On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

I served as a junior student apprenticeship with HW Belfast (where the Titanic was built!) At lunch time I sometimes climbed up the old rusting gantries to get a good view of Belfast harbor and to take photographs of the CANBERRA at its fitting-out location. I studied Naval Architecture at the Belfast Technical college and at Poplar Technical College London, England. I worked for one year as a petrochemical piping draughtsman for Procon Great Britain Ltd, an American Company. I joined a small shipyard, on the river Thames, as Assistant to the Yard Manage for W.R. Cunis Limited, producing design drawings and inspection of subbed out work, welding inspection, tolerance inspection, vessel damage inspection, cost estimating, rudder calculations etc. I emigrated to Canada via the EMPRESS OF CANADA JULY 1967 to commence work in BC with Robert Allen LTD. Naval Architect. I worked for the Federal Government for approximately thirteen (13) years as a Marine inspector (TI7) for Transport Canada I have witnessed several vessel fires. One of the fires was on a steel hulled old - retiring- BC Ferry, which, in association with a Lloyds' Surveyor, we verified it safe to travel to Mexico from Vancouver BC. I inspected the damage for Transport Canada. The fire commenced from a welders spark. The spark ignited a large pile of donated clothing that was situated under a hydraulic hose line from a header tank. The header-tank then dumped the oil on the burning clothing. The paint was burned off the bulkhead and part of the deck buckled some-what. Outboard of the damaged area the deck was undamaged and restricted the expansion of the steel. The heated steel had no choice but to buckle, as it was being held captive by the intact cold steel. The fire did not burn holes in the deck or bulkhead!
I live in Canada and feel that if the local Loggers were asked to climb up all trees and cut off each tree at 10 feet intervals commencing at the top, to satisfy a request for 10 ft length of logs, that they would tell the supervisor to go and take a hike! Similarly no TERRORIST would waste, (1.) Time. (2.) Waste Cutting Charges; to bring a tower such as WTC towers #1, #2, #3 vertically down, almost, into its own foot print. To cause maximum damage a terrorist would copy the usual method of logging, i.e. take out the equivalent to a wedge shape out of the bottom of the towers, core steel members, causing them to fall almost intact sideways in the direction that would cause them to strike other buildings and block roads. The presence of Thermite and Nano-thermite has been found in the WTC (World Trade Center) dust. Therefore, explosive and thermal cutting charges were used to bring down the WTC. From high school physics, one may remember the simple demonstration of a transparent glass tube, about six (6) feet long, sealed at each end by a small circular piece of glass. The tube, being about two and a half inches in diameter, and containing three objects, a small coin, a feather, and a small lead ball. The question put to the students being, If I hold this tube vertically so that the feather, lead ball and coin are resting on the bottom and suddenly invert the tube by rotating the tube in such a manner that the three objects remain at the end, by centrifugal force, and stop with the objects in the tube in a vertical upright position, which object will fall and hit the bottom first? Most students will say that the lead ball would hit the bottom first (reason lead is heavy, very dense, has a lot of mass for its size). What actually takes place is that all three objects, feather, coin, and lead ball, strike the bottom end of the tube at the same time. The students are amazed! The teacher then explains that he had omitted to tell them that the air had been removed from the tube Because of lack of air inside the tube (a vacuum having been applied to the inside of the tube) all objects fall at the same speed due to Earths gravity. The demonstration would usually be followed by a story of Sir Isaac Newton and the apple plus more details on gravity. From the available videos of all three WTC towers they fell at near free fall speed i.e. To explain free fall, if you jumped off say tower #7, without a parachute, at the same time as the cutting charges were set off, you would hit the ground at the same time as the top of the tower! 6.5 seconds being the approximate near free fall time. In Dr. Steven Jones paper, there is a photograph of the top of, from memory, WTC tower #2, rotating sideways. Have you ever seen a tree being cut down, falling with rotation sideways? Does the tree suddenly break up into say two foot sections as it rotates? Why then would the top of WCT tower#2 not continue to rotate in one piece until clear of the lower section? You may look at the videos on the internet or youtube and see what took place. Note: ''With the top section of the building removed, loosely hinged, a partial downward force would be applied to one edge of the lower portion of WTC #2. The only fire in the building was caused by an aircraft and by this time all of the fuel had burned up. There was no fire in the lower portion of the building so, with the top of the building removed, the core steel structure would have experienced a reduced load and would not have collapsed without the use of demolition cutting charges. I have attempted to keep my analysis super simple so that your young children can understand what has been written.

