On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

Maybe it won't be ever possible to know who was behind the terrorist attack in the saddest day in the history of the USA, but every person who analyzes carefully the evidence exposed by A&E for 9/11 truth and other groups dealing with the issue, can conclude by him or herself that the official version is not only incomplete but strongly biased in order to avoid the knowing of the truth. After I saw the second building fall, I instinctively wanted to know where George W. Bush was and I wanted to see his face. I didn't buy the Oklahoma bombing under Clinton or the first World Trade Center bombings, and I wasn't buying this either. I felt that Bush's face and his reaction would be very telling; I was right! He was overly nonchalant, after being told, and went on to say that he saw the first plane hit while he was waiting in his limo; that footage hadn't even aired yet, to the public. And when i saw that he was told at an elementary school setting, about the plane hitting the World Trade Center, it made me suspicious. It felt like an overly innocent setting. It wouldn't be until I found out that George W. Bush, Laura Bush and General Tommy Franks went to elementary school together; that the elementary school setting felt like a creepy homage. And when I saw a video-tape of a former CIA agent, turned whistleblower, that spoke at Portland State University 1-1/2 months after 9-11, there was no turning back, in my mind, that it was an inside job. He started out by saying that while the planes may have been remotely controlled, he wasn't going to talk about that. He was going to stick to what he could prove as fact; his presentation was convincing, even without demonstrating that the planes were remotely controlled. I got cable earlier this year, and started seeing exceptional documentaries, which showed 9-11 for what it was. Now, I don't doubt that those planes were remotely controlled. Especially after hearing from those like William Rodriguez, who heard explosions in the basement floors 7 seconds before the first plane hit. 7 seconds! That's exceptional timing. And to know that citizens who saw the planes before they hit, say that they didn't recognize the planes as passenger planes, but rather, as windowless commercial-type planes. I'm so happy that architects and engineers are finally speaking out!

I am/was a project engineer with 15 + years in the energy industry and exposure to gas engines and fuel combustion. I have experience in ASME/AWS code material (steel) selection and material strength calculation and loading analysis, plus pressure / temperature calculations.
The nearly uninhibited free-fall of all 3 buildings is contrary to laws of physics (Newton's laws of motion and the conservation of energy / first law of thermodynamics). The collisions during the building collapse (i.e., upper floors dropping into lower floors) would demand that the falling body (upper floors) should slow down far below natural gravitational acceleration value (32.174 fl/s^2 or 9.81 m/s^2) due to momentum and collision losses. The momentum / mass of the lower stationary floors (f=m*a and m1v1 & m2v2 products) would reduce the average speed and acceleration rate of the falling mass, and 2) the energy absorbed (force * distance) via the collision and material distortion (i.e., steel bending), or material disintegration (i.e., concrete crumbling) as the falling upper floors collided with the floors beneath must also reduce the acceleration rate. Also, the jet fuel and office fire burned BLACK (indicating an oxygen lean/fuel rich fire), which would not produce a temperature hot enough to melt such a massive steel structure, much less weaken the structure to the point of collapse, especially as the collapses do not occur with any sort of directional bias (falling toward the failure or weak point).

Any individual with a minimal amount of mechanical and scientific aptitude along with very basic logical reasoning abilities can clearly see that the official 9/11 commission report's explanation for the collapse of building #7 is an outright blatant lie. The 9/11 commission report mentioned that building #7 collapsed due solely to office fires. How does an office fire make the core columns at the building's center disintegrate so that the penthouse on top of the building drops a slight second before the rest of the building, which then goes down at close to free fall speed? How can the combustible materials in an office fire have enough heat to keep tons of steel in it's molten state for many weeks after the building collapses? How did both Jane Stanley from the BBC and Aaron Brown of CNN know that building #7 had collapsed when we can see it standing right behind them as they give their report? The collapse of the WTC towers on 9/11 was a remarkable and puzzling event. Several aspects of the collapse have yet to be satisfactorily explained: the collapse was extremely rapid (near free fall); the destruction was nearly symmetrical (in spite of highly asymmetric structural damage); the collapse generated significant explosive upwelling pyroclastic-like clouds of pulverized material. The most widely cited explanation is a Progressive Collapse Theory published by Ba'ant and colleagues. This model however has significant weaknesses. It is 1D (hence ignores the WTC towers' excellent capacity for load redistribution); it is not able to explain the highly symmetrical nature of the collapse; nor can it explain the generation of clouds of pulverized concrete and other anomalous aspects of the collapse. In my opinion the hypothesis of controlled demolition needs to be seriously investigated.

