PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

Having reviewed a great amount of the published findings associated with the 9/11 events - official and otherwise - I find myself compelled to seek a revisiting of the facts and circumstances surrounding the event in order that a more definitively exhaustive and conclusive accounting of this significant episode in the history of our country might be forthcoming. Upon much reflection I sincerely believe that to stand by and allow the 'fog of war' to interfere in the attainment of the 'truth' is 'unpatriotic' and inexcusable on my part as a taxpaying and law-abiding US Citizen and a member of the architecture profession. The 'official' accounting as rendered by the 9/11 Commission/NIST has been measured and found to be somewhat lacking as regards scope. All of the buildings, WTC 1, 2 & 7, appear to have fallen far too fast. WTC 7 was not even 'hit' and it collapsed straight down into its footprint. Dante Amato, Architect

The 9/11 and NIST reports were childish in their attempt to explain the cause of events that had no realistic chance of occurring: namely, the destruction of a modern steel frame building with simple fire. The NIST report on 9/11 generated only shame for the governmental efforts to cover, cloud, and deny the facts of the events on and around 9/11. Among the scientific and engineering community is a patriotic effort to begin fighting for the truth of the incident - the first of its kind of America. And it's about time.

From my own 30 minute observation of the burning towers, from the south in Battery Park, I noted at the time that the fires were subsiding. The flames were diminished and the smoke was thicker. I left to return to my office on the east side of lower Manhattan on Water Street, believing that I had witnessed the worst of the damage. I did not have sight of the buildings when they collapsed, but have spoken with people who were close to the towers as they collapsed. They all heard explosions as a chain of thuds going off just below the collapsing material at each level.

It doesn't take a very experience engineer to see that the collapse of the WTC towers, in the manner that they did, was simply impossible. Unlike the old days, the baffling collapse was widely recorded. After the initial emotional had had time to calm down, most people should have started to question how something clearly impossible according to Newtonian science and all engineering principles had happened before our eyes. Shockingly, that's not the case. In the short attention span of the modern world, unscrupulous politicians no longer need to answer valid questions with matching intelligence. They can simply wave it off as conspiracy theory, and the case is closed. If a majority of the population is happy with their irresponsible labelling and devious tactic, their story, however incredible and ridiculous, becomes official. This is a heartbreaking and dangerous trend. Is the USA returning to Galileo's time in a massive scale? Most people, including learned ones, supported the Pope's planetary fantasy regardless of objective evidence. In the case of 9/11, it is particularly ironic because unlike 16th century Europe, knowledge and mass communication are at an unprecedented height today. If the ludicrous explanations in the official report stand, there should be other consequences. First, something should be done to all the buildings in the US (and the world?) erected based on similar principle as the WTC towers. Should the building codes be revised accordingly to prevent recurrence? Second, similar collapse has never been observed anywhere else. Are they implying that American structural engineering is the most backward on this planet? Third, in the light of such a fantastic structural failure, is any research work being done in the universities to understand the mechanics of a major phenomena which appears to defy everything Newton taught us? The engineering questions can make a very long list. However, we seem to have entered a new Dark Ages.

I believe the 'Patriot Act', written well in advance of 9/11/01, is the biggest destruction of American liberty. It needs to be repealed after a REAL investigation of the events of 9/11 brings out the truth of what happened on that day.

There are too many doubts. All three WTC buildings appear to have collapsed according to controlled demolition, even those hit by planes. The collapse is not a true progressive collapse, as it is too fast. All three collapse under gravity. So the base of each was removed by explosives and plenty of eye witnesses testify to hearing them. The fact that a crime scene was cleared as quickly as possible clearly points to official involvement in 911. The fact that no military aircraft were scrambled into the air when the planes were hijacked points to involvement at the highest government levels. The fact that almost immediately President Bush was able to announce that the culprit was Bin Laden suggests very strongly a plan for military action. I believe 911 was, like Pearl Harbor, intended to alter the nation's mentality to prepare it for foreign war, which had not been possible since the trauma of Vietnam. So a massive event was necessary. It was very ambitious but a botched job and only the cooperation of the media could sustain the lies. The rush to go to war immediately after was to take people's minds off of the truth.

I'm 59 years old and worked in the field of water/waste water facilities maintenance for more than 35 years. My concern is just getting at the truth. The victims of the attacks, their families and even the muslim community deserve an objective and independent analysis. The truth might bring closure to the families of the attacks and help stop the attacks on the the muslim community that had no part and condemned them. The country is becoming polarized and the only thing that can combat this is the truth.

As an informed citizen of the US of A, I am signing this petition. The circumstances revolving around the demise of The Twin Towers and building 7 of The World Trade Center in NYC display an inordinate response by officials. These responses give rise to suspicion about the exact actions taken afterward, and become more crucial because of the now alleged cover-up. As a capable computer designer, I am able to recognize the discrepancies between the computer model simulation from The 911 Commission and a large compilation of 360 degree views of Tower 7 falling. They do not seem to coordinate. I think it is fair to seek an independent panel. Selecting its members by some means of anonymity would be prudent.

