PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

The way the WTC1 and WTC2 steel-towers collapsed, after burning less than 1 hour, simply cannot be explained by the oxygen starved office fires which were the result of the plane impacts. Especially after the kerosine had all burned off. The buildings disintegrated at almost free-fall speed. The part of the towers below the impact zones, which should have been completely intact and strong, did not provide any resistance in the symmetrical freefall collapse of the buildings. The limited pile of rubble remaining is not consistent with a 450 meter tall towers. The symmetrical nature and freefall speed during the collapse of WTC7 is even more puzzling as no plane ever hit that building.

It seems that the when it comes to the collapse of the 3 towers the 9/11 truthers and the 9/11 debunkers are talking about different parts of the collapse. The debunkers focus on the local damage caused by the planes and fires. Their claims of local failure might have some validity but they make no attempt to connect the local failures with the mode of global building failure we all observed. The 9/11 truthers start with the global building failures and work backward to what might have caused it. This seems to me a better approach.

I have read many accounts of the attack and theories of the causes and the official story is full of holes. The Pentagon attack also looks fishy since the side of the building hit was relatively empty and the hole in the wall doesn't look right for an airplane strike.

I am a secretary for a trading company in Tokyo. I was 17 when the events of 911 happened. I didn't know what had happened at the time, but by now I think I should know how it happened. Since lots of suspicious evidence came to light, I thought the events of 911 might have been caused by some groups related with the U.S. Government.

From day one I never believed that the towers went down from plane strikes, or fire damage for that matter. I studied building demolition for awhile because it interested me as to what they could do with explosives to bring down constructions in a relatively safe manner. I have seen several.
When I first saw the buildings collapse, I wondered why they demolished the buildings just because the jets had run into them. I know that such structural damage can be repaired without bringing down the whole building. I've enjoyed employment in the electronics industry as a systems installation, integration, maintenance and support technician. What I conclude is that the events of that day are evidence of a 'staged' terrorist event. With the numerous details surrounding 9/11, such as the Wall Street trades, lack of air defense, Norman Mineta's observations of events in the PEOC bunker, in addition to numerous other scholarly works that examine the forensic evidence have me convinced that an independent investigation is essential.

My experience since 1985 has been focused on my full-time medical profession as a paramedic and as a part time firefighter in the 1990's. I have also earned some credits towards my engineering degree at Carleton University in Ottawa Canada in the last 10 years.
I find it difficult to understand how never before in history has a steel framed building never collapsed due to fire, but on 9 11 we are to believe that three collapsed for just this reason. They say that it collapsed because of both the fire and the force of the aircraft striking the buildings. But if that were true why did Building 7 collapse? Why did we not hear much if anything about Building 7? If it did collapse because of fire why does it look so much like a building that was demolished and not one that had just fallen toward its weak side?

I'm in my last year, finishing a bachelor degree in architecture. I've gone through a lot of education which helps in giving me insight into the 9/11 story. Although I do not think you have to be that well educated to see something is obviously very wrong. My future plan will be to go and continue my studies in either Tokyo or New York (if I'm not on a no-fly list, having signed this petition 😉 ). I've always been very fond of America but I hate to see where it's going in its age of war and fascism. It used to be great.
I've been looking at the evidence of 9/11 for a long time. I visited ground zero back in 2004 but the idea that those buildings could fall like that always puzzled me. I am not one to jump to conclusions. I've been studying both the evidence provided by the 9/11 Truth Movement (in collaboration with experts of course) as well as evidence coming from Debunkers (and experts claiming the official story is valid). Whether this was an attack by Al-Qaeda or an actual inside job by the government of the United States of America. I cannot say, although I really hope it's not the latter. I think no matter what, a thorough investigation must be demanded. It's disgusting to see how people can't question authority and their government in America without being called unpatriotic. This is especially obvious when watching the controlled media. Asking questions and having a critical mind is what democracy is all about. Something weird happened on 9/11 and I have no doubt that those buildings were brought down by controlled demolition. Who did that, I couldn't say. But this calls for an entirely new investigation. There are way too many unanswered questions about 9/11. The whole world deserves the truth. I encourage you not to present the evidence in a way that implies it was an inside job. Just demand the truth regarding whether those buildings were brought down with explosives. That way you can at least get most people to listen. Allow the rest of the truth to come later.

