To the Members of the House of Representatives and of the Senate of the United States of America,
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

I've begun to understand that the reason people view people like me as conspiracy 'nuts' has nothing to do with impossibility of a multistory building, let alone three of them, collapsing into their own footprints unless it's by planned demolition. Rather it has everything to do with the inability to accept that our government, or rogue elements within our government, may have had anything to do with it. When that fact is accepted as a possibility, then everything else falls into place.

The fall of WTC 7 did it for me. The fact that BBC had announced it prior to the collapse, and that it had not been hit by any airplane. Then if fell perfectly...the third skyscraper that day that just fell perfectly into its own footprint. No way...Then the media blackout on that building and not a word in the commission report...WTC 7 was very obviously a controlled demolition and no one puts that together on the day of 911...It had to have been planned. Inescapable conclusion.

I have a Diploma in Building Control/Building Surveying and I am a retired Member of the Chartered Association of Building Engineers. I was employed within local authority building control and had responsibility for ensuring that building work within an area of central London complied with UK building regulations. I have experience with nearly all types of property and their uses and this includes iconic high rise office buildings. My duties included checking plans submitted for building regulation approval and for inspecting the progress and quality of work on site. I have expertise in fire safety and had responsibility for the inspection and fire certification of buildings, the assessment of innovative structural fire engineered designs and the evaluation of prescriptive and non-prescriptive solutions for means of escape in case of fire.
It is beyond credibility for the twin towers WTC1 and WTC2 and for building WTC7 to have all collapsed in such an unpredictable and totally unprecedented manner. All three had failure characteristics which defy logical explanation unless controlled demolition is considered. The observed fire and impact loads have all been shown by independent professional investigation to be well within the design parameters of each building and that total collapse should not have occurred in any one of them never mind all three. It is time for politicians and the media to carry out their public duty and call for a new and impartial public investigation where all the evidence both for and against the official position can be seen and heard.

I think it's obvious that all three WTC buildings were destroyed by controlled demolition. There is no way that they fell because of jet fuel burning the metal infrastructure. I do not believe that the planes brought these buildings down. The fires were not hot enough to melt the steel. Also only 3000 people died. Terrorist could have crashed into football stadiums and killed more people. Its a cover up but the government will never let us know why.

Complete different discrepancies in follow up reports from the 'specific officials', and what about how those trucks were there immediately to help in the removal of all that tonnage of steel and smashed concrete? Did they know that they were going to have big job to clean up and were scheduled for it that day? I was in eighth grade when it happened, so I wasn't really in a position to know what was going on in the world. But now that I know I was lied to throughout high school, it makes me angry. I'd like to know the truth because my life and many of my friends' lives were changed by the incident; many of them are in the military now. The way Building 7 fell down is really suspicious since no airplane hit it. The other buildings also fell down uniformly and were reduced to almost nothing on the ground. I don't think two airplanes could cause that much damage to buildings designed to withstand much more than two airplanes hitting them.

I find it frustrating that I can't have a conversation with any of my friends or family. I don't expect anyone to blindly accept my views. They certainly have the right to their own opinion. But I really struggle with my patience when they tell me that they are correct and I'm wrong, knowing I'm the one who has done thousands of hours of research. And I will continue.
I always thought something just didn't sit right about the chain of events on September 11. I can clearly remember my thoughts on that day. Seeing as how that was by far the most significant day of my life, I just assumed It was confusion that I was experiencing. I can't tell you how reassuring it is to know there are others out there who feel the same. I have been in the building trades for 20 years. I started as a carpenter apprentice and worked my way quickly into management. I have been an inspector on state building projects for the last couple of years.
The evidence that has been presented to me leads me to believe that there are a lot of questions that still need to be answered. The near free fall speed that all 3 buildings came down at has not been explained for some reason. The destruction of the evidence also seems a bit odd. There should have been evidence collected and saved to prosecute all parties implicated in this terrorism. I don't believe that all parties have gone to trial. I am admittedly not an expert, however, the building 7 collapse is entirely suspicious. How in the world did this happen when the structure was not even struck? I have heard of a diesel tank fire, which should not have the capability of taking down the building. Besides, it fell into it's own footprint. This does not make sense.

I would hope that this CRIME be investigated and the TRUE terrorists exposed,then I can get back to pursuing happiness.
You don't have to be smarter than a fifth grader to see that the damage at pentagon is not consistent with the damage at WTC. If you open the 911 Commission Report to pg 313 and get a magnifying glass out ,you can see the open book on a wooden stool,a computer monitor and WHITE walls that survived at the Pentagon impact site....and then you are suppose to believe that the same type of impact essentially melted steel buildings in NY.

Well since this is not a job search I can say I was in mechanical engineering in one major corporation for 28 years, starting as an apprentice draftsman program in 1956 working in the engineering dept. and in heavy shop assembly at 55 hours per week until apprenticeship completed in a year. Both drafting and designing heavy state of the art paper making machinery from pencil to Cad.
The chance that two towers side by side damaged by different collisions would fall directly into their own footprint without leaning any direction is preposterous and is like believing in the tooth fairy. Building 7 is another preposterous example.
