PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

This is a simple fact. If you consider that all the floors below the plane strikes were untouched by fire or impact (the towers were built to withstand plane strikes)... their structural strength would be intact and therefore could NOT simply collapse.

I am trained as an Electrical Engineer. I've worked for NASA and other companies designing control systems for mechanical motion control systems. This background in math and physics of motion have allowed me to do some technical inquiries into the dynamics of collapse of the WTC. I have also spent several years working in hte field of avionics and air traffic control. These experiences give me some insight into issues brought up by Pilots for 911 Truth. We must perform publicly and with peer review an extensive analysis of the WTC collapse. The official explanation stops at the onset of collapse. To even explain the start of the collapse without explosives requires some far fetched ideas. There are lots of energy analyses to do that I have not seen done. How can multi-ton steel beams be ejected with enough force to embed themselves in buildings far away? What explains the symetry of the collapse? Uncontrolled phenomenon are seldom symetrical.

I received a bachelor of science in aeronautical engineering with a minor in computer graphics and with a 3.55 GPA from Cal Poly in San Luis Obispo. In the GMAT (Graduate Management Admission Test), I scored in top 6%. I've worked at Northrop Grumman Corporation as a system process engineer. And among other various employments, I was the pipeline engineering supervisor for the Lord of the Rings, working on all three films in New Zealand for Weta Digital to enhance the capability and efficiency of their computer-graphics production.
The official story about how the WTC buildings fell on September 11th is absolutely ridiculous. No fire-induced collapse, because of two jets, could cause a symmetrical fall of these three buildings at the acceleration of gravity--it's just physically impossible. The twin towers were engineered to withstand such aircraft strikes. And the videos of the three buildings falling also show clear signs of explosions that cannot be explained by any fire/jet caused collapse. Furthermore, there are innumerable eye-witness accounts of massive explosions (and demolition-style countdowns) that have no reasonable connection to the official story about why the buildings fell.

I was the Logistics Director for Cheyenne Mountain Upgrade to upgrade the NORAD Command Center equipment in Cheyenne Mountain, Colorado Springs, Colorado. As director I was responsible for the acquisition and sustainment of the upgraded NORAD equipment. This required a knowledge of the specifications and operational requirements and the testing to insure the equipment meets the required operational objectives. I worked many types of acquisition purchases and fielding of equipment. Minuteman III Reentry systems, Radar Systems, Intel Systems, and Nuclear Survivable Communications Systems. I also had TS clearances with many other intel, nuclear, and other clearances.
My relevant connection to understanding part of what happened is that In the 1990's, I was the Director of Logistics for the Cheyenne Mountain Upgrade program to upgrade the NORAD Command Center in Cheyenne Mountain, Colorado Springs, Colorado. I have an understanding of the operations of the entire system as the Logistics Director. I know our equipment tracked exactly where the planes were after the aircraft transponders were turned off, I am aware of the response times the military must intercept potential dangerous aircraft. I am aware of our strategic and tactical operations for protecting our country. I am aware that a squadron of intercept aircraft would not be taken off alert unless another squadron was assigned to cover for the coverage area. I am aware that if a training operation takes our aircraft away from their assigned coverage areas, other backup aircraft would be assigned to provide coverage. Someone was ordering our intercept aircraft away from the towers and the Pentagon to allow the commercial aircraft to hit their targets. I've heard VP Cheney was giving the maintenance stand down orders to block operational coverage while other aircraft were sent out to sea on a training mission... It would have had to be someone very high in the chain of command to pull that off (like VP Cheney).

I have a degree in combined studies, that includes Chemistry, achieved at the University of Glamorgan, Wales (Former mining polytechnic college). (1994-97). I have also worked for several years as a lab technician with various types of cements and concretes, including three months testing the compression strength of concrete used in the building of blocks of flats. ( I witnessed hundreds of tests on the concrete up to the point of failure and do not remember much fine powder as a result, there were however many shards ranging from the mm to cm size ).
I am very concerned with the way World Trade Center 7 collapsed. It seems to me almost impossible that fires could cause such symmetrical failure when fires shouldn't rationally be able to cause the failure of any part of the structure let alone all of the structure at exactly the same time. I need a new investigation to explain this (maybe demolition experts can plant enough explosives in a burning building in 8 hours to bring it down as we saw). I have read and seen much more conflicting evidence about other aspects of 9/11 and I am not content with the official story, but as I have no first hand evidence (e.g saw explosives being used) my suspicions on the events that day rest on the video evidence of the collapse of WTC7. The odds of such a symmetrical collapse due to natural processes (i.e not manipulated) are so unrealistically long that I see this as the achilles heel of the official account, and if there is no sufficient explanation it implies complicity by someone with the clearance to enter the building. We need to know how and who.

The evidence produced as the official story related to the supposed collapse of three buildings at ground zero in New York City simply cannot be true. Much more comprehensive, scienfitic evidence has been independently produced. Mounds of evidence were rapidly removed from the site, and the presence of molten metals and dust particles containing evidence of thermate are too compelling to ignore. The official story, however, does just that. It is an insult to our professional intelligence to take the official story at face value. Too many questions remain as to exactly what happened on 9/11/01.

The evidence just does not add up to the original investigation reports. There have been many conspiracy videos about this in the past that got me thinking about other possibilities as to what happened on 9/11 but there were flaws within the video and they were not professionally based. However, this documentary clearly lays out the evidence and the flaws in the previous investigations that are backed by professional engineers and architects. There most definitely should be a private investigation into what happened on 9/11. The families who lost loved ones on that horrible day deserve the truth.