All major structures have their strongest points at the center of the building. Even the most basic of structural engineers knows that collapse occurs through the line of least resistance and NOT under any circumstances through the line of GREATEST resistance.Since all 3 buildings collapsed in upon themselves to the center, then the center had clearly become the weakest point in all 3 buildings. The ONLY way that the strongest point is going to change into to the weakest point is if there is a controlled demolition to make it so.

From the second year after the events on 9/11/2001, I have agreed completely with the 9/11 truth campaign. With my extensive background in engineering, I feel strongly that the proof is in plain sight with all the footage, reports, and calculations. After WW2, I studied at NYU under the GI bill, receiving a BSEE in 1946. I continued my studies for a MSEE. Since 1947, I worked in NYC as an engineer for 54 years, and I passed the exam for Professional Engineer in 1952. I continued work in designing and constructing electrical and lighting for all types of buildings, mainly in NYC. From my experience with methods of welding and cutting existing steel for building electrical alterations, all 3 buildings were planned demolitions.

I have been skeptical of the official claims beginning with the immediate push to attack the Middle East shortly after the destruction, and noting that all 3 towers rapidly fell straight down. I'm glad to see others challenging the official findings.

Witnessed on television the day of the events that a pattern was observed in the fall of the buildings which are not explained in physical form naturally. We saw from that moment a kind of controlled demolition but no one was saying that and our perception was not accepted. Immediately, thought it was some kind of controlled explosion. As a civil engineer I find questionable the official conclusions, provided by the government, all the videos and evidence points in a different direction and with very different conclusions. Simple physics and evidence disprove a lot of the government's story about the events on 9/11. 1. Three towers fell! 2. There was no deceleration. 3. Office furniture and jet fuel do not burn hot enough to melt construction grade steel. 4. Thermite traces were found at the tower sites. 5. Osama Bin Laden did not claim responsibility. Terrorists only further their cause if they take credit for attacks. 6. I believe this was done to start wars in the middle east and remove our civil liberties. I am a chemical and environmental engineer and I attended the Indian Institute of Technology in New Delhi, a school that is highly recognized all over the world. I have designed industrial structures as part of chemical engineering, and have done engineering consulting for many years.
Jet fuel's capability is to create instant heat that can be immediately converted to mechanical energy. It does not have staying power as opposed to heavier organics like tar that hang around and help things burn. Jet fuel can help start a fire but it cannot be the the fuel that continues to burn something for a long time. So the world trade centers did not have jet fuel burning in them; it was merely office fires after the initial explosion. There was nothing capable of heating giant massive thick beams throughout the length of the towers or at any single point to cause the observed collapses. Only a controlled demolition can do what was seen and what was heard as well - multiple explosions, way past the jet strikes.

After viewing the video 'Blueprint for Truth', it is glaringly obvious that the collapse of WTC buildings 1, 2 and 7 could not have occurred due to damage caused by the impact from jet airliners into WTC 1 and 2, or the resulting fires. Similarly, WTC 7 could not have collapsed due to minor structural fires and damage sustained from the proximity to WTC 1 and 2. The only scientific explanation for the sudden and uniform collapse of all 3 buildings appears to be intentional demolition. The added information concerning the elevator modernization nearly a year prior to the events of 9/11 provides ample opportunity for such a major undertaking to have occurred in secret, which is vital to supporting the theory of destruction by demolition.

The buildings did not come down due to fires ignited by jet fuel burning. Steel melting, as witnessed in foundries, was seen and takes place at much higher sustained temperatures. What is declared by NIST as reasons for the building collapse does not make engineering sense, does not follow laws of mettalurgy, nor follows laws of physics for free fall. There is absolute truth that has been kept hidden from public knowledge by vested interests and this needs a thorough, full, objective and scientific investigation.

I've been involved in numerous accident investigations. I'm known for concise, thorough, unbiased investigations with a personal determination to get to the bottom line despite initial outward appearances.
I have questioned the official explanation from the beginning, because the video-graphic evidence did not support the story line. It was clear to me from the beginning that the twin towers were imploded. Further, there is no engineering evidence that Building #7 would fail catastrophically from fires. It is my opinion that a third plane was scheduled to hit Building #7, but crashed in Pennsylvania instead. The implosion and subsequent lack of reporting raises too many questions to be ignored!
