On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

I just found it really messed up how the second building that got hit was the first one to come down. I mean i can understand if the building tipped over or it broke down in several large segments but that kind of destruction down to fine pieces was hard to imagine once i took my classes about the strength of steel and its properties, its just not natural.

I have not yet seen a convincing CIA/NSA/government-sponsored 'debunker' come up with an alternative analysis. We also need to stress that there is lots of circumstantial evidence out there that is as convincing as the physical evidence. I don't think the government will willingly fund another investigation. Spreading the message is far more important for now.

From the beginning, the collapse appeared to be very controlled. The 9/11 Commission seemed to ignore obvious relevant technical and nontechnical information when making their conclusions. The 'clean' demolition and knowing that jet fuel does not burn at a high enough temperature are two obvious facts that were ignored. - - - - I remember soon after 9/11 an article ran in Civil Engineering Magazine, published by the American Society of Civil Engineers. Soon thereafter Civil Engineering Magazine ran an article totally supporting the official story. Very disappointing.

Evidently all the three towers fallen on 9/11 did not just collapse under the weight of their own damaged structures. The combination of two basic facts, the very first collapses in history of these kind and the optical proof that these collapses did not just happen by the force of gravity alone, should have been a huge demand for the most thorough investigation in the sake of truth and peoples safety in history. But in stead, they first refused to investigate and later they frustrated the investigation that was forced by organized family members of those who died on 9/11. Now, what can be more contradictory than that?

Also, there is not enough heat produced by burning jet fuel to cause any kind of steel failure. Some sag maybe but that would be the extent of it. Experts explaining the so called collapse of the World Trade Center Buildings were explaining the reasons for the buildings falling immediately following their collapse at freefall speed. The holes alleged to have been from aircraft were not sufficient to bring buildings 1 & 2 down, and the black smoke fires did not appear to be hot enough or fires large enough to sufficiently soften structural steel, and as well, the surviving emergency workers in very many instances reported both only small pockets of fire that could easily be put out as well as flashes and explosions just prior and during the so called collapse. I personally doubt that there were any hijackers on board and of the airliners that were said to have been hijacked. During the Vietnam war it was my job to process and insure proper identity to all deceased that were processed by the US Army Mortuary, DaNang, Vietnam. We occasionally had to handle the deceased that were killed as a result of Aircraft, and at least once that of a large Airliner. The first evidence always needed was a manifest listing all on board. I was at that time assured that the FAA required that all flights had to have the names of all on board, passengers and crew, as a matter of procedure prior to takeoff. I am sure that that requirement is still in effect. Why were the passengers not identified on the flight manifests? It is a very basic and necessary requirement that would be rigidly enforced in a more modern time as today where there is an even more crowded sky than 1968-72.

The official explanation of office fires cannot be true. If such fires could bring down a steel skyscraper, would anyone ever feel safe in one, or set foot in one again? The destruction of evidence and lack of a real forensic investigation make me very suspicious. Somebody got away with murder. Who? and Why? I support and applaud the efforts of ae911truth.org and believe that once Americans learn the facts presented here they will demand an independent forensic investigation into this matter - probably the single most important event in the history of the USA.

I saw WTC collapse when I was student in VGTU (Technical University in Vilnius). I suddenly realized, that it looked like control demolition. Nothing else. All these 15 years of my professional career I studied buildings construction failures, repairs after earthquakes and fires. I should say, that my opinion just improved with the knowledge and experience. Buildings doesn't collapse the way we see WTC collapsed vertically. If there were local construction failure, it would collapse partly, non symmetrically. It's absolutely clear, that authorities hiding something. It's absolutely clear, that American citizen and the rest of the world should know the truth. I believe that AE comunity will make it possible. And I am proud to be a part of AE for the 911 truth!

I have studied and looked at every aspect of the collapse. It has left more questions than answers. There was to many indications that more happened that day than we were told.
There are to many holes in the scientific break down involving the collapse. There is video from the U.K. that shows a reporter claiming building 7 had collapsed when you can clearly see it in the background and with a time/date stamp from the network. The residue from the explosive called Thermite found in the dust at the Trade Center site should be enough reason to open a new and independent investigation alone. That and the fact that the 9/11 commission was hand picked by the administration. Also I would like to see an inquiry into the strange construction on vacant floors in the Trade Centers prior to 9/11.

