On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

There is no way any of the three buildings that collapsed on 11 Sept. 2001 did so without some kind of explosive or other device that removed all columns instantaneously. It is also clear that the steel could not have melted into fountains of molten steel merely with the airline fuel explosion, as temperatures would have been too low. This was evidenced by the free fall motion of each of the buildings, when they collapsed straight down as though a controlled demolition had occurred. There was also clear trajectories upwards of pulverised building materials caught in the footage of the event. This could not have occurred due to a pancake collapse theory. Indeed, had this happened, the remains of the buildings would not have disappeared. As I understand it, there is no case in history of a steel frame building collapsing completely due to fires.

The collapse mechanism / sequence of all three buildings is of great interest considering that the official 'story' is that the superstructure of each of the buildings was damaged principally by fire and the in the case of the twin towers also in part by plane impact. In my opinion, as a professional engineer, these factors could only act to weaken the structures asymmetrically, which in turn would lead to asymmetric failure modes - ie at least some signs of toppling which when initiated would continue. Instead, the extensive footage from the day shows a complete, symmetrical drop in all three cases. This lack of asymmetry in all three failures coupled with the rate of failure (comparable to gravitational acceleration) suggest that the entire superstructure of all three buildings ceased to bear load almost instantaneously. From my knowledge of the US government reports, these issues are in no way dealt with. Other explanations, such as the possible role of pre-placed explosives, must be considered, as the official version is inadequate. In particular, the failure of Building 7 so closely resembles that of a controlled demolition it is extremely difficult for me simply accept that a number of fires within the building was the sole cause of it's collapse. The evidence presented by the remains of the collapsed buildings also requires careful consideration. The abundance of pulverized concrete and segmented steel beams /columns resulting from all three collapses is of particular interest. As a qualified engineer these are the principal issues which are of interest to me when considering the validity of the official explanation of the WTC collapses.

My UAE partner, Dr. Paxima, was visiting me pertaining his theme vacation destination, including Las Vegas style private resorts, for the first time ever in any Arab nation, specifically for Hollywood actors and actresses. My firm was hired by him to design and develop it. All of a suddenly I received a txt message from another partner of mine saying that if we had access to a high speed Internet, after saying yes, then he told us to go to cnn.com and check out what's being reported. Once at cnn.com, we were watching the first tower smoke raising from it, and we're in shock, however at first I thought it was a preview for an upcoming Hollywood movie premier, until the second airplane ran into the second tower. Now I have been traveling in and out of USA twice a year at least and almost every time coming in, I would stay with our family member, who is a Jewish Navy Lawyer living in the Flat Iron bldg, whose mother in law was visiting them, when the first explosion happened in the basement of one of the towers. I couldn't believe what I was seeing was true, so tragic. I was even very naively telling myself that how much more dumb was the second pilot who could not see such humongous bldgs in the world and followed the first pilot unintentionally!!! Then I remembered my cousin so I called him to see if they were okay and that if they also knew about what was really going on as to whether the whole thing was for real or a sick joke hoax. After many tries of calling with my international calling card, they would not respond so I decided to email them, which in my utmost unbelief, he acknowledged that the news was unfortunately 100% tragically absolutely true and not fake. And that's when it really hit all of us in Iran.

Even if we only remember the Holocaust and Hitler, whom also had trust in a lot of people and thought that its the best for them, we come across to it, that these people had sooner or later began to realize, what this mentally disturbed dictator wanted to do. In the case of the WTC, the US needs to watch documentaries explaining the truth about this attack, reading about it by the greatest possible quantity of people, because it is dangerous if people are constantly misled by the media. I am a twenty-two year old mother of one. Have been researching about 9/11 for almost 4 years. 1) How did the third Building at the WTC Complex WTC 7 fall, even though it was NEVER hit by a plane, didn't have much damage from the debris of the two other WTC falling, had controlled fires on 2-3 floors, and yet at 5:20pm in the afternoon, the 47 floor building falls into its own foot print in under 7 seconds? People IN THE BUILDING stated they heard/felt bombs going off in the building prior to it falling, while they were getting out. Even NIST stated that WTC 7 fell at free-fall speed for 105 feet during it's collapse. That means there was a vacuum effect under the building, and the core columns were cut out from underneath the building. 2) Dr Steven Jones, of BYU, has found an explosive called nanothermite. Anyone can get thermite or thermate, but only Military-grade NANOTHERMITE is produced at nuclear facilities in the U.S., and is HIGHLY RESTRICTED as to who can get it. Yet every sample of WTC dust Dr Jones has analyzed has had both exploded & unexploded traces of nanothermite in it. Please tell me, how did so much of a highly restricted explosive get into the WTC dust?

