PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

I have a Diploma in Building Control/Building Surveying and I am a retired Member of the Chartered Association of Building Engineers. I was employed within local authority building control and had responsibility for ensuring that building work within an area of central London complied with UK building regulations. I have experience with nearly all types of property and their uses and this includes iconic high rise office buildings. My duties included checking plans submitted for building regulation approval and for inspecting the progress and quality of work on site. I have expertise in fire safety and had responsibility for the inspection and fire certification of buildings, the assessment of innovative structural fire engineered designs and the evaluation of prescriptive and non-prescriptive solutions for means of escape in case of fire.
It is beyond credibility for the twin towers WTC1 and WTC2 and for building WTC7 to have all collapsed in such an unpredictable and totally unprecedented manner. All three had failure characteristics which defy logical explanation unless controlled demolition is considered. The observed fire and impact loads have all been shown by independent professional investigation to be well within the design parameters of each building and that total collapse should not have occurred in any one of them never mind all three. It is time for politicians and the media to carry out their public duty and call for a new and impartial public investigation where all the evidence both for and against the official position can be seen and heard.

I graduated with a BSE in Electrical Engineering in 1974 and went to the USPTO and worked in Class 290 and Class 318 for 7 years. Then I transferred to Fort Monmouth, Patent Law Division of CECOM, and stayed there for 3 years. Then I transferred to the Underwater Sound Lab (NUSC) in New London where I stayed for 2 years and then left to pursue self employment as owner of a video store. I qualify as an 'expert' on the subject of perpetual motion devices especially when that kind of prime mover is attached to a dynamo (Class 290). As the law allows for a requirement for a working model for such, I viewed many attempts to secure a patent for one and never issued a one. Prior to all that, I was a Missile Technician in the USN for 7 years and was stationed first on the SSB(N) 632 Blue Crew for 5 patrols and then on the SSB(N) 659 Gold Crew for 4 before leaving to attend UCONN.

I'm a lawyer who was disbarred by Florida in another GOP cover up in which every witness in the trial against me, including three police officers, committed perjury in order to wrongfully convict and disbar. Thus, I know first hand that these people are willing to commit crimes and decieve people in order to accomplish what they want. In this case, they wanted a new Pearl Harbor to justify a global war on terror.

The images of molten steel at the foot of the towers is proof that there were internal demolitions--and also proof of an inside job.

I am/was a project engineer with 15 + years in the energy industry and exposure to gas engines and fuel combustion. I have experience in ASME/AWS code material (steel) selection and material strength calculation and loading analysis, plus pressure / temperature calculations.
The nearly uninhibited free-fall of all 3 buildings is contrary to laws of physics (Newton's laws of motion and the conservation of energy / first law of thermodynamics). The collisions during the building collapse (i.e., upper floors dropping into lower floors) would demand that the falling body (upper floors) should slow down far below natural gravitational acceleration value (32.174 fl/s^2 or 9.81 m/s^2) due to momentum and collision losses. The momentum / mass of the lower stationary floors (f=m*a and m1v1 & m2v2 products) would reduce the average speed and acceleration rate of the falling mass, and 2) the energy absorbed (force * distance) via the collision and material distortion (i.e., steel bending), or material disintegration (i.e., concrete crumbling) as the falling upper floors collided with the floors beneath must also reduce the acceleration rate. Also, the jet fuel and office fire burned BLACK (indicating an oxygen lean/fuel rich fire), which would not produce a temperature hot enough to melt such a massive steel structure, much less weaken the structure to the point of collapse, especially as the collapses do not occur with any sort of directional bias (falling toward the failure or weak point).

If there is a hint of impropriety in the official story, then it is likely to only be the tip of the iceberg. I hope to god it is wrong, but in my profession, hope doesn't cut it. I need to see evidence that makes sense. The NIST backtracking and weak arguments don't reassure me; as an engineer, I understand the issues raised. Also, in my industry, an objective third party review is always used. I would expect the same from our government.

Further, buildings such as WTC 7 do not spontaneously collapse from being hit by debris or from fire. The fact that public officials intentionally destroyed most of the evidence is, itself, as in any crime, a suggestion of guilt or complicity in the crime.

When I saw the first video of the towers in free fall; I knew from day one that the spin put on 911 was not what I saw with my own eyes. The thought that it was another Pearl Harbor quickly became evident. As a self taught student in the dark history of our country and your excellent presentation: if there was a shadow of a doubt about 911, The light of truth has illuminated every conceivable recess! 911 was, indeed: AN INSIDE JOB. The fires were too localized and oxygen starved, as evidenced by the thick black smoke to have been hot enough or long lived enough to even start any deformation of the structural steel, which was generously coated with asbestos. There are reports of cables being run to upgrade the internet services in the building on unoccupied floors. People working on floors below this work reported a fine white dust all over the office furniture on Mondays following the weekend. My assumption is: the dust was asbestos that had been removed from columns so thermite charges could be placed on bare steel. If memory serves me: I think it was around the 83rd floor of one of the towers where this dust was found.

Just two (out of many) examples: 1. Building 7, a steel-framed, earthquake- sustainable, that collapsed with no apparent reason. 2. Three buildings, two were hit and one not, collapsed at the same perfectly symmetrical pattern, and all fell down at almost g-acceleration, collapsed into their footprint - a classical pattern of controlled demolition. The joint probability for those three independent events is almost null.

