To the Members of the House of Representatives and of the Senate of the United States of America,
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

As a former firefighter, in my research there has never been a reinforced steel building that has collapsed due to fire. The collapse of WTC Buildings with a free fall speed of gravity defies the physics of building collapse due to weakening of structural elements. WTC 7 collapse cannot be related to WTC 1 and 2 collapses... there is absolutely no way any physics can support that. WTC 7 followed the book on structural demolition.

The video '9/11 In Plane Site' shows a dust cloud 50-60 stories high rising from ground level northwest of the twin towers as they burn. Neither tower has collapsed yet, so there should only be smoke coming from the locations where the airplanes hit. This dust/smoke indicates some kind of explosion in the area before the towers collapsed. High powered explosives must have been used in addition to the thermite-controlled demolition.

Just a old retired lady who doesn't believe everything she's told and who is a reader of non fiction and online, independent news. I only have a high school education but I have been learning all of my life, education shouldn't end after you graduate. This government has been lying to us for decades and it continues to do so.
When I first saw the clips of the collapse of the trade center building, I knew what happened just didn't make sense. They should not have collapsed just because aircraft flew into them, they fell too fast just as though their supports in the core had been taken out and building 7 wasn't hit by a plane but it also collapsed as though taken out by explosives planted in it's support beams. The hole in the Pentagon was too small and where was the aircraft's wings, tail and engines that should have been sheared off by the newly reinforced walls? This had to have government assistance to be able to plant explosives (thermite)to take out those buildings. This was a crime and this needs a independent investigation of the Bush, Cheney regime.

I don't buy it. Buildings are built to last not to be destroyed. Steel doesn't fail from fire alone. You need a direct source of extreme heat oxygen/acetylene with a cutting tip to direct the heat to a specific location that can weaken or fail.

As soon as i saw the towers collapse, i instinctively knew that two aircraft could not do the damage that i was witnessing, and that it also reminded me of watching buildings being professionally demolished. And when bldg. 7 was taken down, my suspicions were further aroused. Our government's immediate reaction & responses (i.e, flying all the relatives of the alleged mastermind's family safely back to their homes abroad, our attack on Afghanistan and Iraq, etc.) cemented my feelings. By the time i was made aware of the film Zeitgeist, i was already painfully aware of our government's compliance in what is now known as 9/11.

We must continue to educate the masses in an informed and reasonable manner. Although I have no physics or engineering degree, common sense tells me that there are glaring contradictions between the 'official' explanation and the facts presented by a number of scientists, engineers, ground zero workers - even the facts that were represented in the investigations themselves. The truth must be revealed no matter the cost or ramifications... this was the biggest crime in the history of the US and those responsible must be brought to justice.

I was a firm believer in the official version of the 9/11 incident, until some weeks ago, when I followed a link provided by one of the participants in an internet-debate, following an article in a major newspaper in Norway. It linked to Loose Change. Needless to say, I was shocked after seeing it. The implications of the 9/11 events are so severe to our society that I had problems perceiving them. I still do, and to my surprise I found it hard even to talk to my friends about it, at first. After some further info-searches on the topic, I found a link leading to AE911truth.com. Now I have a basis of a few simple facts, involving physics at high-school level and a scientifically valid approach, which I know will lead many of my friends to look closer into this - and I won't be shy asking them to do so. Thanks to Richard Gage, and to the AE911truth.org, for breaking down some of the 9/11 events to simple facts, and for pointing out to people the ones which are the most evident.

Although I am not a specialist in the field of engineering or architecture, I have some experience in both (see University degree). The way in which the pulverised concrete was jettisoned from the north and south towers (to name but one apparent anomaly) certainly justifies reasonable questions being asked about the nature of these collapses. In addition, the official explanation for the global collapse of WTC 7 after facade damage and minor fires is unacceptable.

I have worked as a technician in engineering laboratories and universities since the early 70's. I have a good background in physics, electronics and mechanical technologies. I feel confident that I can look at the evidence that has been presented and say that the conclusions that have been drawn to this point are not correct.
It would take a complete fool to believe that the buildings could fall as they did without the involvement of a professional demolition crew. Nothing makes sense. Why was the concrete pulverized from the top down? Why did building 7 fall? Why did the two towers come straight down? Why was the hole in the pentagon so small? There is no doubt in my mind that the 911 incident has not been fully investigated. This is the greatest crime ever committed in my opinion and the perpetrators are still among us.

After doing some online searches and reading a little, a friend of mine gave me a copy of Loose Change, which was extremely helpful in my search for truth. I have now shown the video to a few friends and I now believe that 911 was an untruthful mess. I believe the collapse is one of the biggest cover-ups in history. I saw it happen on the days through the various media and thought then something wasn't right, obviously you provided some extensive scientific evidence in the d.v.d. but there has also been some dis-information spread by the Murdoch/C.I.A. mighty wurlitzer i.e. mass media so becoming the media is the only way to level the playing field, in this digital age it is made easier to report the 'real' news/truth but it is also sad that our civilisation has trouble waking up from the 'sleep' it is in. I have a few certificates from accredited schools that I don't use. Most of my college experiences have been solely for knowledge. The majority of my knowledge has been attained through free school or aka the library. The subjects of which my passions lie would be engineering and quantum physics.
The evidence does not add up. We must seek the truth regardless of what it reveals. We must approach the truth with an open mind and look at the evidence through scientific method.

I don't believe a plane could have caused that alone. There were too many things going on in the world at that exact timing for it not to have been a planned event. The explosions in the videos make it more concrete.
