PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

Given the official explanation, I don't understand why the Towers fell straight down at near free-fall speeds. Given that the planes hit one side of each building, would it not be logical to assume that the buildings would have fallen towards the area of least structural support (aka where the planes hit)? Also should it not have taken longer for the buildings to collapse, given the many undamaged floors below?

I am in college at the University of North Texas where I am working on my undergraduate degree. I grew up in St. Louis in a household divided by political views; my mom being a democrat, father a republican and older siblings liberal. I just watched the video that your organization produced. I have no background in engineering or politics however I was in shock when I saw the evidence of demolition. The facts were clearly stated and although I do not have professional experience in the matter, I know a thorough argument when I see one. I feel as if I know more about 9/11 than I ever had before and even if I had not agreed with the video, I still would have felt educated on the matter of what really happened. My brother fought in the war in Iraq and, although I am extremely proud of him and our country, I am saddened to know that the soldiers may have not at all known what they were fighting for. It is unbelievable that high officials are in-denial about what actually happened. I want to know what they did do with all the tax money if they were not able to come up with a conclusion. When are we going to stop hiding things and actually all be on the same side? It appears that our country United We Stand, is being separated as the degree particles that blew throughout the state of New York on the day of the 9/11 tragedy; Views and facts manipulated until finally dissipated and all that's left is a pile of rubble that soon will not even tell of a disaster at all. I am 21 years old from Holland, Michigan, and I have seen many videos showing the evidence and proof of demolitions being used on the World Trade Center. I am very smart and used to build with Legos; that's about the only structural experience I have. But there's still a lot to learn from that. Building a sturdy structure takes good thinking on the physics of gravity, the width of the base, the height you're dealing with, the strength of the material being used, and many more factors. Yes, I learned how to make sturdy structures with Legos.
I am a student who is smart enough to recognize a rather strange, free falling collapse of 3 very strong buildings on the same day due to a fire as being ridiculous. It is literally impossible for even one high rise building to collapse like that due to a fire, and yet it happened to three all in one day. The fires weren't even hot enough to do anything! There's a person standing right where the hole is, and she's not even burning up! It would take a mass inferno to melt the steel that the Towers were made of.

I'm a student that has helped create and organize a community college research group. Although we are new and we are passionate to the truth movement and the truth about September 11th. I'm very technical myself and was actually in the military as a helicopter mechanic in the 82nd Airborne Div. I have many questions. Why did Building 7 come down? Why are there so many firefighters, janitors and people in the lobby and lower levels of the buildings who say they heard and felt explosions? Why won't the government release any tapes that show the plane crashing into the Pentagon? How is it possible the hole in the Pentagon is so small? Where did the plane and its parts go after crashing into the Pentagon? Where did the entire plane of Flight 93 go? How does a building crumble to pieces at the speed of free fall when the majority of the building was underneath the fire and constructed of heavy steel? If no explosions occurred there would have been resistance and the Towers would have taken longer to fall. And if explosions did occur, who set them up?

The big question surrounding all of this is how did WTC 7 go down without anything hitting it? It doesn't take a rocket scientist to know something is not being said about that. I plan on transferring to a four-year university next year and will work towards a pre-med degree. I hope to be able to be accepted to a medical school after I get my Bachelor's degree.

In light of considerable online research, I have determined that the collapse of World Trade Center Building 7 could not have been due to office fires. The fact that a government agency claims that it was is unacceptable and constitutes more than enough cause for my support of a new investigation.

