world we live in.

From the beginning, the collapse appeared to be very controlled. The 9/11 Commission seemed to ignore obvious relevant technical and nontechnical information when making their conclusions. The 'clean' demolition and knowing that jet fuel does not burn at a high enough temperature are two obvious facts that were ignored. - - - - I remember soon after 9/11 an article ran in Civil Engineering Magazine, published by the American Society of Civil Engineers. We need to investigate this issue in order to make sure that such a disaster will not happen again. The issue of Building #7 especially has never been fully explained and has been mostly ignored by the media. The few debris from building 1 and 2 wouldn't have been sufficient to cause building #7 to collapse into the ground the way it has. The official explanation that 'somebody' installed a tank of fuel in an office building fail to explain how the collapse would be possible - a fuel tank may cause fire etc. but not a collapse.

Have a Master of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Washington State University with an emphasis in structures. I have a very good understanding of how buildings are constructed and how they behave under the influence of outside forces. Most buildings are constructed with redundancies so that they don't collapse catastrophically.
It is virtually impossible for WTC building 7 to collapse as it did with the influence of sporadic fires. This collapse HAD to be planned. For the twin towers, it seems odd that both buildings came down the exact same way. Also, someone made a comment the buildings were designed to implode downward. For me more information is needed here because I don't design high rise structures but it would seem odd that engineers would design in a buildings destruction. That's why explosives are used.

Physics does not lie. Anybody who passed a physics class should be able to understand what it means when a body falls nearly at free fall. This happens to skyscrapers only when explosives are used.

Did some graduate work in Materials at Stanford but did not finish as I joined a more exciting effort, a start up named Starstruck formed to launch a rocket for delivering satellites into near earth orbit. Then went onto another start up, Metcal, using shape memory alloy materials in creative applications. In my third start up, Crystallume, I designed and built the first system in a garage to grow diamond from methane gas. Now I own a regular company that inspects and tests fire trucks throughout Ca & Co.
After reading everything I could find for four months on the subject to where my head was spinning, I realized that all the evidence you need to see the truth is in the 10 second video of the Bldg. 7 collapse. You don't need an engineering degree to see it.
