PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

There are many inconsistencies between the official explanation and the facts. Here are some observations. 1) The lateral ejection of 20 ton steel beams hundreds of feet from a building--some reportedly in clean even lengths. 2) The beams were ejected in absolutely symmetrical patterns. (see http://911research.wtc7.net/wtc/analysis/collapses/mushrooming.html) 3) The manner and speed of collapse were suspect. WTC1, WTC2, & WTC7 did not topple over as you might expect from a building weakened unevenly due to fire. 4) The mass of a fully loaded 767 with fuel would be less than 1/10 of one percent of the above-ground mass of one of the twin towers. 5) A variety of dust samples have proven the existence of iron-rich microspheres commonly produced by thermate reactions (explosives). In fact, the existence of these spheres has even been documented by the government. Some people may say that it is not likely or highly improbable for the trade center towers to have been wired with explosives due to the difficulty involved. This reasoning is used to dismiss any possibility of this scenario actually having occurred without considering the real evidence. Please find out the facts yourself. Don't let the so-called 'experts' (PhD or otherwise) and network television make up your mind for you. Attempt to understand and evaluate them yourself. Do your best to critically evaluate their statements to understand who has credibility and who doesn't. It is very important to consult experts, in print and on video, but do not let them make up your mind for you. Find out who is trustworthy and well-grounded in scientific principles, such as the founder of this group, Richard Gage and many others in the truth movement. Thank you.

Then served two years as a missionary in Finland, got my higher education at Ricks College, and then went on to get the degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology at Arizona State University in 1980. I took a job with the Boeing Company primarily as weight & balance engineer on the hydrofoil program with some time on airplanes and electronics (7 years total) before I became disabled by chemical sensitivities from an indeterminate combination of cigarette smoke, carpet out-gassing, solvents, synthetic perfumes, etc. at work, on the road, and in our mobile home. Thus, I moved back to the mountains where I am isolated from most normal social interaction, so the internet is a huge boon for me, since I have a positive ventilation system set up to exhaust my computer equipment to protect myself.
I had studied the previous incidents of Oklahoma Murrah building, the Waco massacre, Tonkin Gulf, Pearl Harbor, etc. so was prepared enough to recognize immediately when I saw on Fox satellite news that the towers went down on the morning of 9-11, that they were taken down by pre-planted explosives'the little bit of video they show made it blazingly obvious. And just as divulged by the news, it was a New Pearl Harbor event' but I knew few Americans comprehended the full meaning of that admission. We also heard later that day of the other building that collapsed. I am fortunate in having a wife who is likewise aware. I told all I knew my view, but most thought it impossible' or rather did not want to face what was obvious from the evidence. I heard fairly early of the molten metal in the basements and couldn't help suspect nuclear involvement, so was very interested when Steven E. Jones found thermite and then super-thermite. I cringed at his involvement as co-chair of the 911 website with Fetzer.

I never believed that it would be possible for foreign hijackers to take control of four planes and hit strategic and sensitive targets in New York and Washington with no authority/institution responsible for US defense stopping them. For the official 9/11 version to have taken place, those responsible for terrorism prevention and for defending the US must have put themselves to sleep - nay, into a coma - to facilitate and aid the attacks. The scientific case that has, since 2006, been built by A&E for 9/11 Truth speaks for itself. The nature of the collapse of the Twin Towers: the floors turning into dust and at the same time pulverizing the floors underneath them. The collapse of WTC 7 which experts clearly say was a controlled demolition - yet most people have never heard of what happened to WTC 7 on 9/11. This and much else calls for a new inquiry into the 9/11 attacks.

