PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

I am a degreed mechanical engineer working as a product engineer in the field of civil engineering (post-tensioning and cable stay bridges). I am also an Infantry Officer in the US Army National Guard currently mobilized in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom.
As an engineer (EIT) I am unable to accept the mainstream conclusion of the collapse of the three World Trade Center buildings. Furthermore, having twice been involuntarily pulled from my profession (once in support of Operation Enduring Freedom and currently in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom), I am disturbed that the sole 'legal' justification for such activations of reserve units is the war on terror declared in response to the events of 9-11-01 (Executive Order 13223). The cause of the building collapses is immediately relevant to all our current foreign campaigns and policies.

My technical experience has been in IT as well as civil design. After graduating from Vanderbilt in 1999, I found myself working NYC a few blocks from the WTC. After the tragedy, I moved to FL and started doing civil design work.
There are 2 things that bother me about 9/11. The first is the fact that I bore witness to in the path train station under the two towers. I took the path train in that morning and arrived around the time the first plane hit the north tower. There was smoke in the station. How did it get there? The station was at least 4 to 5 levels below ground level. The second is building 7. It is physically impossible for a building to fall at free fall speed without some sort of assistance. This means that something must have been in the building to remove the objects from below the falling debris. This needs further investigation and the 9/11 commission failed to address this issue in their report.

Watching the 9/11 commission and the politics surrounding it caused me to question the answers that came from it. As an engineer who understands the fundamentals of science, I can't imagine how fire brought down Building 7. If Building 7 fell due to something other than fire, then questions regarding the other buildings come into play. I demand a proper investigation into 9/11!

I'm 22 years old award winning student and have studied building services engineering for 4 years. I have written top of my class dissertations. I have worked with steel and concrete all my life in my summer job. I have studied applied maths since I was 15 which wasn't compulsary in my school.
Simple applied maths shows the buildings couldn't have fallen as they and at the speed they did without some sort of controlled demolition to take away the resistance of the building. The way the building fell into its own footstep confirms this. Secondly the plane was recorded going at a speed that it should have broken up at never mind been uncontrolable, and the fact half the plane comes out the other side of the building is unrealistic. The only 3 high rise concrete and steel buildings in the world that have ever collapsed becase of fire are wtc1 wtc2 and wtc7 that doesn't make sense especially when wtc7 fires were relatevely small. Thermite evidence and so much more. Where they say the plane that crashed into the field there was already a crater there before the plane crashed you could see it on google maps, and so much more.

First of all I'd just like to say that just because I am not an American citizen it doesn't mean that my concern is any les important than an American. I've been studying architecture for 3 years and will be graduating in April 2014. I am knowledgeable in structural science and building methods and believe that the collapse of the 7 World trade center should be investigated as well as the twin towers.
I just want an explanation on why the third building collapsed and why the media neglected to shed light on it. I personally recently discovered this and think that the Americans should be aware of it. Why don't people know this? Why did it spontaneously collapse? I think America deserves an explanation. I am a junior student in the Weldon School of Biomedical Engineering here at Purdue University. I have worked with numerous mechanical analysis questions as well physics. I have maintained a 3.4 GPA and have spent over 500 Hours in sterile laboratory practices.
I know enough about structural design from all the statics courses I have taken to understand that a building does not fall as WT7 did without some sort of aid. Office fires did not and could not cause that to happen. In general, commercial buildings are created with a factor of safety greater than 3. This is a ratio of the maximum possible load the structure or element can withstand, to the load it will likely have to support. This is for the safety of the people utilizing the structure and so that this sort of total failure does not happen. Also, the building accelerated as an object reaching terminal velocity. If the building was falling from natural causes, this would not be the case. Its levels would have to collapse individually. And let me tell you, steel is extremely strong in compression, so it is highly unlikely that this collapse would continue through all the levels, let alone continuously as an object in free fall. This entire fallacy of an 'office fire' is an outrage. I was a child when this horrific day occurred, and I still remember exactly where I sat in my 3rd music class as my teacher came in crying and turned on the TV. To learn that we being fed lies as a voting citizen and proud American, disgusts me to be either of those. I, and the rest of the people signing this petition demand answers.

