To the Members of the House of Representatives and of the Senate of the United States of America,
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

Today I am a private small business owner of an Energy Services company. Formerly, I worked for 28 years for Eastman Kodak as a building design engineer, construction manager, construction division department head, and Corporate Real Estate Director. I am a mechanical engineer by education. Part of my training was in statics and dynamics. I participated in the design and construction of a 26 story high rise building. Additionally, I was licensed and taught Kodak management executives a proprietary process for problem analysis and decision making. As such, I am a logical thinker that reacts to data rather than emotion.
Because of my experience with the design of a box frame high rise tower, I have always (from day one) been troubled by the official explanation for the 9/11 building collapses. Based on what I know from my experience, these buildings could not collapse in the pattern that they did from the heat of a plane crash. Simply stated, it is not physically possible. I have kept my thoughts mostly to my self. But when my grandsons questioned the truth, I decided to look into the available data to help them form their own conclusions. I do not yet know - just as anyone else - exactly what was the cause. But I do know that the cause is not as supported by our government.

I received my BS in Architectural Engineering from Kansas State University in 1978. I worked initially for SSOE in Flint, MI before relocating to Burkett & Wong Engineers in San Diego in 1984. I have been a Principal with this firm for ten years and I now head the structural dept. I have worked with almost all structural materials and building types over the years, excluding high rise construction.

Earlier in my career, I have worked for a City government for 3 years and two different industries. For the last 34 years, I am engaged in my own Engineering firm. Even though my degree and my specialty is electrical, most of my work and income relates to the structural discipline (within expertise limits -- i.e., no high rises, schools, parking structures, etc.) I've worked with and can deal with all materials: soils, wood, masonry, reinf. concrete, steel, aluminum. I've even done forensics; 1 elect., 2 struct.
Well, I haven't read the official report. But I have watched many of the conspiracy theory videos. Also, I distinctly remember, nearly 9 years ago on the news report(s), the symmetrical collapse of BOTH towers, then the very underplayed (by comparison to the towers) PERFECTLY SYMMETRICAL collapse of Building 7. I thought at the time of controlled demolition and, by extension, an inside job. The gov's intent is to move on, but too many unresolved issues deserve proper focus, before all die.

My employer sent me to NY on 9/10/01 on business, and I flew into NY LaGuardia on 9/10/01 at 11:30 PM. I was in New York City on 9/11/01, so am one of millions to witness this destruction from relatively near, and remained in NY for weeks after. Knowing like many that all was surely not as it appeared, we brought in films and lecturers to Kansas City starting in 2001 in order to educate others of the need for real and impartial investigations of what is certainly a false flag event. This evil deed must not continue to go unpunished. The actual perpetrators will yet be brought to justice, and through this we can correct and adjust for our future. We the people can always handle the truth, yet most of those in power are proven irresponsible and cannot allow the truth, much less demand it. We demand an actual arms length technical investigation, outsourced to a truly independent commission, to follow to wherever the truth itself leads. We should also demand actual and thorough criminal investigations and prosecutions, starting with basic evidence from the crime scene itself.

So I have over 300 serious questions some at a high level Construction based query and some general questions relating to works and dealings that went on before the collapses. However many questions I may have does not give me faith in the system that was in place and predetermined to bring these asbestos laden buildings down and break every single record in the building and construction record books, my problem goes deeper. We knew about asbestos in the 60's. Why were these giant buildings ever allowed to be laden in asbestos at the time when we knew about cancerous fibers?
