To the Members of the House of Representatives and of the Senate of the United States of America,
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

There are too many doubts. All three WTC buildings appear to have collapsed according to controlled demolition, even those hit by planes. The collapse is not a true progressive collapse, as it is too fast. All three collapse under gravity. So the base of each was removed by explosives and plenty of eye witnesses testify to hearing them. The fact that a crime scene was cleared as quickly as possible clearly points to official involvement in 911. The fact that no military aircraft were scrambled into the air when the planes were hijacked points to involvement at the highest government levels. The fact that almost immediately President Bush was able to announce that the culprit was Bin Laden suggests very strongly a plan for military action. I believe 911 was, like Pearl Harbor, intended to alter the nation's mentality to prepare it for foreign war, which had not been possible since the trauma of Vietnam. So a massive event was necessary. It was very ambitious but a botched job and only the cooperation of the media could sustain the lies. The rush to go to war immediately after was to take people's minds off of the truth.

The official explanation of the the 9/11 WTC tower collapses does not answer many technical questions. Why did the towers hit by planes collapse? Why did WTC 7 collapse without being hit by a plane? Why did the towers collapse as if a planned explosive demolition was executed? How did temperatures inside the building reach levels that could melt steel? Why was the majority of material pulverized? A thorough, 3rd party investigation is needed.

The aircraft were not controlled from the cockpit when they hit buildings 1 and 2. The aerobatics with aircraft full of people, full of fuel, full of cargo, could not have been done by human control. They precisely bank and swerve into specific floors, middle, with precise bank to allow floor above and below to slice open the fuel tanks in the wings for immediate surface-of-building fire and smoke (maximum psychological/terror affect). This required a quartz altimeter (accurate to two feet elevation). The inexperienced Saudi alleged pilots would have simply flown straight into the buildings, open above surrounding buildings, not requiring any radical maneuvering what-so-ever.

I am familiar with explosions and their debris fields, being involved with 2 Titan Missile explosions. From the evidence available regarding the 9/11 twin towers, it is my expert opinion that a fully funded investigation of all the evidence should be opened. There was a total destruction of 3 buildings in an explosive manner, as seen in the videos. We need to determine possible causes other than just the impact of 2 aircraft flying into the buildings. I also believe that a chemical reaction was required to melt steel, and note that traces of explosive chemicals have been found in the debris field.

From time time I've encountered challenging information about the events of 9/11. I talk about information which doesn't fit to the official story. I talk about information which has been neglected in the official story. I talk about facts that many eye witnesses and scientists have pointed out. I talk about facts that will better explain how the buildings collapsed. A new research must be done on the scientific ground. All the facts that the official story has been unacceptable to explain must be taken on account. The real explanation must fit to evidence of facts.

I don't know who is responsible for the destruction on 9/11, but I doubt the official story about what did cause the destruction, and want a new and unbiased investigation into the matter. This is the patriotic thing to do.

I am a SAHM who home schools 3 children. My husband is a contractor in Afghanistan at Bagram Air Base. I gave up my career as a Paralegal to be able to give my children a real education and teach them to think for themselves, and how to learn without someone holding their hand every step of the way.
I was a Paralegal at the DA's office the day of 9/11. The entire office shut down after the first plane hit and we just stayed in the conference room all day watching the TV. When the first building started to fall my first thought was: That looks like a demolition! Then the second building fell and I thought it again. When the 3rd building fell without being hit I said there is no way that wasn't controlled... why did it fall too? I never believed the official story. I may not know the entire truth about what happened that day, but I know when I'm being lied to.

I remember being very young and wanting to become a part of the C.I.A. or F.B.I. with the intention of working my way up and somehow exposing them from the inside. I have no idea where this thought originated, perhaps my mother. I always loved technology. As a kid my first major purchase was a computer. It had a 6502 processor and 4k of RAM. (upgradeable to 8k). I had visions of combining video imagery and computer graphics. Many years later I actually found the means to merge graphics with video. While studying graphic design at California College of the Arts I discovered agitprop, which appealed to my subversive nature. This, combined with the focus on technology of the C.C.A. Media Arts department, I found a direction for my art practice I could be passionate about.
I have a hard time believing that the buildings were brought down by planes.

My only education concerning what's relevant here is self-education. It is obvious to me from the testimonies of the earliest witnesses concerning a multitude of massive explosions, the obvious evidence of squibs, the rate of collapse of the buildings, the physical impossibility of the temperatures of the fires reaching a level capable of causing a physical change in the steel beams, the pattern in which the buildings fell, and the incontrovertible fact that no building reinforced by steel beams has ever collapsed due to the cause of fire in the recorded history of man until Tuesday, September 11, 2001, that it is impossible that these buildings collapsed due to the official story.

I have no professional opinion on the collapse - its obviously well beyond the scope of my expertise - but I have an intuitive sense of gravity and of concocted rationalizations, and I have a deep and growing suspicion of whatever and however that the officials tried to explain what happened.
Whatever really happened, the one thing I DO know is that the suspicions generated by the clumsy government cover-up (the official 911 commission report) are doing profound damage to the fabric of our nation. If the people do not and can not trust their leaders in the most profound sense and on such critical issues, then democracy itself cannot stand. The truth, and a serious investigation of this matter, is profoundly important in order to at least begin to regain and rebuild any sense of national cohesiveness. Without it thoughtful people have no choice but to conclude our nation is run by treasonous actors and their supporters and the very existence of that kind of cynicism will more surely destroy our country than any foreign armies ever will.