I was born in Montreal, Quebec in 1929, my name was Adrienne Stevens. I am an avid (non-fiction reader, and a Los Angeles library member. The news of '9-11' came as a shock, I just could not believe the 'official story' - it did not make sense - it 'did not compute' - buildings do not come down in seconds - the pentagon is the largest building and the most guarded one in the world. The people in Newfoundland are laid back, unsophisticated friendly 'country folk' - no way would they have stacks and stacks of bunks, sleeping blankets, etc. hanging around. In other words, they would never be prepared or know how to accommodate so many overnight guests, and with such little notice, nobody ever expected too much from 'the newfies' around that time. I 'hounded' the LA librarians - finally I was told that a book - non-fiction was available - and it was about '9-11'The book was THE WAR ON FREEDOM, by Mr. Nafeez Ahmed - a British economist. I started reading it, it was non-fiction, I could not put it down until I finished reading it. I KNEW that it made sense, prior to that nothing I read made sense. My Dad always used to tell me 'that you know that you know (i.e.,if it made sense, it was the truth). Sometime much later, I read Mr. Ahmed's next book, 'The War On Truth' - this book too, made sense. The titles of both books describe (among other things) exactly what I thought 9-11 was about. It resulted in having many of our freedoms taken away from us. And, the second book's title, 'The war on truth' speaks for itself. I read all of David Ray Griffiths' books. I also read the reams of utter rubbish (about how we should believe the official story, etc,). Italy gave its highest prize for non-fiction to Mr. Ahmed. I encounter many people who believe the 'official' story. I ask them this question. DO YOU believe that ITALY would give their highest award for non-fiction to a lie?Also, why aren't people all over the world talking and writing ABOUT these two books - why the silence. WTC 7 was a controlled demolition. Several office fires were not responsible for a whole building to come down. Common sense just tells you that. Even if the whole building was on fire, the temperatures would not have been hot enough to melt the steel.

I have now been studying Architectural Technology for 2 years and will be moving onto Bsc Hons degree next year. I have worked in the construction industry briefly during my breaks from University and have gathered a lot of knowledge of construction through my time at University and having in job experience. My course also covers Fire safety and is taken very seriously in our curriculum.
Through my studies of fire safety in university I have came to the conclusion that the destruction of the three towers has to be due to a controlled demolition. Due to the materials used on the skycrapers such as concrete and structural steel i find it impossible to believe that the towers would fall so quickly, the structural columns would resist failing from the heat of the fire for a lot lot longer than what happened. Also such a symmetrical destruction is truly hard to understand as near enough all the structural columns would need to fail at the same time for it to come down so straight. From researching other controlled explosive demolitions of skyscrapers all i can see is similarities between them and the destruction of the twin towers.

I learned at school that every large building has an core. From steal or from concrete. When I asked my teachers about how the core could vaporise they did not have an answer. An few years later there was an building in Delft from the university of construction witch burned out totally. It also had an steel construction. It was not that tall but it confirmed my suspicion. In Holland the images from the sudden collapse of tower 7 or the Salomon's building are shown to an demolition specialist. He confirmed controlled demolition on this building!! The evidence is overwhelming. even today new images and sound recordings are put forward. You can see an hear the explosions on the base of both twin towers.

Although I am far from an expert I feel that this cause is fantastic and the truth should be revealed, the video changed me from a position where I thought that the government wouldn't do that to their people to a position now where I can make a fully informed decision because the science is the truth! The time and manner of the destruction of the three towers themselves should be more than ample reason for a re-investigation of 9/11; but, that obviously is not the case. That is why I am here signing this petition, to find out the truth and give the American people what they deserve to know.

I was ten years old on September 11, 2001. I vividly remember being pulled from school by my mom, and watching the towers fall over and over on TV. It was and continues to be very real to me, as I grew up about an hour outside Manhattan. - - A couple months ago, I had chastized my mother for watching some 9/11 Truther videos on YouTube and jumping to wild conclusions. I do not believe the September 11 attack was an 'inside job,' but I do believe there is more to the story. Government secrecy is something from my parents' generation, not mine. - - I fully support investigation, reinvestigation, testing, and retesting of any hypothesis. Therefore I support this petition.

I have been a licensed general contractor and solar electrical contractor all my working life. I am very familiar with all type of structures and have worked on residences, commercial businesses and a power plant during my career.
The official cover story is hardly believable. Structures don't collapse like all three buildings did without controlled demolition expertise. Though I am not a demolition expert I would certainly hire the expertise if I wanted to demolish three skyscraper in downtown New York. There is simply no way that a plane crashing into a steel structure in New York would have caused this type of damage. It had to be carefully planned and executed with military precision and the cover story is very similar to the 'magic bullet' theory used by the Warren Commission to cover up the true perpetrators of the JFK assassination.

I am concerned about the possible controlled demolition of the 3 Towers. I feel that it is vitally important that the families of the deceased receive some closure as to what happened that day.
