On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

I have worked on many high power broadcast antennas and I'm very familiar with the structural aspects of which they are mounted. The company I work for provided an emergency replacement for the CH 11 antenna which went down that was on top of the World Trade Center. Even the way that the antenna fell almost completely vertically, suggests a controlled demolition.
I have been looking into the evidence provided. I truly believe that there is absolutely no way that these buildings could have collapsed the way that they did without controlled demolition. If we can get the American people and the world to realize this, then maybe we can hold those responsible accountable.

I've studied modern architecture and skyscraper design and passed several structural engineering courses in college; the official 9/11 story seems unlikely. I've also studied studied politics and history, and as a member of the US military I have serious reservations regarding the official reported causes of 9/11. Even if the attacks were totally unexpected, and there was no civil defense plan for such events (like NY airbases or ground-to-air missiles), and there were no CIA or other black operations involved, we should still ask some questions: How did the towers collapse straight down as though planned to minimize damage to surrounding buildings? Why was the debris removed so expediently? Was it embarrassment? Quick cleanup to save our suffering the images of burning towers? Was it too expensive to renovate the buildings later? To avoid controversy and investigation they were removed from view asap, but by whom? FEMA? The building owners? There are many unanswered questions, from the Bush - bin Laden connection, to the FEMA - tower connection. Even if one structure failed from the attacks, the chances that all three buildings would pancake seems like nonsense. Perhaps one could pancake for multiple stories, but at a point the consistent fall would become lopsided due to the probability of resistance from numerous structural members, and develop a natural tilt. This tilt would produce torque, or rotational movement about points, and the laws of physics would tend to bring the forces down in faster ways to the sides, rather than through the entire strength of the remaining body of the building firmly rooted by numerous supports, including a central concrete elevator and stair core, and on a solid foundation.

Having an understanding of the scientific method, I recognize the failure in the National Institute of Standards and Technology organization for conducting a negligent investigation where many important questions were not answered and pertinent evidence was mishandled. I support the Architects & Engineers for 9/11 Truth organization's petition calling for an independent investigation into the possible use of explosives that may have resulted in the structural failure of the World Trade Center buildings.

The collapse does not make sense even with the extent of jet fuel brought into the structure by the jet aircraft and the findings of thermite are suspect. A building does not come down within its own foot print except by controlled explosive materials properly placed on the building structure. In my opinion, the fires should have been controlled on the top floors that were impacted. The building came down within its own foot print which points to demolition explosives. Building 7 was not impacted by a place but was reduced to rubble from what I understand. Where were the CIA and FBI? If known by these organizations, why was there an apparent absence of security! Are there available or obtainable records from these organizations? Surely, some information was obtained prior to this whole incident! A plane crashed into the Pentagon, but did not destroy the whole building -- is it because of the extensive security maintained in and around the building? I am aware of Pentagon security because I took some classes in the Pentagon. In my opinion, in the absence of any explosives, many people should have survived.

Although I have no relevant qualifications, I have designed and built many small structures which are still standing today. I have 20 years of experience in the business world helping bio/pharmaceutical and healthcare companies hire technical experts to develop and approve treatment for disease.
I saw obvious and striking inconsistencies and irrationalities in real-time reporting on 9/11/01. The passports of the so-called hijackers surviving the collapse of the buildings when most everyone and everything else was reduced to dust is one example. It was totally implausible that all suspected hijackers from each plane would be identified and supposedly confirmed on that very day. Also, when I saw the buildings fall in a perfect implosion, even as a layman, I knew that was not the result of jet fueled fires. This whole thing smelled wrong from the beginning.
