On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

Received MSc degree in Mechanical Engineering from Technical University of Istanbul. Received PhD degree from Brown University in metallurgy. After a short stint in academia, I worked for the Turkish Technical and Scientific Research Institute. I did research on explosively forming welded truncated-cone steel preforms into hemispheres. Materials subjected to very high strain rates behave similarly to highly plastic materials and can change form (deform) without developing external stress cracks. There is a photo that was taken of some 9/11-damaged steel structures where a very big cross section heavy beam has been bent into almost a 180 degree U-shape without developing any cracks on the tension side of the bend. This could not happen under the weight of the building forcing the lower sections to break up into pieces. It proves that a chemical or physical high energy source was in operation at the time the buildings were destroyed (not collapsed.) No amount of static force big enough to bend the heavy beam into a 'U' can produce this effect without creating multitudinous cracks on the tension side. This can only be done by a 'high energy rate forming' mechanism and by either a chemical or physical energy source with a large enough capacity. - - More recently, I was involved in design and production of castings and forgings in industry, and production plant management until retirement.
I am convinced beyond any shadow of doubt that:1- NORAD could not have been rendered helpless by anyone or any organization but persons in or close to the U.S. government. 2- The two towers could not have come down in near-free fall speed if explosives were not scientifically planted and distributed throughout the structures and sequentially exploded through computer control. Explosions occurred ahead of the advancing debris so that the near-free fall speed can be achieved.3- The 9/11 wars and war on terror were pre-planned and executed according to these plans. The WTC skyscrapers were obviously destroyed by a high energy producing material such as nanothermite, which was somehow placed in the buildings. There is no mechanism known to humans, other than explosives, that can destroy buildings of that size at free fall speeds while converting all the concrete and other office materials into a thick cloud of dust. It is futile to argue whether x number of columns were cut by the planes or Y amount. Even if the upper portions of both buildings were totally severed from the bottom portions and the top was allowed to fall onto the bottom, and even if all the bolts/pins holding the metal skeleton of the bottom portion together were in an un-tightened condition, the destruction of the bottom portion of the buildings by the effect of the top portion could never have been accomplished within the time necessary for a free fall. The fact that the buildings were destroyed at free fall speeds is the greatest evidence that the buildings were purposely destroyed by well placed explosives. No passenger plane hit the pentagon.

From the evidence of video footage my hypothesis is that the WTC building were destroyed by controlled demolition. Building 7 was an excellent example of a free falling controlled demolition of a typical large building. Fires do not cause this type of symmetrical reduction in size within it's own foot print. All other explanations are simply illogical. Control demolition is my firm hypothesis from pure scientific observation. Further analysis of the facts is mandatory for development of the truth.

After research about the evidence, pro and con I find the research about the question of WTC 7 provides probable cause for a criminal investigation. I have experience as an FBI witness on two criminal cases. This issue is to provide probable cause for the federal investigators. I did this and convictions were gained. The key part of my Ph.D. dissertation included evaluation of over 200 engineering science research programs done by Lawrence Livermore National Lab. I gave scores. Thus my national experiences hunting for engineering errors and my dissertation provides evidence I am skilled at finding quality or errors in research. The research by the federal agencies and commission was less than poor and demostrates they chose to cover the actual facts. I am recently retired from a 30-yr career as a structural engineer in the military defense aerospace industry, holding DoD Secret Clearance throughout. My academic training was in civil structural engineering, and while I spent most of my career in space launch applications focusing on rocket structures, I managed the Ground Systems Structures Section at The Aerospace Corporation and have considerable practical experience with ground structures and facilities. I also have vast experience in failure investigations of launch systems and am well versed in the inter-disciplinary analyses -- thermodynamics, ballistics, structural dynamic and structures -- required to develop and explore credible hypotheses.
I was initially a skeptic regarding the possibility that the WTC was brought down by explosives. I erroneously thought that the conspiracy theories were based upon the notion that steel had to melt to precipitate a failure (it does not), and that rocket fuel doesn't burn at sufficient temperature to liquify steel (which is true). After reviewing the overwhelming evidence presented by the 911 Truth Organization, it is apparent to me that the steel did in fact melt, and that is incontrovertible evidence of the use of explosives. Together with the visual evidence, particularly that of WTC 7's signature implosion, there can be no doubt in the mind of anyone trained in structural engineering that these buildings were brought down by carefully placed explosive charges. NONE WHATSOEVER. As unthinkable as it is to me, it is hard to believe that anyone except agents of the U.S. federal government could have had the access and resources necessary to commit this atrocity.

I knew the moment I saw the first building fall. I knew what had to occur in order to drop a building of that size in its own footprint. Then when the second building fell all remaining doubts that I had were gone. I knew what had to happen to do this. I think that the removal of the evidence from the site without a thorough investigation by multitudes of scientists and engineers is obstruction of justice to say the least and criminal conspiracy to be more concise. This is THE most important issue of the day. Without an understanding of the events of 9/11, there can be no understanding of the events of today. The obvious mishandling of the investigation, whether intended or unintended, must be reconciled with the current science and technology available to us and a full investigation must be launched immediately by an independent group of professionals. I would like to remind you of the size of the plane that so called crash landed in the field with no seats, body parts, or anything; same with the Pentagon and its plane that hit it. I studied music, computer science and finance at the college level. I worked in Los Angeles as a professional musician for 32 years, preparing music for recording sessions for top artists -- Stevie Wonder, Quincy Jones, Barbra Streisand, Bruce Springseen, Celine Dion, and many others. My work involved listening to recordings, determining the notes being played, the instruments used, the technique and electronic settings, and then notating that on a score. In other words, careful analysis and precise representation of the musical elements, in order to help the producer and studio musicians efficiently understand the original recording and then improve on it.
In my opinion, the official story about what happened became suspect immediately. The Arabic flight manuals in the rental car in Portland, ME, the hijacker's passport found on the street near the WTC, and the clandestine removal of the WTC debris to Staten Island and then to Asia with NO forensic investigation are three examples of things that didn't make sense. I'll add the complete lack of military response during the hijackings. ' Then the rush to invade Afghanistan and then Iraq, without reasonable justification, and the promise that this would be a very long war. Later, videos online exposed dozens, even hundreds, of anomalies in the official story. ' A thorough and objective investigation has always been needed, in order to validate -- or invalidate -- the official story. For so many reasons, that investigation needs to happen as soon as possible.

There is no explanation given for molten steel/iron found on site, nor has the public been given explanation to the explosions leading the collapse of the towers. I work in the civil engineering field daily. I have read the entire study of building 7 University of Alaska Fairbanks and it has been proven that the story does not add up and we need a new independent investigation and those responsible need to be held accountable.
I am so tired of people excepting the official story with so many missing links. Many people know that there is a force so much greater than us at work but wont take it into consideration and prefer to pretend to be blind. The only way we can overcome such a force of evil is to ask questions and come together.