I went through a college course studying fire prevention. I did numerous street actions in Montreal with the 911 truth group there and still I am trying to get as much info as I can to people around me.
When explaining 911 to people, I always start with building 7, the building that supposedly collapsed due to small fires. Always funny to see that people do not know about that building. There has been a case of a skyscraper in Montreal burning for hours and none of the city experts present had the mere thought it would collapse. Of course, even though the fire destruction was vast, it remained standing. One more well-known case is the tower in Madrid.

Even before I saw the show on KBDI on 9-20-9, the voices of 9-11-1 witnesses were compelling. Earlier this week I heard a televised bit from a witness/hero, one of the last to leave second bldg to blow who swore he felt explosions from the basement before the plane hit from above. If everyone speaks out something can be uncovered but it probably won't be the American government that will be able to do it on its own strength; it's too deeply enmeshed in the coverup. The same tactics used on UFO belief-- ridicule and eye rolling -- will prevail until the majority manage to be strong enough to distrust the distorted mainstream media.

I have worked in Corporate Finance and Business Analysis since 1988 when I earned my MBA from Cornell. I obtained a BS in Chemical Engineering in 1981 from The University of Kansas, and I worked in Engineering before I earned my MBA from Cornell.
There are many significant, questions left unanswered by the cursory investigation of the events of 9/11. I am concerned that WTC1, WTC2 and WTC7 collapsed nearly as rapidly as we would expect in a free fall. That means that their structural supports were destroyed simultaneously, which is what we would expect from a controlled demolition attack. Also, how did WTC7 collapse although no plane struck it? The 9/11 Commission could not answer these questions. Finally, how can we explain the presence of Nano-thermite, an Explosive Material found in 9/11 Dust? Since their presence indicates that the buildings were destroyed in a controlled demolition, we need a real investigation to determine how the buildings fell, resolving the apparent coverup of the 9/11 events.

Extensive reading of reports, especially information including photos and videos of the melted condition of the steel beams and the molten metal do not support the NIST conclusions. From years of working with steel as a welder, as a blacksmith, as a designer and builder, steel simply does not melt in fires without temperatures far beyond what was possible in the WTC event. Also for not one, but for three buildings to collapse at near free fall rates and stay largely within their footprint suggests something very different than the NIST conclusion.

I started working at the age of 17 at a cabinet shop in Hickman, California during the summer. I was there for thee months. I graduated high school in 2007. I don't possess structural design expertise. I work as a finance consultant for a debt relief company in Seminole County FL. I graduated from high school and completed Air Force R.O.T.C. training.
I lack structural expertise but have aeronautical knowledge. I'm studying to obtain a pilot's license and have various instructional texts from flight schools. In aviation history, no plane has crashed without leaving the fuselage intact to some degree (referring to the Pennsylvania crash). Jet fuel doesn't reach the temperature needed to compromise steel structural integrity. Something is amiss.