I am student at the University of Missouri-Columbia. I have done quite a bit of research on the internet about Building 7, along with the collapse of the other towers on 9/11. I believe that there is a need for more research to be done on these buildings until we have a more logical explanation for what happened.
It does not make any sense to me how a building over 300 feet away from the World Trade Centers caught on fire and collapsed (due to the fire) when the Trade center collapsed almost perfectly upon itself. Also, I don't understand why there is no mention in the 9/11 Official Report of what happened to this building. There is too much missing information for there to not be more to the story

I am not currently an engineer, but I am working towards a bachlor's degree in chemical engineering and hold a current GPA of 3.9. Granted I am currently enrolled in a community college, Spokane Falls, but I am planning on transferring to Washington State University once I finish my AA.
I've heard hundreds of conspiracy theories about the 9/11 attacks, none of which seem even remotely plausible to me. Also I have never been interested in the attacks. Not because I don't value human life and believe them to be a great injustice, but because I'm tired of politicians using them to incite a reaction that they use to their own benefit, not to mention they were followed by the Indian tsunami that took over 70 times more lives and yet they seem to be considered more important. It all makes me sick. That being said I want to return to my original point because I'm starting to develop a bias and I want my opinion to come from a purely scientific standpoint. The evidence that I have been shown of a thermite reaction is, in my opinion, indisputable.

The truth is out there. I believe the US Government is systematically manipulating information and events to bring about a desired, and non-public, result. I believe that all three buildings in New York City were demolished by explosives. I believe that the Pentagon was struck by a missile fired by the American military, and I believe that no plane crashed in Pennsylvania, but rather the crash site there is a complete forgery. What actually happened to those planes that supposedly crashed in Washington and Pennsylvania I can only imagine, if they existed at all. The truth is out there.

it is despicable and repugnant to believe the 9/11 Commission. Only the fact that the Solomon Brothers building (WTC 7) isn't mentioned in the report is enough to raise an eyebrow. Building 5 and 6 stood erect after heavy damage from falling debris and being engulfed in flames and yet these 3 structures come down at near free fall? The evidence of a criminal act is clear beyond a shadow of a doubt and something has to be done immediately. National Geographic should be ashamed of themselves with their mockumentary 9/11 science and conspiracy; not showing all the facts, trying to prove the official story with lame experiments and saying that people who want to know the truth are paranoid. I have 35 years' experience in commercial and residential construction. I am presently 6 months from a degree in architecture and design. I worked high-rise construction up and down the east coast and in other areas of the country.
As soon as I saw these buildings collapse practically in their own footprints, I knew this was physically impossible. I have a thorough understanding of stress and weight distribution. I also know that all physical objects follow the path of least resistance. Even if by some fluke, the wind coming through the openings caused by the planes was acting like a bellows and the fire did get hot enough to cause deflection of the steel core columns, and the reinforced concrete core failed, (which I don't believe), they would have bent towards the path of least resistance, that is, where the exterior support columns had been taken out. The top stories would have toppled in that direction. The building would not have collapsed like an accordion. Having spent 35 years in construction, I know how structures are designed and assembled,and after 10 years I still can't come up with any conceivable concurrence of events that could have caused these buildings to fall in the manner in which they fell, except controlled demolition.

I think it is physically impossible for three reinforced steel framed skyscrapers to come down at almost free fall speed when hit 3/4 all the way up (give or take), the pancake affect is plain wrong as that the floors are the secondary load bearers and the massive coloumns are of course the primary load carriers, therefore how is possible for the columns to crumble in on themselves when the top sections fell onto them. Even if the floors did collapse on themselves, the coloums are by there very nature excellent in compression and the top half would have just fallen off to the side, the coloums certainly wouldnt just crumble in on themselves at free fall speed. it is just not possible. We need the truth for the good of the world

The way that Building 7 collapses is just too precise. I am not into conspiracy theories or anything along those lines. But anyone with common sense could view this and see that widespread fires within the building could not destroy it in such a manner. I am in my first year of science studies, mostly in biology and chemistry, at Simon Fraser University. I will be taking physics courses for the next few semesters though and will apply my knowledge to the 9/11 truth movement.
Though credentials are appreciated, it doesn't take a physicist to know those buildings didn't just collapse. I don't think a plane's relatively small mass and thin walls would damage core columns. certainly not enough to bring down such a robust building supposedly built to withstand multiple impacts from the largest planes of its day.

