PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

I was born in Santa Monica CA. I grew up in West Los Angeles and worked for my father who did excavation and demolition of homes and small structures. I went to Venice High School from 1973 to 1976. I served a two year mission for my church from 1978 to 1980. I went to Santa Monica City College and to UVSC in Orem Utah. I moved to Utah in 1990 and became involved in Republican Party leadership by becoming a State and County delegate. As a precinct chairman I was a member of the (Salt Lake) County Central Committee. I was later elected to the State Central Committee and the State Executive Committee in the year 2000.
During my service in the Republican Party leadership I had witnessed many actions that were unethical and conspiratorial. Being on the State Executive Committee in the year 2000 (one of two representatives for Salt Lake County) I was at odds with the current Governor Michael Leavitt and Senator Orrin Hatch both of whom were up for re-election that year. The main responsibility we had as a body was the planning and execution of our State Republican Convention where the governor the Senator and the Congressman were elected. Months before the State Convention no meetings were held with the body that was elected for that purpose to plan and execute this convention. The convention did go on as I was there to witness the event but it was without the input of the duly elected officers chosen for that purpose. Several anomolies occurred at this convention of which I will not note here. However I would like to reiterate the fact that this convention and the State Republican Party ran an illegal or at the very least unethical State Convention in the year 2000 that did not include the input or planning of the elected officials, including myself, who were elected to plan and oversee this convention. When the towers collapsed on 911, I was taken back by the way the structures fell. Until the birth of explosives for the demolition of buildings I had never seen a building collapse as I saw these buildings fail. As a young man growing up my father demolished homes and small structures (mostly constructed of wood). I remember seeing on television the collapse of a demolition by explosives. It was amazing how the buildings came down at once and falling in on top of themselves. This was far different than the demolition I had experienced with my father as we had to beat, crush, push and trample the structure to get it to fail. And when it failed it would fail one timber at a time and it would fall AWAY from the structure and not on top of itself unless we had the loader pushing it down in that manner. Even if the loader were pushing down on it the only part (of the structure) that would fail would be the part that the loader was pushing on. The other part of the structure would not fail. Each portion of the structure had to be crushed in order for it come straight down! In other words buildings never came down like the towers did until the advent of explosives placed in a specific fashion with great skill. Prior to that time you had wrecking balls or time consuming piece by piece dismanteling of buildings to bring them down. In conclusion: I am no expert. I have had no experience with steel columns. I have experience in only small scale buildings which were mostly large and small homes. I have had no experience in the demolition of buildings where fire was a factor. I only helped my father. However I did participated in the destruction and operation of the tractors to demolish these structures. Nevertheless as I saw the towers fall and continue to see the video of the towers falling I am certain that the falling of the towers could not be a failure of the structures alone. Explosives had to be a factor as this type of building failure was completely unheard of before the introduction of explosives for the demolition of buildings.

I know a lot about concrete and steel with respect to building failure, and though I have read the arguments for natural collapse and wanted to believe them, my own sense of logic denied me. I read up on the design of Minoru Yamasaki's building (I had once visited his office in Michigan) and I cannot understand how even the heat of jet fuel would have caused the floors to slide the way they did, or so perfectly vertically. Also, I have seen a lot of buildings demolished in Detroit, enough to raise suspicion.

As I watched the collapse occur on the morning of 9/11/01 I was shocked because I had been sure that the buildings would not collapse as I watched for the time between the impact and the collapse. The failure mode made no sense to me as I watched it. I read the article in the New Yorker about the structural engineer of the building about a month later. He wondered if the fault lay in a cost cutting measure at the time of construction that was forced on him - one in which less insulation was wrapped around the steel. He blamed himself for the failure. I find the 9/11 Blueprint for Truth Evidence far more convincing.

I do not believe that our Government has given Americans a transparent and accurate account of the events on 09/11/2001. There are too many discrepancies and questions left unanswered. I remember watching the events on 9/11 and all the people trapped and the one's hanging out the windows really made an impact on me and the more I did my research, the more I realized that elements of our Government are partially responsible and they owe this country answers. Most of all I believe that anyone who lost someone because of what took place, should not be sitting here almost 20 years later still searching for the truth.

I remember seeing the first video that debunked the official story. The scope of the assault terrified me and I would notice that the people I talked to instantly dismissed me as a conspiracy theorist. In one of the many documentaries I have seen, the scientist interviewed said, the problem is that we have been erroneously labelled the conspiracy theorists, but the real culprits are the conspirators who executed and covered up this assault. I recall seeing WTC7 fall on TV (just once) either on 9//11 or the day. I was stunned and in disbelief at the perfect fall. That image always stuck in my head that something was amiss. And I knew (because it was reported) that this building was not hit by an airplane. I did not hear or know that it was on fire as now reported. I just knew that many hours after the collapse of WTC 1 & 2 that this seems so implausible. Especially the speed at which it fell. Then I found more folks who held the same questions. Obviously I've heard and read about the non-official story now. It's tragic that honesty is not forthcoming from our officials. Part of that honesty would be to answer seriously the questions posed by AE911Truth and others. I even found at a used book store, 'Triggered' by David Icke - fascinating even if some of his thoughts are too far out there; his sequence of events and players are recorded in great detail and can't be refuted as they are mostly documented by the (MSM) news of the day.

The collapse of the three towers can in no experts opinion be ruled as a top down collapse. The lack of any sideways collapse of a melting steel framed building clearly indicates that the collapse was orchestrated and done with intent to collapse downward. - - Steel buildings will offer immense resistance to downward collapse, simply due to its compilation and construction. - - The collapse of building 7 also is an impossibility with a meagre office fire. - - NIST failed miserably and were most definitely coerced to compile the report that they did. - -

I apprenticed and became a carpenter in 1981. As well I apprenticed and became a locksmith in 2001. I worked all of that time until 2014 (38 years) with Parkland School Division #70 maintaining and renovating schools as well as helping construct portable classrooms. Shortly before retiring I also became a Fire Door Assembly Inspector through the Door and Hardware Institute.
In about 2008 I heard the events of Sept. 11, 2001 did not happen the way that we had been told and I started reading about and researching those events. This is without a doubt a huge deception (just one of many unfortunately) and the world needs to know the truth of what actually happened that day. Any building, steel frame or wood, 1 story or 47, or more, would never collapse (no other steel buildings have) like building 7 did from just randomly burning fires.
