PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

I am currently a member of the Subgroups on Air-Operated Valves and Relief Valves of the ASME Committee on Operation and Maintenance of Nuclear Power Plants. I worked as a systems engineer in the Nuclear Steam Supply Systems Branch at the Peach Bottom Atomic Power Station, and was also the Deputy Engineering Group Supervisor for the Mechanical Group of the Bechtel Power Nuclear Operating Plant Services Project. I currently work as a Mechanical Engineer for the Nuclear Regulatory Commission in the Division of Component Integrity. I also served in the US Army, am a former Scout Master with the Boy Scouts of America, and served as a math mentor with the Higher Achievement Program in Washington, DC.
After studying the 9/11 Commission Report, the NIST reports, and comparing them to publicly available evidence and records (i.e., first-hand testimony from first-responders, independent video footage from multiple sources, and peer-reviewed reports from reputable scientists on forensic evidence not discussed in the official reports, etc.), I have come to the conclusion that the official reports are inaccurate and incomplete. The cause of the collapse of the WTC buildings, including WTC-7, as evidenced by video footage, is incompatible with the conclusions stated in the official reports. The conclusions of the official reports, when compared to the available body of evidence, contradict Newton's laws of motion. Given the overwhelming public interest in a new independent investigation, and given all the evidence not considered in the official reports (testimonial and forensic), and considering the impact of 9/11 on our daily lives and on our national and foreign policy, it is imperative that a new independent investigation be conducted and that the root cause of the collapse of the WTC buildings be established. In order to preserve the public trust, the new investigation must be peer-reviewed by an independent panel of scientists and engineers and the new commission must have the authority to subpoena anyone deemed necessary to properly conduct its investigation.

I'm a student at the University of South Florida. I have been following the events of 9/11 for a few years now. Despite how young I was when the buildings collapsed, I have yet to understand how the mechanics illustrated to the public ever made sense.
The 9/11 Commission report in no way adequately addresses the issues and questions raised by insiders and people of the world. This alone is enough for me to feel that another investigation is completely necessary. In regards simply to the collapses themselves, there is surmounting evidence in the footage to suggest a demolition took place (especially of WTC7).

I have come up with my own analogy, it's like an onion, the first layer is rotten, so you tear it off & find that the second layer is rotten to. You keep tearing off layers until you get to the core(which would represent the twin towers), and the core is rotten too. Can you still say the onion isn't rotten? I'm a delayed college student trying to work my way up to the finals of the AA degree in Architecture. I'm 21 years old and I live in Miami. I'm on the road to find out the truth about 9/11 and the physically-impossible collapse of all three towers.
As far as my studies and sense of logic, and physics apply on the building, having studied its structure from inside and out, I doubt a single 757 could have brought down the buildings alone, even less with the fire. The building's well-built and designed to withstand multiple airliner impacts. The jet-fuel fire is not even a factor in its collapse, as jet fuel proves to burn off faster than regular fire. The core structure of the towers were sturdy and solid enough to keep the buildings from collapse and yet the towers went down, on a sudden fraction of a second without any sign of collapse. As far as I know, if the floors did indeed fail, the core would have seen standing still, and the entire building shouldn't have been compromised, especially the North Tower, where the top was the lightest part and demolished the heavier, more stronger part. The failure in this violates the laws of physics, seeing concrete pulverized to fine dust without any resistance whatsoever, and falling at freefall speeds, which is unreal to me. I just want to know what happened to all that structural support. And of WTC7, that is more of a mystery to me. How does a forty-seven story tall building collapse into mostly dust and onto its own footprint and nearly free-fall speed? What happened to its core and most of its columns? There were 81 columns in that building, only a few failed, one buckled... and the damage was nothing compared to the buildings surrounding the fallen WTC towers. I want to get to the bottom of this, and find out what exactly happened.

I am a young man looking for truths. I grew up in this digital age and cannot imagine a world without cell phones and the internet. I was in 6th grade, in elementary school, in 2001. I am a student. There is nothing that has been a greater influence in my life as the events in 2001 and the successive wars. From the beginning I did not recognize any of the official stories but had little ability or drive to research the shortcomings. I was young only about 11 when the attacks happened and as I grew and lived through the fiscal collapse I find the truths have been obscured. The truth has been dismissed in confusion. A new investigation and new light must be shed fast upon the problems in our country today. We have no other choice but to make a stand for ourselves.

