To the Members of the House of Representatives and of the Senate of the United States of America,
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

I was still in college at Mines when the towers came down. I remember going to one of the 'presentations' that they had on campus to help explain how it could have happened... how the first steel structured building in history had suffered a full collapse due to fire damage(and 3 of them ta boot!). It was some expert from somewhere, and he was quite convincing in the fact that the fuel from the planes had burned hot enough for the steel to fail, and then the 'pan-caking effect' and weight from the stories above caused the accordion type collapse of the towers. Not really being an expert in melting steel (or anything yet, for that matter...) i bought this explanation without further investigation and got back to my classes and trusted it in the hands of the expert investigators. Ever since then, when I truly began to critically think about the disaster in 2001, I cannot bring myself to believe the 'official' explanations of what was reported to have happened on 9/11. It is obvious to me that all 3 buildings were brought down in a planned/controlled demolition, and that there is way more to the 9/11 story than we have 'officially' been told. Please re-open the investigation, and let us not be victims of repeating such dark pasts... by not letting our history be such a dark lie...

I have viewed a lot of footage regarding Sept. 11, 2001, and the series of events really does not seem to add up. Steel buildings do not disintegrate from a strike, even if you add jet fuel. And there's been no justifiable explanation given for the WTC 7's collapse. I, along with thousands of other concerned citizens, call for a re-investigation of the events. This should be done by a true and impartial team of experts who have no governmental ties or agendas.

It is almost a carbon copy of Pearl Harbor where the US government at the highest levels decided murdering US Citizens was a price that had to be paid to achieve their ends. If you look at the thousands of Strange Coincidences and plug the individual odds into a probability model the chance 9/11 occurred without tacit and active support at the highest levels of government is a decimal point followed by innumerable zeros preceding the one. For example on 9/11 the average loading of a airplane flying to the west coast from the east was about 75%. The four hijacked airplanes were loaded at an average of less than 30% With the flight shot down over Pennsylvania loaded at 20%. The odds on this single 9/11 factor is much less than 1 in 10,000. The official story of 9/11 is a deadly fairy tale. I do not understand how any person with an ounce of critical thinking skills could believe it.

The Twin Towers collapsing on that day is, border line probable (even though no steel and concrete building has ever collapsed due to fire in history) since they were struck by commercial airliners. WTC 7 is the one that mainly caught my attention 5 years ago. How does a building of that size fall into its own footprint when I has not struck by a plane. Sure it was struck by falling debris, but if that little amount of debris and file can make a skyscraper collapse, than the lead man on the project had to be a 10 year old because that is not good quality construction at all. I have been a devout 9-11 researcher since I graduated college. My father was an engineer for 35 years and we discuss the events of that day at length almost daily. I know what I am talking about.

I was disappointed to learn that she got her news from Fox, and now horrified to learn that her oldest son joined the Air Force.
In the past month I have devoted time to look into assertions that contradict the 9/11 Commission's report. I lacked the physics and engineering expertise to doubt the explanation for the collapse of the Twin Towers. I've only learned of WTC-7 a few weeks ago. It is impossible for a reasonable person who approaches with an open mind the research of these engineers and architects, as well as other investigators, without seeing that there are more monstrous truths that have been kept from the American people and the rest of the world. The real heroes in this so-called War Against Terror are these forensic investigators, many of whom have risked and even sacrificed their careers to do what we expected the government to do. It is typical of the federal government to try to get away with investigating itself. Citizens under the leadership of Levees.org are also demanding an independent investigation of the Corp of Engineers' levee failures during and after Hurricane Katrina. It is a waste of tax-payers money to conduct sham investigations, and a disservice to the country to force private citizens do the work that our government is paid to do. I ask Congress for an independent investigation into the events of September 11, 2001, including a generous allocation of funds to carry it out to completion, funds that will include reimbursement to the engineers, architects, and other professional investigators whose data has been presented to academic and citizens forums and will be presented to an independent panel with legal authority. Every day more citizens learn about the other, unofficial story, and every day those same citizens find that more convincing than the official story. It's time for Congress to listen to the real experts, and to the people. We are approaching the seventh anniversary of 9/11 and the third anniversary of Katrina. Independent investigations should be announced by Congress on or before those anniversaries, and Congress should also pass a resolution stating that future investigations into such disasters must always be independent.

After reading books like Why Buildings Stand Up, Why Buildings Fall Down and Structures one thing really stands out: the concept of over-engineering. Structures are designed to withstand many times the forces they are expected to encounter. The WTC Towers certainly were designed to withstand gravity and the impact of planes, as well as the resulting fires.

I am a carpenter and moved to Alaska in 1991. I am president of our reluctant local council in McCarthy, Alaska. I have been raising and running sled dogs for nearly 20 years and ran the Iditarod in 2007. I went to the University of Wisconsin, Madison, for 2 years before moving to the frozen north. I congratulate all the professionals who have begun/signed on to this petition. Your strength of character is noted and you have established yourself as patriots. The government story is clearly not true. It does not even make an attempt to explain the evidence, most important of which is that two buildings ten times as tall as they are wide that were asymmetrically damaged in there top third floors, fell neatly in small pieces into there own footprint at free fall speed. To say nothing of Building 7, which is not mentioned in the only official inquiry, was not hit by a plane, did not sustain significant fire damage, and bore identical resemblance to a controlled demolition. The primary reason why the American public willfully refuses to examine the evidence, is that the consequences of the government story not being true are grim. Again, I congratulate you.

There is undoubtedly an American oil agenda that was fulfilled by the 9/11 attacks, that may indicate some foul play. But there are many educated members of congress as well as presidential candidates that strongly believe that we are at fault for the war. Steel frame buildings don't collapse through themselves into their subbasements because of fire. BBC reported WTC7 had collapsed due to fire & damage 20 minutes before it actually collapsed. How did they know this? Why don't they want you to know about WTC7 now? Why did WTC7 not get one mention in the 571 page 9/11 Commission Report? If the Psychopaths that carried this mass murder out are powerful enough to access these buildings to wire them with explosives to kill 3000 people. Then I would suggest that they are powerful enough to create & control the story they have sold. Fortunately they are not perfect in executing and covering up their evils as the evidence on this site is proof of that. Wake up People before it is too late.
