PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

I designed and engineered curtain wall for Hurricane prone areas in Florida, including a unitized system the could withstand wind loads exceeding 375mph positive and negative. I also did a monumental job that included all of the interior curtain walls and aluminum composite panel walls in The Ronald Reagan Building in Washington D.C. and the blast proof and ballistic proof curtain wall for the Secret Service Headquarters in Washington D.C.

I design custom metal bicycles and art vehicles as a hobby using steel and aluminum welded structures. I've lifted a 1890's home I owned and restored its foundation as part of a major renovation. My profession is designing electronics and software.
My best friend and next door neighbor growing up was Kenneth Rice Jr. killed by the first plane hit while he was at work on the 97th floor I believe. Shortly after the 9/11 event I learned that building #7 fell for no good reason and that no steel structure building of any type had ever failed due to fire or airplane hit which it was designed to withstand. This made me very concerned that the truth of the events was not being told. Then I heard that the buildings had been purchased only three months earlier, huge insurance policies taken out and the buildings were a financial problem before their destruction. Then the use of the situation to justify a war against Iraq that had nothing to do with the attacks topped off the ruse for me.

I had 2 years of drafting in high school and two more years in a program called Building Construction Technology in Collage. I've also spent 3 year in industrial construction and 10 more in residential construction.
There is overwhelming evidence of misconduct on the part of the NIST in the investigation as a whole. Except for 4 frames, information from the 80 plus camera's that were confiscated, which showed the flight crashing into the Pentagon, has been withheld from the public. Washington's story is in conflict with the many documented eye witness accounts. The circumstantial evidence of a conspiracy to commit crime and the questions that have never been answered satisfactorily to the general public warrants a new investigation under oath.

The evidence the towers were deliberately detonated is encyclopedic in volume and cannot be dismissed.The implications are many.I would be stunned to see you prove these architects and engineers are incorrect. The buildings could not have fallen at that speed into their own footprints unless they were detonated.There was no logical explanation (other than detonation ) for the 3rd tower to have come down.No skyscraper has ever toppled before or since because it was struck by a jet.Nothing jets could carry other than a nuclear bomb could bring the towers down (but that would not have been an orderly collapse!).Steel cannot melt at the temperatures that could have been reached without other means of deployment.There has been inadequate investigation and reporting done on the subject.No alternative opinion.

I fear that if the underlying issues of 9-11 truth are not demanded, that Iraq may be but a flame on an ocean of gasoline that may be used to ignite war after war after war. We cannot, as a peace & justice movement only address the flames. We must look at the fuel being used to justify the flames of war and repression at home and abroad.
