PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

I didn't think the towers would fall. Ask any demolition company, the hardest thing in the world to accomplish is to make a building fall down within its own footprint. Towers topple! Even buildings like building 7 do not simply fall inward, they spill out on one side or one corner. Building 7 is a perfect example of a controlled implosion! Watch footage of demolitions gone wrong, there are some buildings about that size the ended up rolling like a block and ending up on their own roof (and down the street). And the towers themselves, were in free fall. These building should have toppled near and towards the impact areas, especially the second plane that hit the corner of the tower. If you do believe that the towers pancaked, where are the 23 structural columns in each tower? When floors like this pancake, say in parking structure, the columns remain standing. Since not all the columns were damaged, some should have been left standing--all 110 stories! These columns were very strong, after all they did support the entire structure, and even if they had been knocked down in the destruction, they too would have toppled (not pulverized) and fallen into other buildings or down the streets for blocks away from ground zero. Americans are accustom to watching controlled demolitions on the television, this is exactly what we all saw.

If the official explanation is true, it follows that all the events that took place in 9/11 defy engineering and physics principles, but most importantly, they defy logic. By having the most basic experience with mechanical phenomena you can clearly see that the top of the South Tower should have continued falling off to the side of the building when it tilted immediately after the collapse started. The only reasonable explanation is that it encountered no resistance as it fell or that it was pulverized in mid air.

There is a huge old secret government WW2 bunker under Grand Central Terminal in NYC. It so happens has private rail line connecting into the rest of the subway system. Cheney uses this system regularly to this day. (as seen on the Discovery Channel) I believe it is the logical the staging area for the men and materiel needed to place the devices in WTC 1,2 & 7..... in my opinion.

If one knows anything about structural engineering and has seen a number of controlled demolition videos, including charge placement, it is just plain obvious that WTC 7 is a controlled demolition. If a small lobby fire can bring down a steel frame structure so easily, no buildings are safe. But history tells us otherwise. That steel frame structured do not collapse because of fire. So the WTC collapses are either 1) controlled demolition or 2) 3 miracles (never to be repeated).

The odds that three high-rise buildings would collapse in an identical, unprecedented fashion when each suffered a different form of damage are tremendously low. The NIST report on WTC 7 ignores evidence, omits testimony, and does not even consider the possibility of explosives, leading to an explanation for the collapse that is completely incompatible with what was witnessed with our own eyes. Further, the form in which WTC 1 & 2 collapsed (perfectly on their footprints) is impossible given the asymmetrical damage inflicted on the buildings. A new investigation from an independent, non-government affiliated organization should be commissioned.

Also to many 'coincidences' such as removed bomb dogs etc., cannot be coincidences on so many accounts. Also why no plane parts were removed from the pentagon, the part that was hit, the targeted people and what they stood for in no coincidence, and the size of the hole made by the 'plane' non of which first the story that is jammed down our throats . Can you say, 'shots fired from the grassy knoll?' 3 towers falling due to 2 plans is as likely as a bullet curving, pausing in mid air and changing trajectory.

I have associates degrees in both architectural drafting and civil engineering. I am currently pursuing a bachelors degree in civil engineering with an emphasis on structural engineering. Even someone with my limited engineering knowledge can look at the destruction of those 3 buildings and see something isn't right about it. Through my work on structural design projects in school, I know about factors of safety, and how certain areas of the building (exit stairwells, elevator shafts etc.) are more rigid than other areas. Yet the buildings came down pretty much uniformly without any absorption of energy. 80 floors should be able to absorb 20 floors. Maybe that's just a theory but it's what I believe!

There are so many anomalies in the official story told to the public about the destruction of the 3 towers in the 9/11 attacks. There is no valid explanation for the molten steel which have been photographed. No explanation for the thermite also photographed. No valid explanation for how the towers fell at the speed of gravity, which I believe means that there was no resistance just like in a controlled demolition. The official story explains that the steel foundations should of remained after the collapse, but they didn't. Also the videos of the planes entering the buildings should be analyzed. The videos show that the light aluminum planes penetrated the steel structures building like a hot knife in butter. I personally like a lot of people find this fact hard to believe.

I have a bachelor's degree in hydrotechnical engineering and I'm about to start master's degree. I am a student so I don't have much of an experience in structural engineering, but I am able to perform structural calculations. Subject of my bachelor's degree thesis was to design a complete 15 meters wide dam structure with its closings, static and structural calculations.
From my point of view and the knowledge acquired during structural calculation lessons, concrete technology lessons and steel construction lessons, I am sure that official statement about the collapse of WTC towers is not accurate and that the event should be further investigated. I am also sure that the collapse of WTC Building 7 was not due to structural failure of one of its main columns. The collapse was far too symmetrical as for asymmetrical damage caused by failure of one of the steel main columns. Symmetrical collapse points to destruction of all the building's main columns simultaneously, which then points to use of controlled demolition.

Starting in the US, people all over the world have deliberately or unknowingly waived their right to privacy and their freedom.For me personally, the question that has sunk in is: Who benefited from these 'attacks'? I strive for the truth and demand answers for the murders that took place at the hands of our federal government. This behavior is beyond treasonous and the individuals responsible should finally be given due recompense in the form of justice. It is heinous that over 3,000 Americans lose their life at the hands of our insiders in a gruesome manner. Beyond deception, these acts of terror were stemming from our own politicians - for a money making agenda. I am dedicated to fighting for the truth and the answers these families seek in any way, shape or form.

As a student of American history and international relations, I am fully aware of the United States' long history in fabricating reasons to go to war. From the Lusitania to the Gulf of Tonkin. In the 21st century we should rid ourselves of this outdated, realist foreign policy.I am a senior studying Global Studies at Appalachian State University. The architectural evidence alone of the destruction of the WTC is convincing. When put in context of the 9/11 Commission Report, Richard Clarke & Scott McClellan's tell-alls, the New Yorker article 'Selective Intelligence' (http://www.newyorker.com/magazine/2003/05/12/selective-intelligence), and the general behavior of the Bush Administration. How can we deny the suspicious nature of the 9/11 attack?