I am a 24 year old college student from West Los Angeles. I was in the 10th grade when the WTC collapsed. I remember seeing the plane hit the WTC in real time on the news, as I was getting ready for school. At school, there was a TV in the room, and we watched everything happen in real-time. People don't know what to think when a plane hits a building, except for what the people we trust say. I believe the media played a powerful role in trying to convince us that what happened was a vigilant act of terrorism. We are not that dumb; we need to become powerful. Justice must prevail. The people responsible for this mass murder need to be in prison for a long, long time.
I saw the planes hit the towers in real time. I also listened to the phone calls coming from that one plane that crashed in the forest. There was an important military man who lost his wife. There was never footage of wreckage. I thought that they showed the military man losing his wife, to show that what was happening was a genuine terrorist attack. When the military man came on TV, to discuss his wife's death, he was not sad at all. He did not even look like he cared. He looked like he was there to simply convince viewers that America was under attack. He did not look devastated, he did not look concerned. He did not look like he had lost the love of his life. He did not look like he had lost anything of value at all. Footage of the pentagon also revealed no signs of an airplane crash. There was just a big hole in the side of the pentagon.

I'm a concerned American individual who wants the 9/11 investigation re-opened because I don't believe that the truth has been revealed to the world and that something is being hidden from all of us. I just want justice to be served and for the 9/11 families and victims to be respected with the whole truth. When I first saw the collapses of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7 I didn't ask too many questions since I was already taken back by the shock that the world witnessed that day and I was too young to understand anyway. Over the last couple of years I've studied and examined many pieces of evidence that can be seen in photos and videos from 9/11 and I can now definitely see the effects of controlled demolition. There is no possible way that a building can collapse in nearly free-fall speed and crush through the area of greatest resistance, especially since the South Tower had over 70 (or over 63%) of its floors still standing underneath the impact zone. The North Tower had over 90 (or over 81%) of its floors underneath the impact zone. The upper floors of the North Tower and the floors of the South Tower that were impacted by the plane couldn't have had the force to crush all the floors below. The so-called pancake collapse theory means that if a pancake collapse had occurred, it would have taken longer than a minute and most of the floors should have been found at the bottom of the building or site. Also, from looking at the collapse of the South Tower it can be seen that the top portion of the tower (above the impact zone) tilted out and fell over. How was it possible for the rest of the floors to so call pancake if there was no pressure or force from above? The fact that the tower continued to fall at nearly free-fall speed, after the top portion tilted and fell over, without any of the weight from above is beyond me. In many of the videos that I've seen of the Twin Towers from 9/11 there are instances where smoke was billowing from both the base and the lower floors of the towers and the lobby itself was damaged beyond belief. During the collapse explosions and flashes can be seen occurring on the floors way below the collapse zone (almost 20 - 30 floors below). If you compare the videos of the collapses with videos of other buildings being destroyed through controlled-demolition you will find many similarities, especially with the puffs of smoke or squibs that can be seen billowing out from floors below the collapse zone as well as above the collapse zone. Just take a look at the video where the Manager of WTC Construction and Project Management Frank A. DeMartini gives his view on how he believed the Twin Towers could survive multiple jetliner impacts. The WTC Twin Towers had a structural design unlike any other building and one of the reasons they had the design that they had was because of its structural integrity , strength, and resistance against disastrous impacts. For Building 7 there are very clear videos of the collapse and you can clearly see flashes going off where there aren't even any fires present. Both Building 7 and the North Tower of the World Trade Center also seem to have their highest points sag first before any other parts of the building fall. The North Tower's antenna spire and Building 7's mechanical penthouse at the top both start to descend before the rest of the building indicating that the core columns were blown out first with the rest of the building following through. Just compare other buildings that have been burning for hours and those that have tipped over with the WTC Towers and Building 7. A very different scenario is present. The buildings were pulverized and Pyroclastic flow dust clouds formed. Fire doesn't have the force to form pulverized dust clouds that covered all of Downtown Manhattan in about 30 seconds. I've never ever seen a building fire in my life that has led to those results. Did you know that the collapse of WTC Building 7 is not even mentioned in the Official 9/11 Commission Report? Strange huh? The eyewitness accounts of explosions coming from both the Twin Towers and Building 7 were not even accounted for in the 9/11 Commission Report. We all need to ask questions and demand answers. It's been almost 10 years since that fateful day and we need to uncover the truth and nothing, but the truth.

I am concerned that there has not been a full and independent investigation into the fall of WTC 7. We are told to believe that the skyscraper fell due to fire but given no evidence to prove this. I feel that Richard Gage and others need to be listened to so we can get to the bottom of that days tragic events.
