On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

We do not design undamaged buildings to free fall as in the World Trade Buildings on 9/11. When the 9/11/2001 murders occurred in NYC at the Twin Tower sites, I knew something was amiss. The largest crime scene in American history was instantly cleaned up without investigation against all federal and state laws. This Twin Tower's site should have been secured to allow a complete criminal investigation. Within 28 minutes, I heard all television stations give the name of the terrorist organization and the names of Saudi men that had used box cutters. You couldn't even take any metal through the airport security even in 2001 because I took flights several times each week. I like the BBC; however, they reported that Building 7 had collapsed but you can see Building 7 in the background as she reported. I didn't realize why her report was terminated only seconds before the actual the Building 7 collapse until switching to another channel that was showing the collapse in real time. There was a report that said a jet was downed near Camp David; this report just disappeared from the reporting afterward. The same jet flight number that was reported to have gone down near Camp David was now suddenly downed near Pittsburgh, PA near my area; however, there was nothing at that site. The 'official' stories changed, wavered and was just not plausible. Free-fall pancaking was absolutely ridiculous; you could see the metal roof spire just disintegrating before your eyes. Something was terribly wrong with the so-called 'official story' as many men with excellent credentials were suddenly fired from long-time positions as they spoke out against the official story. I believe the US Military and the American Citizen's money were 'used' to secure oil reserves and pipeline routes in the largest criminal activity in history involving trillions and trillions in future transactions. I seized on the idea put forth in some of the very good investigations and CDs regarding 9/11 about thermate. The microspheres of iron and the clearly cut lower basement beams were leading me to the conclusion that the entire building had been wired for demolition. But, where are the steel beams? Looking at videos and pictures from the site, only a few truckloads of steel were ever recorded. Looking at Dr. Judy Wood's web site and knowing about John Hutchinson's research and investigations into alternate energy sources and radiowave and microwave (frequency) experiments, my attention and focus are now on particle beam weapons and time domain experiments. I will not go into detail in this small report; I urge you to look into the Hutchinson Effect by starting with Dr. Judy Wood's group and her lawsuit against the NIST. The 24' ' 44' perfectly round holes in the buildings surrounding the Twin Towers and one in the street with on steel on the basement floors of the other surrounding buildings indicate that the steel seems to have disappeared? There is no debris or steel collapse in those building pictures completely down into the basement in all of those round holes. This was done to all the buildings; you can see down through the entire building to the basement (without any steel beams visible in those holes). There was a FEMA helicopter coming from Tower 2 roof with some kind of conical flashing light pulsing from beneath it aimed at the roof only seconds before the first building 'disintegration. ' I now believe this is, as Judy Wood has stated, the new Nagasaki. It is a 'sick' military demonstration murdering American Citizens using a new weapon's system to start a war on terror, reduce this country to poverty and enslave the American people under martial rule. The particle beam weapon is based on the Hutchinson Effect with modifications to convert an alternative energy production system to a weapon system. The above presented theory of directed energy weapons does not in any way negate any of the findings of the Architects & Engineers for 9/11 Truth. It is offered as additional supporting information and is a subject to further investigation. It is a topic that I have personally investigated and have studied in great detail. NIST agrees that WTC-7 collapsed at free fall on page 46 of the 'final report on the collapse of WTC-7' (not their rough draft). NIST acknowledges 105 feet of free fall for 2.25 seconds, but does not see a problem with this. I see a very big problem with this. Anyone that has something to hide about 9/11 is a suspect in my book. There ARE more terrorists still out there. We need to bring these people to justice! Lastly, on 9/10/2001, then secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld announced to the world that our Pentagon cannot account for 2.3 trillion dollars. The next day, 9/11/2001, nobody cared about his 2.3 trillion dollar announcement.

At the same time, my experience with mechanical and physical testing of materials makes it difficult to believe the NIST conclusion that the collapse of WTC building 7 was attributed to the fire in that building alone. The basic fundementals of mechanics of materials and structural analysis of the steel columns makes the NIST conclusion difficult to accept based on scientific and engineering principals. A futher investigation using a scientific approach applied to the steel columns of this building was required in order to determine the actual contributing and root cause of the building collapse including the distorted condition of the salvaged steel from 09/11/2001.

After spending years setting explosives for Large road construction sites and shopping centers, I know what a planned implosion site looks like. I grew up in a TV family at WRGB, an NBC affiliate in upstate NY, as the son of a writer producer and director working in the news room and helping with film editing and live TV person for documentaries and commercials. I knew the stories were being changed and altered for rebroadcast.
I saw the burning of demolition explosives flowing out the sides of the building and the manner they came down and knew it was a set job. I also realized that jet airplanes with no windows were not commercial air transportation but either military or private. I heard live interviews of people sitting outside the buildings talking about explosions inside the building before the planes hit. After spending years setting explosives for large road construction sites and shopping centers, I know what a planned implosion site looks like.

I'd like to see an independent panel of scientists and engineers with subpoena power reopen the 9/11 investigation. There are too many poorly explained phenomenon, and truth is critical to healing. If we find out that there is more to the story about why the bin Laden's were so quickly removed from the country, and if detonation may have been involved in the collapse of the Towers, it will be messy and ugly, but we will be better off for looking at the truth.

WTC 7 definitely was brought down by controlled demolition. Look at the video when the construction worker carrying a bolt cutter said it was about to fall. I believe the NIST reports on both WT 1 & 2 have not been truthful, and should have looked for explosive evidence, which is obvious to any construction expert. I do not accept that any steel framed building can collapse at near free fall speed from a fire that lasted approx an hour or so. Also from a physics perspective, the 'law of conservation of momentum' was not observed. With both towers 1 & 2, the lower sections of the buildings were stronger in steel design, but the speed of the collapse did not slow. This would be the first 'smoking gun'. Also important was that Building 7 was falling at free fall speed for approximately 2 seconds, which cannot happen unless explosives are used. This is the 2nd 'smoking gun'. This shows the Govt used NIST to cover up the collapse, and try and explain it away as a natural organic event .Fires do not work to an orchestrated timetable either, as multiple witnesses describe a countdown. The building was cleared of people, except two, and then 'pulled', and fell into its own footprint, as planned.

If the NIST report was correct, every skyscraper with a steal frame is in danger of collapse due to fire. If that was the case a massive reform of the building code would be implemented. To my knowledge no change to the US (or anywhere) building code has been done. The new study from The University of Fairbanks (https://ine.uaf.edu/wtc7) is debunking NIST once for all.
