PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

The planes did not cause the collapse of the buildings; explosives did. The WTC buildings collapsed in a way very similar to a building rigged for controlled demolition. The official story did not adequately explain the explosions that many witnessed and heard at ground zero; the government even tried to deny it. There are just too many coincidences of events leading up to 9/11, starting with planes not intercepted to military personnel playing war games. It's not hard to see that those responsible are amongst those who benefited the most from this tragedy, including but not limited to big oil and private reconstruction contractors.

I was a contractor at the the WTC site from 2002 - 2003. My company installed the structural steel elevator tower on Vesey St. as well as the stainless steel enclosure panels around the elevator that would be installed.
I am well aware of testing, ul labels and fire retardent material that must be tested. I was a contractor and still am for a fabrication and installation company for glass and metal. It was virtually impossible for the the buildings to fall in a pancake theory due to fires on the 89th floor. I am sorry, but it does not take an engineer or a rocket scientist to draw this conclusion.

1. Any material moving upward or horizontally needs force to provide the motion in the corresponding axis of direction. The building was non-moving, then it began to move downward. The force causing the movement is purported to be gravity which only effects movement downward or to the center of the earth. Material found moving away from the center of the earth (upward) is particularly suspect especially if it has a large density when compared to the density of air. If one could distinguish from photographs types of material moving upward with corresponding velocities it would be insightful. 2. Loud noise reaching a distant camera before downward motion of the building is suspect.

I worked on The Twin Towers as a welder for Otis Elevator in 1970-71. The elevators ran inside the core columns and if someone wanted to plant explosives on those columns, all they had to do was ride on top of the elevator car and do their dirty work from there. As a welder I applied plenty of heat to those columns and I know that kerosene would not cause any damage at all. There was too much mass in the steel.
I worked for Otis Elevator for 3.5 years including a year from 1970-1971 working and welding on 'The Twin Towers'. So when I think of the core columns in those buildings and how massive those columns were, I have great difficulty buying the story of how jet fuel could weaken that steel to the point of collapse. Anyway, that fuel burned on impact and wasn't a factor. The general public doesn't realize that in those buildings that the core columns were 'terraced' and in a natural collapse, there would have been more resistance on the way down. The symmetrical collapse at free fall speed was impossible under normal conditions.

My concerns with the Twin Towers lie in the inconsistency with the method of collapse, i.e. a symmetric free fall collapse, when damage incurred was asymmetrical - one would anticipate a toppling of the upper tower. - - Tower 7's collapse is not at all consistent with the collateral damage it received - it's collapse was as well completely symmetrical and within its footprint that is difficult to rationalize from asymmetrical damage and fire. - - It is my opinion that the official story falls well short of explaining what happened on 9/11 and further investigation is required.

From the mountains of hard engineering evidence presented, from multiple disciplines, let alone the damning photos and videos from multiple angles and countless eye-witness accounts, it is obvious beyond all doubt that all three buildings were brought down by state-of-the-art controlled demolition, using massive quantities of explosives and thermite. To dispute this is absolute folly and ludicrous, like the emperor missing clothes. Even a five-year old child can watch the comparative side by side videos of the building 7 collapse and conclude nothing else. It is equally ludicrous to believe that some people in a cave halfway around the world could have masterminded and executed this, including having NORAD stand down on that fateful day. The 9/11 commission was nothing more that a rubber stamp flimsy sham coverup of the (equally obvious) false flag operation that actually took place, perpetrated (yet again equally obvious) by criminal elements within the U.S. government.

After viewing the documentation about the evidence surrounding World Trade Center 7, and comparing it to structural characteristics of building materials under fire conditions, the explanations given by NIST don't quite match up. While some structural failure of the building after prolonged exposure to fire conditions fueled by office materials is possible, large structural steel beams would yield slowly over time and the building collapsing all at once is all but impossible, unless it was engineered to do so.

It is clear that there is much more to be learned than the 9/11 Commission report. Currently, many people justifiably believe that that report is in the same class as the Warren Commission report: a fraud. Because of this, many people are skeptical of all government activities. If, after a real investigation, the facts support the 9/11 Commission story, nothing could be more healing. If they don't, appropriate changes need to occur. And that could only be for the better. Clearly, the presence of molten steel and witness reports of explosions prior to airplane impacts or building collapse demand more research to either verify this explosive information, or debunk it with data.

I would like to see a genuine police investigation of the 9/11 events. In my book - the events, where the biggest crime in the century, but it has been investigated lees than a local 7-eleven robbery. I feel this is wrong - that's why I want the case - reopened.

