PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

I well remember the day that the towers were hit. When I first saw the footage, I trusted that everything would be okay - the twin towers were poster children for redundant structural design. The collapses really surprised me, and when I saw the collapse videos, I immediately called my fellow structure nerds. The fires looked manageable, and I fully expected the combination of fire response and building suppression systems to take care of it. When they fell, I couldn't believe it. Not dramatically, but practically. I was bewildered until I saw the footage of Building 7. Once that went, then I knew something was very, very wrong.

I am a skeptical person by nature, and have long suspected that more happened that Tuesday morning in Manhattan than has been stated by the previous commissions.
From all the evidence that I have seen thus far, I must say that a controlled demolition is the most likely hypothesis, especially when considering the US government's historical track record concerning excuses for declaring war. At the very least, another commission, and one independent of the government, must be convened.

I am absolutely convinced. The nearly freefall speed of WTC7 straight down into its own footprint is actually proof already. This could only have been accomplished with carefully planted explosives. Like with a controlled demolition. The same goes for WTC1 and 2. However this was a top-down demolition. Still 'to me, the nearly freefall speed is actually proof already. I would love to see someone take images from countless previous bldg demolitions, and juxtapose them with the collapse of all 3 WTC towers. I would also like to see a bldg collapse that had an explosion in a side of it. A lot of innocent people died that day, the people deserve a reason why.

I viewed the towers by a production company called Loose Change. You don't have to be a trained architect or engineer to receive evidence and rationally interpret it to the point of being convinced that we are being lied to by our government related to the events of 9/11. If the official story is true, they shouldn't mind proving it. Basic principles of criminal investigation tell you that. This isn't rocket science!
Two years after 9/11 happened the question that drove me into my own research was a simple one: Why would all these firemen run into these buildings if they thought they might collapse (the heroics not withstanding). The first answer I found was, no similar building had ever collapsed due to fire in the history of the world. And I was off on my investigation!

For me it was obvious that there was a controlled demolition of all three World Trade center buildings. It is intuitively realized and supported by the excellent work of countless professionals and citizens that the administration under the tutelage of V.P. Dick Cheney are the responsible party.