To all those who do not yet know where they stand on 9/11, and/or don't yet know or realize that it was an inside job: If you believe the official conspiracy theory of what happened on 9/11 and who was allegedly responsible, I think you should know better and should investigate the true facts of the matter. 1.) Osama bin Laden (OBL) has never been proven to have been involved in 9/11; the FBI admits that they have no such proof, and Osama bin Laden is not listed as wanted for anything other than crimes Unrelated to 9/11. 2.) Seven (7) or more the alleged hijackers have been proven to still be alive and to have had nothing to do with 9/11. 3.) Countless surviving witnesses of 9/11 report that they heard many explosions in the towers, including WTC-7, before they imploded and fell in record time straight down into their own footprints (just as occurs with controlled demolition, and not with such destruction by airplanes), the first such highrise buildings in history to allegedly collapse from fire (though several have burned with fires much worse and were still standing, with their frames mostly intact). 4.) WTC Towers 1 and 2 were designed to withstand the impact of a jumbo jet and resultant plane explosions and fires caused by such planes' fuel. 5.) Many scientific experts have studied much of the available evidence from 9/11 and have determined that controlled demolition of the WTC towers, including Building 7, is what brought all three of them down, not the impact of the planes, etc. (WTC-7 was not hit by any plane), nor by fire(s); and former intelligence experts have stated that the only way such a coordinated attack could have been successfully carried out, and caused the virtual standdown and such monumental failure of the largest national defense apparatus in the entire world, is through intelligence agency involvement in perpetrating it. And the list goes on. there is far too much concrete evidence that the official story is the real conspiracy theory; and there is tons and tons of evidence, so to speak, that there has been a huge coverup of what really occurred on 9/11, why, and of who was truly involved in carrying it out. So, for the doubting Thomas', et al. (and others), I know you're probably very busy, but please investigate the 9/11 evidence; and, as you speak and/or believe 100% truth on other things so very well, also come to believe and speak up for nothing but 100% truth on 9/11 as well. I just find it very interesting that Building 7 was predicated to collapse 20 minutes before it actually did on BBC. I find it interesting that it is a block away from the WTC Towers and somehow collapses while buildings much closer did not. I find it very interesting that the building was designed to be hit by more than one plane. I also find it interesting that steal does not melt easily and it takes close to 3000 degrees to do this. Jet fuel is not hot enough for this. Just a few of my thoughts.

I think I fall into the category of those who believe the gov't LET it happen.. and assisted. I can't go as far as Loose Change on some of the areas of the 9/11 truth stuff but I DO believe the collapses of the buildings is absolutely caused by internal demolition. It is frightening to think that the true axis of evil may be in our own government. The truth of 9/11 must come out. Too much death and destruction has been initiated in Afghanistan and Iraq on the premise of 9/11. Too much hatred is being fomented between US citizens and those Muslims because of 9/11. I didn't realize the truth of the matter until autumn of 2006. I live in the same state as Dr. Steven Jones and read about the university terminating him. This event and Dr. Jones modest and humble reaction to it intrigued me. I looked into it, read his paper, and realized the world as I knew it was turned upside down. I think it is blatantly obvious that the official story does not match the events that actually happened on 9/11. Conspiracy theories aside, Several statements in the official report violate most, if not all, of the laws of Newtonian physics. Many more claims in the report go against witness testimony and the expert opinions of 100's of independent professional architect and engineers. If there is nothing to hide, why not allow a truly independent investigation into what actually happened on 9/11?

Building seven was destroyed in the standard demolition method, and there are plenty of videos available that will verify that. More importantly, all three buildings exhibited pyroclastic flows that are virtually identical to volcanic pyroclastic flows. The only way that you can have pyroclastic flows that (at least in one case) flow out over the Hudson river is to have tremendous energy which could only come from tremendous heat and enegy that explosives deliver. Tower 2 was the most obvious example of controlled demolition. Once the top of the tower started to tip there was only one possible result. I doesn't take a degree in physics to understand that the onlt possible result of the top of the tower tilting was for it to fall over into the city causing tremendous devastation in the city. The bottom two thirds of the building should have been standing as the was nothing to cause further collapse. I could go on for pages about pieces of the towers embedded in buildings that were far too far away to have been hit due to the global collapse theory, eyewitness accounts of explosions, bombs that can be heard in a number of videos, etc.. I guess I just can't believe how many still believe the official theory when the truth is right there in front of your face if you take the time to look at it. But the clincher for me was the video of Frank DeMartini who in a video filmed in early 2001 where he stated, The building was designed to have a fully loaded 707 crash into it. That was the largest plane at the time. I believe that the building probably could sustain multiple impacts of jetliners because this structure is like the mosquito netting on your screen door -- this intense grid -- and the jet plane is just a pencil puncturing that screen netting. It really does nothing to the screen netting. Frank DeMartini died in tower 2 on 9/11 because he stayed in the building to help others get out. I believe the he knew that he was safe and he stayed there knowing that the towers could not collapse from the plane impacts themselves. I was certain that the two towers collapsed due to some type of explosive event on 9/11/01 and after almost 7 years of viewing and reading everything I can get my hands on I know that the towers were demolished. It's the how, why and who that I want to find out about because someone knew and there are over 3000 people that lost there lives that day that deserve justice.
