To the Members of the House of Representatives and of the Senate of the United States of America,
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

Although, I was always suspicious about the nature of collapse of the twin towers, I am MUCH more disturbed about the nature of the collapse of Building 7 and what is likely represents. Also, the significant signs of molten metal during and immediately after the collapse of the buildings, (negating the situations where rescuers used torches to remove rubble) is very alarming. Also, I am very disturbed by the lack of thorough investigation of the 911 events. I hope the credibility of the researchers who have found nanothermite is maintained as this will likely be a source of attack for those who want to prevent a new investigation. I believe it is time for firemen, engineers, architects, lawyers, pilots, family survivors, first responders to all support each other to DEMAND a new investigation. 911 is the blackest of modern day historical events and it is SCREAMING for a proper investigation. 911 was an excuse for war, and if in fact it was a premeditated act by more than just the air attackers, then the response attacks AFTER 911 were as much or more EVIL than 911 itself. The truth MUST be found and accountability must be resolved or we as a society, will never be free of its effects.

Without the aid of having done much research into the phenomena of the collapse of World Trade Centers 1 & 2, I have held a sense of surprise that the buildings essentially collapsed into their own footprints. It strikes me as unlikely that neither of the two towers would only partially collapse, partially fail or topple away rather than drop in identical fashion. During the 1993 bombing event, I was concerned for loved ones who worked in the financial district. Their workplaces were not in the towers themselves, but in the surrounding neighborhood. I was expecting the possibility of a toppling tower damaging or destroying several nearby buildings. The fact that not one, but two towers did not fall this way appears to be somewhat improbable. - - Further research has alerted me to the collapse of Building 7. How the events of the collapse of this building missed the sustained attention of 9/11 commission and the researchers from NIST seems to be without satisfactory explanation. This event alone should warrant further inquiry by all who are aware of it. - - Every day, there seems to be more evidence and revelations that do not square with the official explanation. In my mind, the official reports and studies seem inadequate at best.

I attended Texas Tech Univ. from 1988 to 1997 and graduated with an MS in Electrical Engineering. My first engineering job was for Agri-Tech, Inc. in Woodstock, VA from 1997 to 2000. I designed the computer controlled hardware and software for industrial fruit sorting machines used by packing houses. I believe the 3 WTC buildings that fell were demolished with explosives. We have many things working against us trying to get the word out about 9/11: 1. The public education system has moved away from teaching technical skills and is deliberately dumbing us down. 2. There is less respect for human life today than there was at mid-century, though respect for human life now is better than it was in ancient times. In order for people to want an investigation into 9/11, they have to care about the people that died. Many people I've met simply don't care about the deaths on 9/11. 3. These is less social capital today than there was at mid-century. Read the book 'Bowling Alone.' When people become aware of 9/11, their network of acquaintances are so limited that the word can't spread. People rely on the media for information and opinions rather than each other. 4. The lemming effect gives people the instinct to appeal to authority and follow others. Almost the entire argument against the 9/11 Conspiracy is the appeal to authority and the reluctance to look at the information and form an independent opinion. If most of the 80,000 architects in AIA don't agree with Richard Gage, then he must be wrong.

I am a 13 year master electrician in Milwaukee Wisconsin. I have done work in our 42 story office building and other steel beam buildings, as well as in concrete buildings with fire proofing on the structural steel and concrete and on the deck (under the floor).
With all of the fire protection that is done to the structural components and floors and the fire patching I have to do for pipes or cables through walls or floors in buildings in the Milwaukee area, I would think a hi-rise in New York City would have even more stringent codes. Even an older building should have been brought up to code for public safety. With all this, and from what I've read on how the WTC buildings were constructed, I don't think they should have fallen as they did. Maybe the floors above the plane impact floors would have fallen, and some below, but not every single floor, even all the undamaged lower floors? Also, that they fell in such a short time after the plane impacts for Bldgs. 1 & 2, then Bldg. 7 falling hours later for no reason. I'm just an electrician but that doesn't seem right.

We do every type of structural welding (including thermite), all types of pipe specializing in purge process, all types of alloy welding, and are generally well versed in all types of welding with the exception of underwater processes.
When I watched the news and watched the buildings fall, I turned to my wife and said "that was an implosion." We do work on high rises and are very aware of how well those beams are protected. Also, there is not enough heat produced by burning jet fuel to cause any kind of steel failure. Some sag maybe but that would be the extent of it. No building collapses into it's own footprint without demolition.

Having reviewed the available evidence, I find it ludicrous to think that a jet plane slamming into a building can cause a controlled implosion. To think that it can happen to two adjacent buildings almost simultaneously is outright laughable. Given the time and effort that structural engineers have to go through to engineer a controlled implosion and determine the proper placement of explosive charges, to think it can occur randomly and almost perfectly not once but twice, requires far too great a leap of faith and far too much trust in the experts. And WHY did tower 7 fall?

