On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

Retired Firefighter. Fought many, many fires in my career as a firefighter, including the high rise Meridian building fire in Philadelphia in 1991. The building burned for 18 hours, yet I never feared building collapse. I am more than positive that the Firefighters who died on 9/11 never suspected those buildings to collapse either.

The collapse mechanism / sequence of all three buildings is of great interest considering that the official 'story' is that the superstructure of each of the buildings was damaged principally by fire and the in the case of the twin towers also in part by plane impact. In my opinion, as a professional engineer, these factors could only act to weaken the structures asymmetrically, which in turn would lead to asymmetric failure modes - ie at least some signs of toppling which when initiated would continue. Instead, the extensive footage from the day shows a complete, symmetrical drop in all three cases. This lack of asymmetry in all three failures coupled with the rate of failure (comparable to gravitational acceleration) suggest that the entire superstructure of all three buildings ceased to bear load almost instantaneously. From my knowledge of the US government reports, these issues are in no way dealt with. Other explanations, such as the possible role of pre-placed explosives, must be considered, as the official version is inadequate. In particular, the failure of Building 7 so closely resembles that of a controlled demolition it is extremely difficult for me simply accept that a number of fires within the building was the sole cause of it's collapse. The evidence presented by the remains of the collapsed buildings also requires careful consideration. The abundance of pulverized concrete and segmented steel beams /columns resulting from all three collapses is of particular interest. As a qualified engineer these are the principal issues which are of interest to me when considering the validity of the official explanation of the WTC collapses.

I believe the people have the right to know the truth. As a building designer, I want to know for certain that that building will not fail and cost people their lives. Being lied to about how buildings fail causes all kinds of problems. We want the truth. The architect who designed the WTC deserves to be justified by assuring us that the WTC was a sound and safe building. The only thing that could destroy that building would have been bombs, because they destroy everything, don't they? We should also ask who benefitted from this financially, politically, and the like. We need to prosecute those who are responsible so they don't do this again.

I am an Applied Mathematics student at the University of Waterloo in my 3rd year and I have been studying the collapse of the world trade center buildings for about a year now.
After reading and doing plenty of my own research, I find it hard to believe that buildings 1 and 2 could be pulverized into dust by fire. That is basically what the official story is. There is no way in my mind that that two steel framed buildings, built as the trade center buildings were, could possible collapse due to fire; let alone be pulverized into dust. As for building 7. The use of demolitions on building 7 can all but be guaranteed. From seeing how tiny the fires were that supposedly caused the building to collapse, to the way the building collapsed. Please investigate this to the full extent that is necessary to bring the appropriate people to justice.

I am special education teacher in North New Jersey as a music specialist. I graduated from William Paterson University. I have lived in Rutherford, NJ my entire life.
There is no way that anyone can sit there with the facts right in front of them, watch the towers fall, and deny that there was any other aid of the demolition of the buildings other than just jet fuel. It is physically impossible. Jet fuel does burn hot enough to melt reinforced steel. No plane hit building 7, but there was still molten metal in the foundation 500 degrees hotter than jet fuel, weeks after the collapse, just the same as buildings 1 and 2 that were struck by a plane. The buildings fell at free fall speed, about 10 floors per second. There is no pancake theory that can make that possible. I know a Newark Cop that was on body detail for three days after they fell, he picked up body parts and put them into buckets, bodies blown apart into pieces. Explosives blow things apart, pancakes squashes things. People need to open their eyes and stop being so naive that our government is only out to us good, because if they don't figure that out soon, it will be too late to stop them from taking away our freedom.

25 years of experience in the Federal Government [Canada] managing major office buildings and their tenants. Although I am a generalist, I have dealt extensively with building fire safety issues, and am well acquainted with the technical issues raised in the AE 911 Truth slide show presentation.
The clarification of what actually took place on 9-11 is most important for eliminating fear and irrationality from decision-making. The official story has been supported and is maintained just like a Disney cartoon, where, as long the character or action is consistent with the rest of the fantasy, we grant it a measure of reality; but if someone starts asking scientific questions about flying children or talking animals, that is entirely out of place and hence unreal. A similar mental framework easily takes over a government hierarchy. I have questioned government architects and engineers who have not considered just how impossible it is for kerosene to convert concrete into fine powder; yet we depend on them for critical life safety decisions. I have questioned otherwise fine Christian people, who lose their grip when I explain to them that the official story is impossible. For healthy discussion and correct decision making it is necessary to rid ourselves of this most palpable untruth.

12 years of concrete construction and steel stabilization in floor- wall roof building. With a broken back i had a lot of free time to study videos of 9/11. Got lots of questions unanswered by these studies.
Only the free fall is a question that don't match the building nr 7s damage. What happened. is a clear demolition of that building ! That's the only way to bring down a house of that kind, that fast. 600 Celsius degrees 6 weeks later at the core of ALL buildings is not possible for WTC 7 ! And all fell in there one footprints ! The way the buildings collapsed looked like controlled demolition and a building that had not been hit by any plane collapsed some time later. The bbc reported it before it had even collapsed. That is very strange to me and needs real investigation.

There are too many questions left unanswered to call the 9/11 Commission report final. I would like to request that Congress re-open the investigation and to ensure that NO ONE is able to block attempts to get to the truth!

After much investigation of the academic literature, I am reasonably convinced that the 911 Building Collapses were the result of demolition. As to who might be ultimately responsible, I still want to see further investigation by either Congress or an independent body of qualified persons. It is incredible that a legitimate full forensic investigation has not been conducted. It was a criminal act and needs an appropriate criminal investigation.
