PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

Thinking about how one would explain this 9/11 phenomenon to a non-technical person: first of all, the fire was not hot enough to collapse the building, even if it were to burn for a very long time. And the way that the building fell, with such symmetry and neatness, can only be accomplished by implosion demolition. We have all seen video footage of buildings destroyed in this way, done by experts; this is the same. My field of education was about exactly this type of thing: stress and structural failure. There is no other way that it could occur, and I stake my reputation upon it.

Like most people who viewed the event, and as a mother of two young children at that time, I was so emotional and deeply sadden by the loss. The event sent chill down to my spine and I was numb and speechless everytime I watched it on TV. My heartfelt thanks to those who initiated AE911 Truth and its supporters. As a civil engineer, after watching the AE911 Truth movie, I could not agree more with the fact that we need to learn the real truth behind 911. The truth must be revealed not only for the sake of the victims' families but for the whole world. As a US citizen and as God's child, I feel responsible to join AE911 Truth in demanding for an unbiased scientific investigation. We owe it to the victims' families, to those soldiers who are fighting in the front line for world peace, as well as to our future generations.

I suggest that the investigation should be undertaken by a high-caliber, non-politically-controlled entity (perhaps under the auspices of the National Academy of Science?) with public disclosure of its findings. If AE911 Truth evidence is rejected, minimized or refuted, cogent explanations should be provided.

To me it is obvious both by physical intuition and training that dropping the top 10-15 floors of a circa-100-floor steel-framed building onto the rest intact below can not possibly cause the entire structure to collapse under its own weight, regardless of how much fire is blazing in the building. If nothing more had happened in Manhattan on the morning of 11/9/2001 than airliners each hitting those floors of WTC buildings 1 and 2, it is possible that sustained fire could have allowed the remaining beams supporting the top section of either building to buckle, and for said section(s) to fall to one side into the street below, but nothing more. Within the present spectrum of human knowledge, such a complete collapse, nearly symmetrical, near free-fall speed, can only be achieved using controlled demolition.

After further research and hearing the commentary of fellow professionals, I could not concur with the official explanation offered by the government & the 9/11 Commission.

My big question for many years was: Why do we (the west) need to kill way more people in the 'name' of fighting terrorists, than the terrorists ever killed. It seems very odd and immediately makes you think if this whole thing is about something else, other than terrorists.

I am appalled at the resistance to letting the truth about 9/11 rise to the surface. So much of our recurring slide into a police state rests on the lies that cover up the real story of the 9/11 tragedy. Legitimate challenges to the narrative, such as yours, have been consistently ignored, marginalized and dismissed. The unwillingness to even look is shocking.
