To the Members of the House of Representatives and of the Senate of the United States of America,
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

The case of 9/11/2001 is far too significant let go with so many, and a growing number of, unanswered questions. It is unfathomable that further investigations are not considered by congress; especially in view of the short duration, time boxed 9/11 commission investigation. Is this event not important enough for a deeper look? I think a permanent investigation is even merited.

Eugene Liscio is a registered Professional Engineer in the Province of Ontario, Canada and is the owner of AI2-3D, a consulting company that specializes in 3D forensic documentation, analysis and visualizations. Eugene is also the President of the International Association of Forensic and Security Metrology (IAFSM) and is an Adjunct Professor at the University of Toronto, where he teaches a 3D Forensic Reconstruction and Mapping course as part of the Forensic Sciences Program. The accelerated collapse of the WTC buildings at nearly perfect free-fall speed, is physically only possible with a controlled demolition of the support structure (core & outside) of the building. There is no feature of the collapse that would support the theory of a weakened steel structure. On the other side, all characteristics of the collapses point to controlled demolition. In addition there's a lot of other evidence that can be learned from David Gage's excellent lecture, like the thermite evidence, witnesses hearing explosions, molten steel etc. No scientist, engineer or architect seeing especially WTC7 falling, could deny this is anything but controlled demolition. When seeing quotes of the NIST report it becomes painfully obvious the collapse has not been researched or explained in a scientific manner.

I was trained for one year at the Rhode Island School of Design and then five years at the School of Architecture of the Cooper Union in New York City. We studied physics and structural engineering in addition to conceptual design.
My statement regarding the building collapses of 9/11 would be Why was the cover up allowed? The families of the victims were paid off in legal settlements without ever having the satisfaction of a full investigation of the events of 9/11...Why??? This investigation should include the fall of the buildings and all of the events of that day.

It only takes a moment watching ANY other sanctioned demolition project (films and videos) to understand what happened to WTC1, WTC2 and WTC7. The problem for the NIST report is that it foundationally defies gravity, mass and acceleration.