When the 9/11/2001 murders occurred in NYC at the Twin Tower sites, I knew something was amiss. The largest crime scene in American history was instantly cleaned up without investigation against all federal and state laws. This Twin Tower's site should have been secured to allow a complete criminal investigation. Within 28 minutes, I heard all television stations give the name of the terrorist organization and the names of Saudi men that had used box cutters. You couldn't even take any metal through the airport security even in 2001 because I took flights several times each week. I like the BBC; however, they reported that Building 7 had collapsed but you can see Building 7 in the background as she reported. I didn't realize why her report was terminated only seconds before the actual the Building 7 collapse until switching to another channel that was showing the collapse in real time. There was a report that said a jet was downed near Camp David; this report just disappeared from the reporting afterward. The same jet flight number that was reported to have gone down near Camp David was now suddenly downed near Pittsburgh, PA near my area; however, there was nothing at that site. The 'official' stories changed, wavered and was just not plausible. Free-fall pancaking was absolutely ridiculous; you could see the metal roof spire just disintegrating before your eyes. Something was terribly wrong with the so-called 'official story' as many men with excellent credentials were suddenly fired from long-time positions as they spoke out against the official story. I believe the US Military and the American Citizen's money were 'used' to secure oil reserves and pipeline routes in the largest criminal activity in history involving trillions and trillions in future transactions. I seized on the idea put forth in some of the very good investigations and CDs regarding 9/11 about thermate. The microspheres of iron and the clearly cut lower basement beams were leading me to the conclusion that the entire building had been wired for demolition. But, where are the steel beams? Looking at videos and pictures from the site, only a few truckloads of steel were ever recorded. Looking at Dr. Judy Wood's web site and knowing about John Hutchinson's research and investigations into alternate energy sources and radiowave and microwave (frequency) experiments, my attention and focus are now on particle beam weapons and time domain experiments. I will not go into detail in this small report; I urge you to look into the Hutchinson Effect by starting with Dr. Judy Wood's group and her lawsuit against the NIST. The 24' ' 44' perfectly round holes in the buildings surrounding the Twin Towers and one in the street with on steel on the basement floors of the other surrounding buildings indicate that the steel seems to have disappeared? There is no debris or steel collapse in those building pictures completely down into the basement in all of those round holes. This was done to all the buildings; you can see down through the entire building to the basement (without any steel beams visible in those holes). There was a FEMA helicopter coming from Tower 2 roof with some kind of conical flashing light pulsing from beneath it aimed at the roof only seconds before the first building 'disintegration. ' I now believe this is, as Judy Wood has stated, the new Nagasaki. It is a 'sick' military demonstration murdering American Citizens using a new weapon's system to start a war on terror, reduce this country to poverty and enslave the American people under martial rule. The particle beam weapon is based on the Hutchinson Effect with modifications to convert an alternative energy production system to a weapon system. The above presented theory of directed energy weapons does not in any way negate any of the findings of the Architects & Engineers for 9/11 Truth. It is offered as additional supporting information and is a subject to further investigation. It is a topic that I have personally investigated and have studied in great detail. First a bit Israeli History:The Lavon affair was a failed Israeli covert operation, codenamed Operation Susannah, conducted in Egypt in the summer of 1954. As part of the false flag operation, a group of Egyptian Jews were recruited by Israeli military intelligence to plant bombs inside Egyptian, American, and British-owned civilian targets: cinemas, libraries, and American educational centers. The attacks were to be blamed on the Muslim Brotherhood, Egyptian Communists, 'unspecified malcontents', or 'local nationalists' with the aim of creating a climate of sufficient violence and instability to induce the British government to retain its occupying troops in Egypt's Suez Canal zone. Now that you understand Israel has conducted False Flag Terrorism against the United States in the past we can move on. Guess who's brother's company maintained security for the World Trade Center Towers up until the terrorists attacked? George W. Bush, His name is Marvin P Bush. Marvin Bush was on the Board of Directors of Securacom from 1993-2000, which controlled security for the World Trade Towers up until September 11, 2001. Oh but it gets better! After the 1993 WTC bombing, Stratesec was responsible for the overall integration of the new WTC security system. Although Marvin Bush left in 2000, a year before 9/11, others at Stratsec stayed on. Oh, but it gets EVEN better! Stratesec had also run security for Los Alamos National Laboratories, where, at the time, scientists were developing super-thermite explosives of the type that have been found in the WTC dust! This is where Israel gets involved, It was reported in the New York Times that a group of 5 men had set up video cameras aimed at the Twin Towers prior to the attack on 9/11, and were seen congratulating one another afterwards. Multiple witnesses saw them; jumping for joy in Liberty State Park after the initial impact, celebrating on the roof in Weehawken, and 'high fiving' in a Jersey City parking lot. Within hours they were arrested by NJ Police and eventually deported ten weeks later on 'immigration violations'. During an interview on Israeli TV, one of the group stated 'our purpose was to document the event', suggesting they had foreknowledge of the day's eventualities. There is no way these 3 buildings came down in their own footprint due to fire or pancake theory.