BSCE, while I don't work in Structures I've had enough physics, mechanics, thermo and design classes to know when the explanation does not match the facts.
The published official explanation does not match the facts. I do not know what happened on the morning of Sept. 11, 2001, but I know what didn't happen. Two planes cannot bring down two buildings, much less three.

I am qualified with a Masters degree in the first class in the subject of civil engineering from the University of Nottingham, UK. Since graduating in 2004 I spent six years as a civil engineer in Manchester, working mainly in the area of structural design and including over 2 years of construction site experience. Since July 2011, I have been working on a large construction project in Malta as a site engineer, structural designer and project manager.
Having researched every aspect of the collapses using sources such as the videos presented on the A&E website, it is my dedicated opinion that controlled demolition was responsible. Drawing on my structural engineering experience, my knowledge of physics, the evidence presented in numerous credible websites and books, and above all basic common sense, I consider gravitational collapse to be a wholly inaccurate description for the collapse mechanism as it is not in keeping with any of the physical evidence. Such evidence is easily accessible online for anyone who is willing to do their own research, though willingness appears to come second to willful ignorance in many cases, then worst of all there is apathy. Out of the many unexplained anomalies uncovered in the official story of 9/11, the building collapses (particularly WTC7) are the aspects most communicable to the public in raising awareness of these anomalies along with the puzzling fact that we do not yet have any proof of who orchestrated the attacks.

I have worked as an engineer in industry for 23 years in the fields of energy management, process controls, HVAC consulting engineering, manufacturing, oil & gas and aircraft & defense. My specialized areas of study were advanced dynamics & vibrations, fluid mechanics, physical metallurgy and composite materials.
Based on the video presented, I agree with all parts of the analysis and associated conclusions. I believe further evidence displaying more facts (especially prior knowledge) to the 911 story can be found in the time frames a few days before and after the event. Essentially, find & follow the money trails of the persons or organizations who would have benefited from all the destruction...like wall street traders, insurance companies, governments...etc. There is so much more to investigate in putting together this story of what happened and who are responsible.

Curious about the towers collapse and failure mode from day one. However, did not began to review 911 videos until early 2012. Quickly came to the conclusion the physics of the collapse was not possible per the official story.

WTC-7 collapsed at free fall for 2.25 seconds, over 105 feet of its initial descent. We see the roofline go from stationary into absolute free fall. NIST agrees that WTC-7 collapsed at free fall on page 46 of the 'final report on the collapse of WTC-7' (not their rough draft). NIST acknowledges 105 feet of free fall for 2.25 seconds, but does not see a problem with this. I see a very big problem with this. Anyone that has something to hide about 9/11 is a suspect in my book. There ARE more terrorists still out there. We need to bring these people to justice! Lastly, on 9/10/2001, then secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld announced to the world that our Pentagon cannot account for 2.3 trillion dollars. The next day, 9/11/2001, nobody cared about his 2.3 trillion dollar announcement.

I am myself a civil engineer in constructions. I am not specialized in fire or skyscrapers calculations. But by the way tower 7 falls just because of fire, meaning perfect, coordinated failure and free fall makes me think that the fire explanation sounds not real for me.

I was always uneasy about the WTC collapses, and the more I saw of the evidence, the less I liked the official explanation. As mentioned in my bio, I have worked with structural integrity and fire standards for rail vehicles, and although different in detail, they have significant fundamental similarities to architectural standards. The official report does no credit to the engineering community and is a slur on high rise designers who have had to justify why a plane could destroy a skyscraper, or a fire break out and make a building fall down. As the tragic events at the Grenfell Tower in London last year showed once again, high rise buildings do not fall down from fires. Grenfell was described as looking like 'a candle' yet still survives, but a 47 story building with some smouldering paper falls in on itself? The official explanations for the three WTC buildings are a joke and the engineering community needs to say enough is enough; it's time for the truth.

I support an investigation that addresses the evidence identified and the questions raised by the AE911 Truth movement regarding the WTC and Building 7 destruction. I suggest that the investigation should be undertaken by a high-caliber, non-politically-controlled entity (perhaps under the auspices of the National Academy of Science?) with public disclosure of its findings. If AE911 Truth evidence is rejected, minimized or refuted, cogent explanations should be provided.

According to the official story, the twin towers fell by FEMA's pancake theory driven by deterioration of the steel columns from the jet fuel initiated fires. This is inconsistent with the video and data: - no other documented cases of steel inforced building collapse from fire (see LA 1988, UK 1990, Philidelpiha 1991 fires which did not induce collapse) - the video shows that the buildings collapse in free fall, not a slower, fast/slow collapse which would be expected based on the pancake theory - it is not likely that an oxygen deficient, jet fuel initated fire could provide conditions to melt or oxidize steel