Operations Manager for a small precast concrete manufacturing company. Not only do we manufacture concrete - we had our own collapse when a silo filled with 25 tons of cement fell through the top of a 2-story building (6/23/03). Despite the fact that this building was put together in the early 60's using minimal assistance from outside sources; our building came through like a tank, comparatively.
Concrete simply does NOT disintegrate the way it did at the WTC. The cement in the concrete binds the materials - including the steel that is poured around. As I look at the bare skeleton of steel that is the remains, there is no possible way that a collapse would strip the concrete off of the steel - completely! I knew from the first day that something was not right. About 9 months after 9/11 I was on a business trip and was a captive audience for a Pakistani taxi for almost an hour. He proceeded to tell me the story from his homeland of how the US wanted to build a pipeline through Afghanistan and that is why the US inflicted the 9/11 terror attacks upon themselves so they could invaded Afghanistan. I knew that something was fishy about the collapses but I was not ready to believe that our own leaders perpetrated it and I still don't want to believe that they did BUT I have done hundreds if not thousands of hours of research since then and the only conclusion that I can come up with is that the buildings should have not fallen as the official story says and guilt by deception is all that I can say about the current government officials that must know. Also I have a family friend that was one of the Firemen that was dispatched to Ground Zero. I believe that he was there within three days as a group of them drove straight from the Seattle area to NY. Though he does not know my feelings about 9/11 I have questioned him about the molten metal under the rubble pile. He would be the person that would know as his team was one of the special task forces that was dispatched into the depths of the rubble and he confirmed to me that there was a lot of molten metal down there he also took it a step further when I asked him where it came from and he stated that the Jet Fuel burning caused it. Well he may believe what his higher ups have told him but I have taken classes in physics and my professional background is in metallurgy and I know that that is WRONG!

23 years in the field of construction with 18 as a general contractor overlapping with 8 as an Architectural designer. Started with Architectural design in 1989 involving structural elements and working closely with Structural Engineers.
Obviously the buildings could not have collapsed without help. The prospect of planes and fire causing a global collapse is nowhere near plausible and only need be explained in detail to the layman. Regardless of how they say they fell there is a tremendous redundancy and progressive design as you move down the building that has to be considered. Given loads increase with height, both in lateral and load bearing capacities, the base would undoubtedly deflect any presumed inertia from floors that were exclusively outside the enormously strong core vertical element designed to support the top 100 floors (at the 10th floor) as well as having been likely built to 2 1/2 times the maximum expected loads. This core would at some point be charged with crushing itself along with the drag from connections to the trussed floor systems which were only going to provide pressure relative to their loading specifications. Essentially no matter how you want to look at it the official story is beyond impossible.

The entire official scenario of 9/11 is false for many scientific reasons but also reasons not plausible such as American air defense system non-existent on 9/11. The allegation that planes flown by non pilots is not plausible. Buildings including #7 collapsing into their footprints is signature of controlled demolitions.

I do not have technical knowledge of structures, but I have a scientific mind (B.S. Psychology) and tend to follow the evidence.
There is too much evidence available already that suggests that something helped at least one of the WTC buildings fall. I feel that this evidence warrants a true investigation, since the public deserves a right to know what happened, and if there are additional mass murderers on the loose, they need to be brought to justice.

Had it not been for Richard Gage's Blueprint for Truth I would of never given the events of 9/11 a second thought. I hadn't read the official 9/11 Commission Report because it looked thick enough to have covered every second of the day. So I am utterly surprised that the WTC #7 was never mentioned. The fact that they skipped over that event should be enough to prompt a new independent investigation.

I have no special technical expertise in the field of engineering. It is apparent to even an untrained observer however that a massive building like the trade center towers probably wouldn't just fold up nicely like a deck of cards in such a short interval of time without some pretty sophisticated engineering , expert demolition. I also find it interesting that the real terrorism was perpetuated by the press post 9/11. I am only a concerned citizen , not an engineer or architect. Enough professionals are concerned enough that there must be sufficient reason for close scrutiny of the collapses , especially considering , profit motives, and recent attacks upon the bill of rights . This is not a time to let sleeping dogs lie , and possibly proof there should never be.