I was born in the United States and am of both non-Israeli Middle Eastern and Euro-American descent. I have always had an interest in the beauty of historical architecture, but this admiration of the superficial details forced me to begin understanding how buildings work structurally. Unfortunately, the political scene is hard for me to escape, but I know I've got friends here in America. I earned a minor in Political Science during my studies and thoroughly studied propaganda and wartime tactics used by various nations. I've been recently studying architecture and steel-framed buildings after a bad experience I had trying to restore an older home that will soon be rendered unusable due to an inadequate foundation, poor drainage, and termite and fungal rot. I've been reading construction textbooks by authors such as Joseph Iano. I've also been interested in Japanese sword-making, and this is how I first became acquainted with steelworking. Also, as a history student, I well understand the historical difficulties of heating steel and working it. Prior to the mass use of coal-fired blast furnaces, steel material was simply too hard to heat and shape on a large scale! I suppose I've always had some sort of interest in understanding how things work, and although I feel rather slow at reaching discoveries, I'm successful because I don't give up until I know what's going on!
Although the aircraft used were large, their flimsy aluminum bodies could not have possibly severed through steel and concrete columns. The heat from the jet-fuel explosion would have been intense, but it's not likely enough energy was put out to melt that much steel. The explosion would not have been a forceful blast, so to speak; it would have been more like a scorching flame-thrower, I'd say. The large opening created by the crash would have allowed tremendous heat to escape in those elevated, windy conditions. Try heating your house with a big window open! If the crash and fire had been enough to cause a structural collapse, I believe the result would have looked quite different, with the load of the upper floors being shed off to the sides rather than straight down the floors. The initial points of collapse would likely have been around and right above the crash site, with later subsequent collapsing in other areas. What we saw on 9/11 was a full disintegration of multiple structural points at a nearly simultaneous occurrence. The result was neatly collapsed buildings that didn't spill over far at all considering the size. Nor was there a large heap of building materials left over. What was dispersed over a large area was dust. I saw dust here in WV the next day or two after! How did concrete and steel get reduced to nothing more than dust in a blink of an eye? That's a lot of work done for such a little effort given. I don't understand much about thermite-type explosives, but it seems like the stuff that may have been able to do it.

9/11 was staged because of too many unanswered questions, never-released videos, lack of investigations, and documentation. One can only believe... it was staged.

I am a concerned citizen with a background in laboratory medicine. I have no technical expertise in this area although consider myself to be of above average intelligence and this argument to me is plausible.
In my opinion the collapse of all buildings involved in the tragedy of September 11th were all too clean, meaning having seen controlled demolitions on TV I am interested in seeing an investigation by engineers and architects independent from government agencies.

NO DOUBT THAT FOWL PLAY HAPPENED. I WAS ALWAYS WONDERING HOW BOTH TOWERS COULD COLLAPSE DESPITE THE STRUCTURE SHOULD BE STRONG ENOUGH TO TAKE A HIT FROM A PASSENGER AIRCRAFT. SURELY DESIGNERS MUST HAVE THOUGHT ABOUT THIS BEFORE CONSTRUCTION. AND THE WAY THE BUILDINGS COLLAPSED. DID NOT LOOK LIKE STRUCTURAL PROBLEMS.

From day one my observation of the symmetry of the tower collapses made no sense: two planes striking at radically different locations could NOT have caused nearly identical falling straight down toward path of most resistance.(I applaud Gage for his excellent description of this as well) Also, the pancake explanation made no sense when observing that so much matter was flung outward, and certainly pancaking would be exhibited by a staccato and relatively slow downward series of collapses as the descent occurred.

All 3 buildings where carefully rigged during the elevator maintenance weeks before 9/11 with nano-thermite. Video evidence of the south tower just minutes before collapse shows molten metal dripping down from the tower. The buildings where deliberately weakened to cause a collapse. The pools of molten metal, leaving the debris burning for weeks after the collapse could never ever be caused by a simple office fire started by burning jet fuel. The buildings fell into their own footprint just like controlled demolitions. Steel support beams where blasted into nearby buildings with forces that could never exist in a normal collapse. And perhaps most important of all, if something falls down, or collapses for that matter, it always seeks the way with the least resistance.

I don't understand how there was video news footage announcing that Building 7 had collapsed while it was still standing in the background behind the reporter, and it's claimed no one knew the building was coming down. I don't understand why neither N.I.S.T. nor the 9/11 Commission dealt with the multiple reports of multiple explosions in the twin towers from sound sources.