I read everything and science has been my passion. While I still have not finished my BS for various reasons, my mind is so inquisitive to how things work. - - This collapse of building 7 is a 'no-brainer.' People have lost their jobs, were deliberately killed when due to testify and on and on. There is so much evidence (in plain view) that I find it inconceivable that it is still not being revisited. - - I do know that Building 7 housed insider trading records; pension disputes and many other contested issues where people never were able to get their money back. This whole - thing...including the towers MUST BE RE-INVESTIGATED. - A child could see the truth. -
I know a CHILD OR SEVENTH GRADER could decipher the evidence - and give an educated analysis of what brought down the towers. - The young and the people who are 'awake' can see through this - completely. Maybe, not at the very first....but please. - The stand-down of our jets and there exercise elsewhere is - obvious. No huge aircraft could be piloted to do what these - planes (real or automated) did. The supposed hijackers licenses were intact on the ground; they were seen with box- - cutters hanging out of their back pockets (incredible) and then seen in Europe or the Middle East after 9/11. I would - say....'Is America THAT STUPID?' I guess some people are.We nee a new investigation with HONEST people. - -

I am a 23-year-old senior mass communication major at LSU. I have studied the events that occurred on 9-11-01 for about 4 years now. I have taken several science courses in college. Also, I have written a 10-page paper on why I disagree with the official story.
I have done a lot of research on the collapses of the World Trade Center Buildings and I do not believe it is possible for a steel structured building to collapse due to office fires. How does fire melt steel? What energy was used to turn the buildings into dust? How does a building fall at the rate of gravity? A lot of things just do not make sense. I will explain my reasons why I do not believe the official story is true. 1. WTC1, WTC2 and WTC7 are the only steel-structured buildings ever to have collapsed (allegedly) as a result of fire. There are several cases of fires in other such buildings, none of which collapsed. In May 1988, a fire at the Interstate Bank Building in Los Angeles destroyed four floors and burned for four hours, but the building did not collapse. In February 1991, a fire destroyed 8 floors of the 38-story One Meridian Plaza building in Philadelphia. The fire burned for 18 hours, but the building did not collapse. In February 2005, the 32-story Windsor Building in Madrid, Spain, caught fire and burned for two days. The building was completely in flames at one point, causing several top floors to collapse onto the lower ones, yet the building did not collapse. 2. Norman Mineta, former transportation secretary, testifies in front of the 9-11 commission and says that former vice president, Dick Cheney, gave a stand-down order not to shoot down the plane that hit the Pentagon. 3. Put options were placed on Boeing and American Airlines stock before and on Sept 11. A put option is a bet that the stock will fall. 4. George Bush hesitated for 441 days before starting the 9/11 Commission. Also, the 9/11 commission was given extremely limited funds - only $15 million to investigate the worst attack on American soil. (More than $60 Million was spent investigating Bill Clinton's indiscretions.) 5. Hani Hanjour, the pilot who allegedly crashed American Airline Flight 77, was unable to fly a Cessna a few weeks before 9-11 according to his fight instructor, but he does what many expert pilots call an impossible move weeks later- a 330 degree turn at 500 mph, descending 7,000 feet in 2 ' minutes to hit the west side of the Pentagon. 6. The most damaging evidence to some people is the collapse of World Trade Center Building 7 (WTC 7). Unlike the Twin Towers, WTC 7 was not hit by an airplane, but collapsed in 6.5 seconds into its own footprint. The 9/11 Commission Report claims that the building collapsed due to office fires. This simply cannot be true. 7. I watched this film and read my physics textbooks. Seven World Trade Center is one of the key points of evidence, one of the smoking guns,' said Richard Gage, a California architect who is the leader of a group called Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth. 'There have been much hotter, longer lasting and larger fires in skyscrapers that have not fallen down,' he explained. Presently there are more than 1700+ engineers and architects who support a new independent 9/11 investigation, and they all claim that the Towers and WTC 7 were destroyed by controlled demolition by a team of experts. The events that occurred on that day are bizarre and a real investigation is needed.

I've had doubts since day one, too many coincidences and also it is not the first nor last time a country has staged an attack to coerce the people into action. How does a paper passport escape untouched but the metal infrastructure melts to the ground? Just reminds me of Hitler ideology that if you make a lie big and simple enough and say it enough, people will believe it. There is too much evidence that supports the building collapsed under a controlled demolition rather than a plane induced fire.