I graduated from college and passed my Mass. state E.I.T exam in 1991. Upon graduation, I began working for a local engineering firm doing HVAC design for commercial buildings. I then moved on to performing structural analysis/ design for the same firm, and finally ended up as a manager in charge of demolition projects for a Natural Gas equipment company, where I worked for 8 years. I have since moved on to being self-employed in an unrelated field.
The buildings that fell on 9-11-01 appeared to me, to fall at near FREE FALL speed. Without performing any experiments or calculations, and just relying on pure, old fashioned common sense, this is not possible in a steel building .... even one that had the structure weakened by fire. If the Pancake theory is correct, it stands to reason the resistance that the falling mass would encounter as each floor collapsed, would slow down the fall, at least intermittently. I simply DO NOT believe the official report and would like to see a new independent investigation.

Dr. Jones was an archeologist/physicist at BYU before resigning due to the controversial nature of his research into the 9/11 attacks. BYU had no desire to have their name associated with controversial topics of political nature, as I'm sure it is something most institutions would seek to avoid. Dr. Jones makes a compelling case for controlled demolition on the WTC towers.

When I watched the collapse of the WTC buildings, I knew there was something fishy about the whole affair. No building of that size goes down in free-fall speed, and collapses in his own foot-print. It looked to me more like a typical controlled demolition with explosive charges, remember the King Dome in Seattle. Jet Fuel is like Kerosene with a low flame point, its fire temperature is never high enough temperature to melt steel. There was a high-rise in Madrid that burnt for days without coming down.

I always felt that this happened too precisely and that it was very odd how it happened. Never thought that the way that the planes hit and went through the buildings could actually happen that way (the Wiley Coyote pattern). As I get older and wiser, I've not got a lot of confidence in what is being revealed to the public as to what is actually happening today with politics, technology, and otherwise. There needs to be a structural evaluation of the failure of the World Trade Center towers and Building 7 on September 11, 2001 in New York City. I think 911 was an inside job. I'm less certain about the bombs in the buildings. I saw a video on the web showing controlled demolitions. The explosions were huge concussions and louder than the sound the fall made. I'm signing this petition because a real investigation needs to be done.

The aircraft were not controlled from the cockpit when they hit buildings 1 and 2. The aerobatics with aircraft full of people, full of fuel, full of cargo, could not have been done by human control. They precisely bank and swerve into specific floors, middle, with precise bank to allow floor above and below to slice open the fuel tanks in the wings for immediate surface-of-building fire and smoke (maximum psychological/terror affect). This required a quartz altimeter (accurate to two feet elevation). The inexperienced Saudi alleged pilots would have simply flown straight into the buildings, open above surrounding buildings, not requiring any radical maneuvering what-so-ever.

After viewing the building 7 collapse, I have to say if somebody told me that a demolition expert was reducing building 7 to rubble I would agree. The thermite connection is strong evidence that somebody orchestrated cutting the under-pinnings of building 7 and probably had the twin towers prepared for demolition.

The few videos I have seen and interviews I have heard were taken with much skepticism. However there are many troubling questions that I feel the 911 commission did not answer. The most troubling to me is that the investigation was obviously not done in a completely objective and scientific way. Much evidence was neglected, and those on the panel most likely had prejudices to the findings.

A friend of mine receives full physicals every 3 years, paid for by the government, since he helped in the recovery effort; knowing that he could have/has inhaled metallic microspheres is alarming.

First, verify the facts. Leave the speculation to later. Based on the photographic evidence of the collapses alone, there are a host of issues that cry out to be openly debated until there is a complete and consistent explanation of events. Without a truly independent commission, speculation will remain rampant and conspiracy theory(ies) flourish. It would be even less likely that those responsible will be brought to justice if we can't agree on what brought the buildings down.

I am a licensed civil engineer specializing in water resources engineering. My engineering experience includes projects such as: pressurized irrigation systems, water storage tank design, canal structures, dam spillway design, water rights, SCADA telemetry management systems, soils testing, and design of reinforced concrete structures.
It is difficult for me to believe from a technical point of view that building 7 collapsed as the official report indicates from fire and debris damage. Portions of the building may have collapsed from damage however, the entire building collapsed symmetrically including the portions of the building which were in no way compromised as a result of the collapse of the twin towers.

And then with that new code in hand every steel-frame high-rise building in the country should be evaluated with probably most of them requiring retrofitting and redesign. Do you see any of this activity? Wouldn't that be the responsible action to take if WTC 7 and the other buildings had actually failed as the official government story? - - - - The buildings were brought down - that's not a conspiracy theory, that's a fact.

I was working for a consulting engineer (Lizardos Engineering, Albertson, NY) at the time of the first bombing of the Towers in 1993. Two of our engineers were in the building at the time of the bombing. They returned to the office unharmed but certainly shaken up and covering in soot. I don't really think anyone needs to be an engineer or physicist to look at the footage and evidence from 9/11 and come up with many questions.The manner in which all three towers fell is not remotely consistent with the official explanation. The official explanation, in fact, is not even remotely consistent with the laws of physics!