The official story about the twin towers from the federal government is clearly not consistent with the facts. If no chemical traces of explosive materials were found then the government would have a more convincing case. But the biggest fact that the WTC building were in fact destroyed by controlled demolition is the collapse of WTC 7. It is impossible to argue that anything other than a controlled demolition destroyed WTC 7. How does a building with a few small fires perfectly collapse a modern high rise structure in NYC. The arguments for the case that the 3 WTC buildings were destroyed by controlled demolition is very sound and logical backed up by devastating facts.

I believe that a person is only as valuable as he can help others. We are all living on the same small planet and we need to be shoulder-to-shoulder helping the survival of our entire planet. Sure, there are really bad, evil guys and gals, but the good guys far out number them. It's time for the good guys to take over and get rid of the roughly 20% that find fortune and power in slavery and destruction. I was in sales for many years and always loved the negative folks, because I knew they would be out of my way and I could get on with helping the folks that deserved it.
I have seen so many videos of the events that there is no way that the official story is even plausible. For that kind of preparation, there had to have been someone(s) on the inside. You'd have to meet me to know me. Something I can tell you about myself is, I know I'm not the smartest person on this planet but I can at least tell what's lies and what's truth. From what I remember seeing happen on that day, what I saw from various documentaries about what happened, and documents I've been able to read on it, I have came to the conclusion that the only thing that could have made that event turn out the way it did is if there were explosives planted in the building prior to the event. So only a controlled demolition can be the reason for what happened on that fateful day.

There is too much to say. I will try to be short. It is unbelievable that people recognize that as a terrorist attack. For me, when I first saw it on TV, the first thing on my mind was 'who the hell wanted to demolish the twin towers?' (I was sure they were empty and being prepared for controlled demolitions). The collapse of all 3 WTC buildings were obviously demolition. There would be no possible way for a building of that size to fall at free fall speed without running into resistance such as other floors and support columns, plus the columns would still stand after the collapse if it were not a demolition.

I feel that it is obvious that the planes and fire damage were not what caused the twin towers to collapse. I feel that there were some kind of bombs previously set in place and maybe they were not detonated by a push of the button but the explosions from the planes might have triggered them to blow. As for Building 7, I feel there is no way that debris from the Twin Towers caused it to collapse.

I have no technical degrees or formal education other than 25 years working in the automotive production arena and about 2 years working as a certified HVAC technician. My main educational thrust has been geared to electrical and automotive engineering. I have worked as an auto mechanic. I find it difficult at best to swallow the story, that is promoted by the media and other sources, that the entire catastrophe was simply a group of radical Muslims acting to destroy Americans. There are too many other mitigating factors to consider which have never been thoroughly or honestly investigated by any unbiased group to believe that these buildings came down due only to the planes that crashed into them, not to mention the Pentagon incident. Reading the reports given by architectural experts who have been courageous enough to stand up and be counted, can leave only one distinct impression on the mind of any honest American citizen; these buildings did not fail and fall due only to the planes. There had to be other aids to bringing down such magnificently well-built structures.

The collapses of the 3 buildings I witnessed in the News room at Bloomberg, LP were by all the laws of physics controlled demolitions and nothing else. As a valuable citizen of the USA, I demand a study independent of government influence and intervention be performed by AE and reported to our Congress. All of the evidence surrounding the entire attack needs to be addressed rather than covered up and ignored. It is the patriotic thing to do.

When I saw the collapse of the twin towers occur I was in a state of shock, thinking it was somehow fake. I knew a plane had hit the Empire State Building and it did not collapse. It was unbelievable to me. Later I found out these building were made to sustain an impact of a jetliner if an Empire style crash ever occurred. These buildings remain the only steel buildings to ever collapse due to a fire. It was very revealing to see see molten metal in the ruins days after the tragedy. Even more disturbing was seeing Dan Rather of CBS news and Sky news reporting the collapse of WTC 7 BEFORE it occurred. You could actually see the building fall (which wasn't hit by a plane) in 6 seconds while the reporters were talking about it's collapse! Coupled with the eyewitness reports and the camera footage showing firefighters telling people to get back, that the building was about to explode, and that it had bombs in it, left little doubt that it was a controlled demolition. Seeing Larry Silverstein admitting that they decided to pull it seems to be all the confession needed for his indictment for insurance fraud and using his case to find some facts about this modern Pearl Harbor.

The first thought I had when I saw the news about the destruction of the WTC Towers was that it was our government who did it and believed that pres. Bush was responsible for the destruction. A few months later my thought was corroborated with Richard Gage's AIA youtube video that came out (and was removed?) shortly afterward, indicating that it was a deliberate demolition of the footings. Many truths arose and were squelched during the months following the destruction which also indicated that there was an attempt by the regime at that time to squelch the truth from being known by the masses.