My family and I have always questioned the government. Considering the government has ultimate authority, they can do what they please. What are the real motives behind events/decisions. 1984 by George Orwell is the world we live in but it is hidden from society.
Firefighters, engineers, physics professors, architects have all concluded through evidence that the world trade center collapse was a controlled demolition. One question is enough to know that it was an inside job; why did building seven go down without any impact? This event was just enough to get the American people ready to go to war. Why did President Bush have to lie about weapons of mass destruction; because it was a falsehood. On top of that, how could a 757 do that small of damage to the pentagon which is has the highest level of security. The impact was 65 by 75 feet in which a 757 is in the high 100 feet level. There were too many loopholes on that day. If you're asking yourself why the government would do such a poor job of constructing this disaster it is because the American people believe anything. At this point, brainwash and ignorance rule the people. In the words of George Orwell, Ignorance is strength.

I am a student currently in my first year learning the basics of Civil Engineering including the mechanics of materials (mainly steel and concrete) and the behavior of liquids and gases when put under loads (Hydraulics).
As a student I am still learning, but currently understand the mechanics of how certain materials can fail under different kinds of loads and even my young knowledge can see how these buildings didn't collapse due to fire, there must have been some other cause, and to make the building fail in the way it did, I believe those were controlled explosions.

I've been researching 9/11 discrepancies for awhile and the official story continues to hold far less water than the kind of conclusions the Truth movement has been coming to, regardless how implausible the implications may seem.
I remember watching the tv later in the day of 9/11/01 and there was brief coverage of WTC 7 and I was like huh, I wonder why they control demolitioned that building without even occurring to me the implications that would have or the fact that the twin towers fell in a similar fashion. I remember being in awe at the global collapse of the twin towers (before I knew the term global collapse) and being in awe that the planes were able to pulverize everything into such a fine ash and that all that was seemingly left was sheets of paper and ash. I remember being stunned and in a state of complete dumbfounded and bafflement by the whole episode--not having any idea of what to think or make of the events of the day. Totally unable to orient myself to the events; unable to process what actually happened and what I witnessed etc. It wasn't until years later that I was able to start to consider some of the actual problems with the official story and what I saw and read about: molten steel hot spots fine dust lack of crime scene uniform, even, global collapse at very near freefall speeds of 3 high rise buildings, two of which were 110 stories, the third 47 stories. The Larry Silverstien video of him saying We've had such terrible loss of life, maybe the smartest thing to do is pull it and understanding what was meant by pull it. And they made that decision to pull and we watched the building collapse.

I was a student of architecture at the Pikes Peak Community College in Colorado Springs ,but I have not received my degree as of yet. I only have five or so classes to go so I believe with this bit of knowledge and my lifetime of construction careers (journeyman roofer, 3 year apprentice carpenter, fabricated steel building erector) I think I can recognize explosive demolition when I see it.
The buildings that collapsed on 9-11-01 appeared to have been the victims of demolition and all the news cast that came out that day talked about explosions being heard and numerous people that came out of the buildings claimed they witnessed explosions going off inside the building after the plane crash , yet, no mention of explosives were ever made in the 9-11 commission report.

Although my training is in the study and interpretation of literature in particular, I have always viewed my academic scope as 'cultural studies'. As a student and interpreter of culture, 9/11 naturally falls within the boundaries of investigation, exploration, and critique. Aside from my training in school, 9/11 is important to me as a human being and more specifically as an American.

I am a student of Architecture and Interior Design at Orange Coast College, also worked for a Construction company and Engineer company for about a year.
My concern is that the truth is so clearly visible when we compare clips of falling buildings and demolished buildings vs. the towers falling. It's a bad joke that government would ignore this simple facts, also ignoring the substances found in the melted metal. I'm a chemical engineering student and I wonder, if the huge amount of explosive used in 9/11 explosion. And if it timed floor explosion techniques is used to avoid the towers collapse.
I want SENATE OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA take action and start a precise and advanced forensic research to clarify the current evidences and conspiracy theories which was exist through all these years. Especially the last one, which is claimed by a danish professor , Mr. Niels Harrit about discovery of Nano-Thermite in the dust of 9/11. Nano-Thermite is hi-tech military explosive. at least 3000 people die that day, and it is the most horrible atrocity of last few decades. Somebody should be responsible for that.

I am a 28 year old law student, and have been a keen follower of any websites relating to 911 truth.
I agree the near free-fall speed of the buildings is physically impossible without explosives. To me there is no weight or power pushing the building down it is plainly ripping itself apart at free fall speed. Larry Silverstein said they decided to pull building 7. That is a HUGE factor to me. You can't just pull a building. You need to spend weeks planting explosives beforehand!