It is simply hard to imagine that someone could get away with the controlled demolition on these three buildings when the evidence, to me, seems glaringly obvious. Never in the history of man have buildings of such well constructed materials, planned out by extremely intelligent people ever been brought down simply by being on fire. It's moronic to think someone would even build structures this size and not make them immune to collapsing due to a simple increase in heat. The material used to make these buildings have extremely high melting points of which no fire could ever burn hot enough to effect, which is why I fully believe in the truth presented by AE911Truth.org.

I've been an ASE mechanic for 10 years, working with everything: electronics, transmissions, motors, AC heating, suspension, frames, and airbags. I've also worked with steel in machine shops. I think I have a great understanding of how metal and things in the world work. As a sense of how energy and resistance work for and against each other.
Simple way to put it: We don't build skyscrapers like a deck of cards. And also, an airplane traveling at 450-500 mph would have gone right through the World Trade Center at those speeds. Not just stop like they hit the brakes. Everything about that day is suspicious and draws more and more attention every time I look farther into it. Like his dad said: New World Order, rich and poor. I believe it to be obvious to any open-minded person who actually examines the available evidence that the buildings were destroyed by explosives. In particular, the photos of heavy steel support columns in the rubble whose ends showed the distinctive clean and angled cut of shaped charges. Also, no other explanation than explosives would explain the blown out windows in adjacent buildings or all the concrete of the towers being pulverized to fine dust.

I am a former Long Island New York resident now living in North Carolina. I moved from Long Island for many reasons, but one was that I didn't feel safe anymore. Thinking terrorists really did attack, I felt there was no escape from the island, but now I realize we are not safe from our own government anywhere. I wish everyone was able to see how obvious this all is. We are so brainwashed by the news and TV. There is a film called Zeitgeist which explains all the tactics that the government used to set the attack up, the hijackers who were paid and are still alive and free, the obvious controlled demolition of the buildings, and stories from people who worked in the building about how there was maintenance in the building where all the security cameras and electricity were shut off and government officials planted bombs in the buildings. Someone needed a high death count to wage war, so they went ahead and killed the Americans. Period. Ask the architect that built the towers. They were designed to withstand that type of damage! How come the floors fell at near free fall speed? Any educated person will know that physics and scientific laws show that this was a controlled demolition. If you don't believe this, you are supporting hate, plain and simple.

Electrician with reasonable understanding of mechanical and structural systems, as well as the physical science involved in such concepts as resistance of a structure to freefall because of the necessity of compression or removal of the material below the falling mass. Not an architect or engineer, just another who appreciates the importance of many expert minds who believe what I have for so long.
With all I've heard and seen, I cannot accept the lack of an investigation or the removal of evidence from the site. The very fact that a massive and very public investigation was not undertaken is reason enough for me to believe there is a need for such action. Film clips of a building, much less two, falling so neatly upon their own foundations should raise skepticism in any reasonable mind. Hopefully, this petition will persuade those with the means to set things in motion to do so.

I was originally interested in law for the reason of changing it. I have since then been studying management and finance at the University of Minnesota (Twin Cities). Having discussed the official explanation as to why the twin towers collapsed with colleges I find that there are gaping holes in the official explanation especially in the speed at which the towers collapsed, which even taking into account every favorable assumption is a good few seconds slower than it actually fell.

I bought the story told by the media for about 5 years after 9/11, but now my eyes have been opened to the obvious planned destruction of the Twin Towers and Building 7. I am just stunned. I don't know what else to say.

During the two-week period prior to 9/11, trading in put options for United and American Airlines deviated greatly, suggesting that some wealthy individuals knew that the stock of the two airlines used in the attacks would plummet. Obviously, they knew of the impending attack and wanted to profit from it. I informed Special Agent Jim Adams of the OKC field office of this situation in February 2005, but I do not believe that the FBI ever followed this obvious lead to find those behind this horrible event.

I am a 27 year old citizen who has suffered personally due to close friends and family member being called to duty as an ultimate result of 9/11. More importantly, millions of people all over the world suffer from the effects of what I believe to be our government's intentional deception of both our nation and the world. They must be called to justice.
It is obvious to even the untrained and/or uneducated eye that the buildings came down by way of demolition. There were too many common citizen reports of explosions and there is too much common sense in my head to believe that those planes caused such a phenomenon.

I am a history major, and I attend the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities. I find United States history appalling in the respect of martyrdom and entry into war. For some reason, I never really considered 9/11 to be an inside job, even though I am fully aware of the lies involved in the Maine Incident, the Lusitania Incident, Pearl Harbor, and the Gulf of Tonkin Incident. I am very thankful that someone is trying to make this general knowledge.
I'd like to say it's hard to believe, but in fact it's easier to believe than an attack by Al Qaeda. I was lucky enough not to have lost anyone on that day close to me, but I can imagine how hard it would have been to lose a father or a close friend in those towers. I cannot, however, imagine how I would even begin to feel if my father or friend were murdered by my own government in a covert operation of propaganda simply to launch the nation into a war fueled by corrupt greed and wealthy monopolists.