Much of the evidence presented in AE911's video was quite compelling from a scientific stand point. Although I am not an 'expert', as an engineering student I have a larger knowledge base than most about topics such as physics and structural integrity which are pertinent to the events of 9/11. I think that another investigation is necessary because there are scientific problems with the official report, I may not know exactly what happened but its pretty obvious to me that it's not what we were told.

I have spent hours and hours trying to put together a logical connection between the NIST report and the hard evidence that is available all over the internet, and in the film provided by AE911Truth. None of it ever adds up. It is clear that in this film there is more truth and raw information than what is being told as the 'official' accounts of what happened that terrifying day. And, it should show that there is something way more terrifying at stake here, and that is the ability to trust our government. There needs to be a deeper investigation on the events that had taken place that day, and why they felt the need to cover it up.

I am a college student who has a background in computer programming, I am a registered Independent. I would consider myself intelligent, rational, and I hold the belief that adhering to the scientific method when scrutinizing such an important event in American history is crucial.
I have developed many concerns regarding the collapse of both WTC Buildings as well as Building 7 after I have reviewed the official statements for myself. Initially I was skeptical, however now I feel it to be unethical to disregard my own common sense and intuition. How does a building with an iron column core collapse in a 'pancake fashion' at nearly FREE FALL speeds from one jetliner collision leaving powdered concrete and molten iron? Oh, and what exactly happened with Building 7? These are among many serious concerns that I share with the others on this petition. You don't need to be an expert to see that something isn't right here. It seems that there is enough evidence that reasonably supports a controlled demolition theory which should investigated, so that at the very least it could be ruled out.

I am a struggling small business owner and returning student. I tend to be rather straightforward and outspoken when I feel something is wrong, even if being so negatively impacts me.
I watched the news for hours every day for over six months after 911. This event had a very profound impact on me and everybody I knew. I did not know any victims first hand, but do know a couple of family members of victims.I do believe the EXPERTS (from around the world mind you) have raised more than enough questions/points to warrant further investigation. What is the problem? What has happened to our government? They (our government) answer to no one. 'Government of the people,' yeah, who believes that anymore? Honestly? If they (the government) want the official story to stick. That is the end of the story. Regardless, I will stand behind the EXPERTS and LOVED ONES of the victims in demanding the truth. I have been a concrete foreman completing hundreds of residential house designs and foundations. I have been a mason foreman responsible for 30 to 50 masons and helpers, completing big box stores, several schools in NC and SC. I have also built shopping centers and malls consisting of millions of CMU and millions of brick. I am taking Commercial Construction Management couses at a local college and I am 45 credits into my Associates degree.
My personal knowledge of structural steel and concrete does not allow me to accept the answers that are being given, or the statements that have been made, by the federal government. Steel and concrete structures do not catch fire and burn, then collapse like WTC7 did, without help?

I feel the government inside our government or the one behind the scenes is taking the American people to a place that they do not want to be in. I mean, how can you stand there with a veil over your eyes while 3000 people are murdered in one day by our government? In my experience, airplanes made of aluminum cannot fly through steel framed buildings as most of the planes' remains should have crashed to the street below. Explosives would have to have been used to clear the path.

I study Industrial and Systems Engineering at USC, which focuses on a variety of engineering principles. Relevant to 9/11 is the assessment of catastrophes, risk factors, accidents and the contributing elements that lead to them. Physics, chemistry, and electrical engineering are vital components of this education. "When we look at the facts related to free fall, the existence of experimental/military grade thermite, the lack of any building ever crumbling under remotely similar circumstances, the obliteration of iron and steel, and the inexplicable collapse of building 7, science does us a favor by begging questions such as why the NIST report does not investigate these matters. Bush's brother being contracted to do construction on the towers prior to the attack certainly offers one theory as to where the charges came from. This is further corroborated when no invoices can be produced for this million dollar project. The removal of evidence from the site and its shipment to China compounds the theory. The fact of Air Force training exercises being conducted that day that simulated planes being hijacked obfuscated the ability of ATC to discern what was training-related and what was real is certainly an amazing coincidence. Finally, in tower 7, there were departmental files that were conveniently destroyed in the wreckage, such as Bush administration federal oversight records. There was also a man who was stuck in the building who witnessed hours of blast charges; he later was ""disappeared"" after coming forward with this information. The lack of severity of the fires is also suspect. The trick is to link the factual evidence to these organizational discrepancies and procedural and records anomalies. That link must be witnesses and members of the administration, firefighters, police, officials, and other people that have high credibility. We still need some of these people to fill in the blanks between evidence and theory."

If the buildings had nothing but the the planes hit them there would have been the center steel structure still standing but badly damaged and there would be a stack of floors at the bottom. The building fell at free fall speed and looked almost identical to a planned demolition. Weeks after this horrific event there was molten steel found at the crash site. A plane crash and fire itself would not produce enough heat to melt steel.

The government's explanation of the destruction of the Twin Towers is misleading and incomprehensive. The Towers were designed to withstand a jet airliner impact. However, the structural engineer of the Towers, John Skilling, knew that controlled demolition was a perfectly viable way to destroy them. AE911Truth and many other voices have shown there is an overwhelming amount of evidence and truth that a controlled demolition destroyed 1, 2, and 7 WTC.

There should be an extensive reevaluation of the 9/11 events. I am currently a junior in college. I am studying to become a Mechanical Engineer.
The WTC twin towers could not have fallen straight down. If a building was severed at the airplane impact point (meaning complete structural failure), the top of the building would follow the path of least resistance which means that it would fall to one of the sides. If that isn't enough to make the government story seem wrong, then what about WTC building 7? The current explanation is that it fell due to a fire. I can tell you that a building of that caliber would not fall straight down without serious force like a magnitude 9 earthquake.
