To the Members of the House of Representatives and of the Senate of the United States of America,
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

I was a GS-13 Acquisition Program Manager at Hanscom AFB in Bedford, MA. working for the U.S. Air Force and am now retired after a 30 year career, 5 years blue suit and 25 years Civil Service. I have extensive experience in acquiring weapons systems in the areas of Acquisition Logistics, Acquisition Program Management, and Quality Assurance. I was the Logistics Director for Cheyenne Mountain Upgrade to upgrade the NORAD Command Center equipment in Cheyenne Mountain, Colorado Springs, Colorado. As director I was responsible for the acquisition and sustainment of the upgraded NORAD equipment. This required a knowledge of the specifications and operational requirements and the testing to insure the equipment meets the required operational objectives. I worked many types of acquisition purchases and fielding of equipment. Minuteman III Reentry systems, Radar Systems, Intel Systems, and Nuclear Survivable Communications Systems. I also had TS clearances with many other intel, nuclear, and other clearances.
My relevant connection to understanding part of what happened is that In the 1990's, I was the Director of Logistics for the Cheyenne Mountain Upgrade program to upgrade the NORAD Command Center in Cheyenne Mountain, Colorado Springs, Colorado. I have an understanding of the operations of the entire system as the Logistics Director. I know our equipment tracked exactly where the planes were after the aircraft transponders were turned off, I am aware of the response times the military must intercept potential dangerous aircraft. I am aware of our strategic and tactical operations for protecting our country. I am aware that a squadron of intercept aircraft would not be taken off alert unless another squadron was assigned to cover for the coverage area. I am aware that if a training operation takes our aircraft away from their assigned coverage areas, other backup aircraft would be assigned to provide coverage. Someone was ordering our intercept aircraft away from the towers and the Pentagon to allow the commercial aircraft to hit their targets. I've heard VP Cheney was giving the maintenance stand down orders to block operational coverage while other aircraft were sent out to sea on a training mission... It would have had to be someone very high in the chain of command to pull that off (like VP Cheney).

All three WTC buildings fell at free-fall speed into their own footprints, classic intentional demolition via internally set explosives. Building 7 collapsed without significant damage from planes, or other obvious external sources. Several first responders including firemen reported explosions in building 1 and 2, including in the basements, prior to the collapse events. Combined with the prodigious volume of fine-grained dust (blown outward from the buildings, and the smoking gun of thermite residue analyzed from metal girder samples, plus persistent pools of molten metal beneath rubble (kerosene jet fuel cannot melt steel), highly suggest the intention demolition of WTC high-rise office buildings independent of external damage caused by aircraft collisions. The mainstream explanation of the WTC demolitions cannot explain away the above observations. A politically independent panel of experts must be convened to finally expose the truth of what happened to the WTC on 9-11-2001.

The claim that the destruction of the Twin Towers and Bldg 7 was caused by the crash of two jetliners, as directed by a small handful of zealots is, and has always been ludicrous. That the American public --and the world -- have been sold this obvious fabrication at the very least speaks of supreme arrogance. We are not (all) gullible, blind, --or stupid. I watched it with my own eyes fall so fast I was astonished how 20 floors could make a steel structure as such not resist even 1% free fall per floor: that is an 80% increase plus free fall. Incredible!

I believe, beyond reasonable doubt, that WTC buildings 1,2 and 7 were brought down by controlled demolition. I think the most crucial piece of evidence of this demolition lies in building 7 and its 'collapse'. To fall at near free-fall speed into its own footprint as a result of spot fires is very questionable, and requires an investigation. The fact it was not mentioned in the 911 commission report is absurd and questions need to be asked. I am also concerned why the molten metal found in the debris (all 3 buildings) found 3-4 weeks after the collapses was also not mentioned in the commission report. The official 'pancake' theory is also questionable. Why don't we see the floors stacked up on each other? How did debris collide into neighboring buildings? Why aren't the core columns still standing? Why didn't the top section of the north tower fall to the ground as 1 unit when momentum suggested it should? A comprehensive, independent investigation is needed.

I have 30 years experience as an automobile and truck technician, and 20 years experience in construction and handyman services. I've worked on building layouts, pouring foundations and machine based. I also have experience with carpentry, electrical and plumbing. I've refurbished building and houses.
The collapse was the result of controlled demolition and not the result of structural failure from the planes. I've watched many controlled demolitions and this is one of them.

I saw the documentary Architects and Engineers on PBS during the 10th anniversary of 9/11. It was such an eyeopener for me. I feel as though further investigation is warranted. I am disappointed that more of the general public have not signed the petition. I think they are unaware of the science behind the destruction of the towers.
