To the Members of the House of Representatives and of the Senate of the United States of America,
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

I witnessed a white line flash (no smoke noticed) around the first tower to fall on 9-11-2001, about mid-height of the tower, on television coverage, in Northborough, MA, where I was working as a structural engineer.I visited one of the towers circa 1996; went to the top of that tower to visitor's viewing area. My 40 some years of structural practice anticipated on 9-11-2001 that each tower would remain erect and, possibly, bend above the impact/fire level. However, to progressively collapse so neatly onto their footprints, from my engineering experiences, could only have been accomplished by professional demo charges; same with WTC7 Building collapse.

The collapse mechanism / sequence of all three buildings is of great interest considering that the official 'story' is that the superstructure of each of the buildings was damaged principally by fire and the in the case of the twin towers also in part by plane impact. In my opinion, as a professional engineer, these factors could only act to weaken the structures asymmetrically, which in turn would lead to asymmetric failure modes - ie at least some signs of toppling which when initiated would continue. Instead, the extensive footage from the day shows a complete, symmetrical drop in all three cases. This lack of asymmetry in all three failures coupled with the rate of failure (comparable to gravitational acceleration) suggest that the entire superstructure of all three buildings ceased to bear load almost instantaneously. From my knowledge of the US government reports, these issues are in no way dealt with. Other explanations, such as the possible role of pre-placed explosives, must be considered, as the official version is inadequate. In particular, the failure of Building 7 so closely resembles that of a controlled demolition it is extremely difficult for me simply accept that a number of fires within the building was the sole cause of it's collapse. The evidence presented by the remains of the collapsed buildings also requires careful consideration. The abundance of pulverized concrete and segmented steel beams /columns resulting from all three collapses is of particular interest. As a qualified engineer these are the principal issues which are of interest to me when considering the validity of the official explanation of the WTC collapses.

Viewers watched something that had never before happened, anywhere, in the history of the world. 9/11 was a very special demolition. 9/11 was truly extraordinary. The official explanations of the officials are so ridiculous they don't deserve to be considered for a second. Instead, these fables reveal everything anyone needs to know about the officials themselves and who was responsible for this monstrosity. Instead of providing a foundation to justify everything our officials have done since 9/11 (which they expect), this single fact ' the buildings were turned into dust ' casts mortal doubt on the officials and their actions before and after the event itself. 9/11 could not have been done by anyone but the officials themselves and the organizations they control (whose business is munitions and war) as everyone intuitively already knows.

Just a normal guy. Ex oilfield worker, starting a glass biz.. Just a layman, but by choice, not by being un-educated. I'm not always the most educated guy in the room, but I'm never the least. I read, I understand things that most of my friends and former coworkers can't follow. I live in an area where people will tell you that god put the oil in the ground for us to find, so they're not especially fond of reality or science.
Everything else aside, I cannot fathom the central core not still standing 10 or even 20 stories into the sky. Pancaking of floors shouldn't have destroyed that structure completely. No amount of concrete grinding against each other should produce enough heat to make molten rivers of steel. On the subject of #7, I can't even figure out how the whole country, or at least the people who were there aren't on every show, or shouting it from the rooftops. If a small fire could do that to that building, the Empire state building should have gone down when it got hit by an entire aircraft. I don't know the motives, I don't exactly know the method, but with prima facia evidence on tape, I know a crime separate from the terrorism occurred on that day. And before the day was done, and ever since that day, thousands of crimes to cover it up have happened. But I guess with the war on terrorism, and the WMD's in Iraq, we secured a good route for a pipeline for Russian oil and prevented Iraq from selling their oil to China and India. Oh, and Halliburton made billions, if not trillions before they are done with the no bid contracts that Dick got them.

I have been in the field of construction my entire life. My background includes residential, commercial and industrial. My faith and belief in God ,family and country keeps me and my family well grounded. All people have a moral obligation to find truth, to object to lies and weigh the facts to know the difference. All evil needs to triumph, is for good people to do nothing.
This is not the first time for our Government to do something to bring about a change to our rights under the Constitution, Nor will it be the last. I am afraid the next time will be a nuclear holocaust, they have already proved they don't care who they hurt or kill. Let it be as it may, we will have the truth and those responsible at any cost. I am neither an architect, nor an engineer. I tend to prefer facts, though. I consider myself a thinking, educated individual. I work as technical support for phone systems.
I believe, based on the facts presented, that there is overwhelming evidence to support the theory of the buildings being brought down by a controlled demolition. There is little to support the buildings collapse theory.
