PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

Why showed the 47 columns core of WTC 1 + 2 no resistance, fell down in free fall speed? I think some minutes before the collapse they were weakened. The unknown commander in the 'Giuliani bunker' in the 23rd story of WTC 7 pressed the knob and ignited in the deep basement, at the contact granite to core columns, the brought down nanothermit. It smoothed the 47 steal columns over 2 - 3 basement stories. Temperatures over 1200 grad of Celsius development. Mr. Rodriguez, the janitor of the twins, described a man, who flee from the basement heat to the surface. His skin was burned, fell from his arms undo face. The melting of the core column feet caused a total change of the tower static. Now the steal columns which were calculate for pressure stress had to bear pull stress. They hang in the air, because their feet were molten, building liquid steal pools. Weld seams opened, 10 000 of bolts elongated and ripped out together with nuts and flanges. A sudden explosion fulfilled with their shaking the work of destroying the connections. Now the 260 outer square columns had to bear the whole load of the tower, the core columns and ceilings with the concrete floors. WTC 2 was ready for destroying. At the 'explosion cut' high above nanothermit melted the 260 outer columns symmetrically.Two or three minutes before the south tower fell one could see molten steal at a corner of this cut spraying down. Here the 'destructiveness' didn't work properly! By the big explosion the upper part of the tower was lifted and fell like a hammer at the core. Further explosions, tatted with the fall velocity, take place, 'scrumps' came out of the broken windows. Several mushroom formed 'fly parabolic curves' of the tower debris showed that there were two powers working: gravity and the centrifugal explosion power. Every physicist who saw this, can interpret this only in one way: controlled demolition by explosives.

As an architect, I have seen demolition of buildings and am somewhat familiar with the process involved to execute a controlled demolition. From my experience and knowledge, the way Building 7 collapsed looks very much like a controlled demolition. The building obviously falls in 3 equidistant sections with the middle section falling just ahead of the 2 ends. This allows for an imploding collapse rather than an exploding collapse.

Collapse of WTC-7 is prima facie controlled demolition. I have seen no alternative explanation, including that of NIST, that is even remotely plausible, given the visual evidence. NIST's continuing refusal even to examine the possibility of the obvious casts the gravest doubt upon the integrity of that institution, (or at least its management) and certainly upon the scientific probity of the NIST study participants. As to WTC 1 & 2, my military experience, coupled with some modest hands-on experience with high explosives, has given me a sense of how things behave when energetically disassembled. I find that the use of high-energy thermitic materials as suggested by Harrit, Jones et al., possibly accompanied by use of more conventional substances such as RDX, C-4, etc. provides a far more persuasive explanation of the observations, including molten iron/steel, powdered concrete etc. etc., than any plausible gravitational-collapse scenario. (Total-energy requirements alone eliminate gravity as more than a secondary input to the buildings' destruction).

Initially, I thought that the WTC Shock Waves were initiated by common explosives such as TNT. However, recently a fellow 9/11-truth-searcher told me that the perps detonated the steel with mini nukes developed at one of the large government laboratories (not NRL).

The facts and scholarship on the ae911truth.org website are impeccable. I cannot improve on this. Steel framed buildings like the towers do not fall like this unless they have been wired with explosives in a planned demolition.

I have not yet seen a convincing CIA/NSA/government-sponsored 'debunker' come up with an alternative analysis. We also need to stress that there is lots of circumstantial evidence out there that is as convincing as the physical evidence. I don't think the government will willingly fund another investigation. I have a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Minnesota. I managed large gun programs for the military. I have experience in root cause analyses when the unanticipated occurs.
Here is my synopsis of the situation: 1. The 3 World Trade Center buildings that collapsed were designed to withstand commercial jet impact and the subsequent fire. Unless the design margins were compromised, they should not have collapsed. 2. If the design margins were compromised, and they were reason for the collapse, the buildings would still not have collapsed in the extremely controlled fashion that was observed. Thus, design margin does not appear to be the cause of the collapses. 3. In searching for a plausible cause, the evidence first pointed to explosives. Evidence of explosions was provided by the numerous people that reported hearing them, by the evidence of high velocity radial trajectories of debris, and by the degree to which the debris field was pulverized. 4. The evidence then pointed to demolition-class explosives. Evidence of demolition-class explosives was provided by people seeing molten steel in a fire that should have been at least 1000 F below steel's melting point, by the debris field being permeated by bb-sized steel-based spheres that shouldn't have been 'vaporized', by the presence of elements unique to a demolition-class explosive in the debris field, and by the fact that all 3 buildings 'free fell' to the ground as if their infrastructure had suddenly disappeared (as is typical of demolition). 5. The evidence finally pointed to the use of military-grade demolition-class explosives. 6. If the conclusions from this evidence prove true, and to date they have not been refuted, the group of people responsible for the destruction of the WTC buildings remain at large, and the threat that destroyed the WTC buildings remains. 7. Unfortunately, the official root cause report does not account for the use of explosives at all. 8. For the United States to hold its own in a rough world, the reality of the situation must be irrefutably determined, and appropriate corrective actions taken. The current official report may be right, incompetent, or a cover-up. If the current official report does not withstand challenge, and the demolition claim stands, corrective actions must be taken against the people responsible, as well as the people that authored the root cause report, either for incompetence or for a willful cover-up. To do otherwise is to encourage a repeat performance.

I have a BS in Electrical Engineering and have worked for Western Electric, Bell Telephone Labs, Merrick and Co., Mich Cons Gas Co., and Detroit Water and Sewerage Dept. I have some experience with dynamite and a little with thermite. I hold one patent, and I've had some pilot training.
The video '9/11 In Plane Site' shows a dust cloud 50-60 stories high rising from ground level northwest of the twin towers as they burn. Neither tower has collapsed yet, so there should only be smoke coming from the locations where the airplanes hit. This dust/smoke indicates some kind of explosion in the area before the towers collapsed. High powered explosives must have been used in addition to the thermite-controlled demolition.

Laboratory evidence of large amounts of thermite in both the rubble at ground zero and the debris powder in lower Manhattan as well as video documentation of molten steel streaming out of one or both of the towers before collapse is irrefutable. The tower collapses were not natural, but were without a doubt assisted by heavy duty explosives.

I received my BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. I have spent the last 13 years working in the power electronics industry, working on both commercial and military contracts. I also spent 6 years in the active and reserve Army.
The official story defies the laws of physics in many ways. There was clearly insufficient caloric content in the fuel that the planes would have had on board to melt the steel structure. There is no historical precedent showing evidence for a steel structured building collapsing as a result of a fire, or a plane impact, much less falling at the speed of gravity, and falling straight down, with all of the floors reduced to rubble. The only known building collapses that bear any resemblance to this failure were those intentionally destroyed with explosives. Furthermore, building # 7 was not hit with a plane.

The visual evidence of secondary explosions plus the fact that it takes a blast furnace with forced oxygen to soften steel make it obvious there are many more facts than those that are commonly known.

WTC-7 supposedly collapsed at free fall speed from a fire. I am unaware of any other steel framed building ever collapsing from fire alone. I read the official 911 report and saw no mention of WTC-7. There should be an official investigation into the collapse of this building.

The attribution of collapse of the buildings 1, 2 and 7 of the World Trade Center in New York on the 11th of September in 2001 to fires and mechanical damage caused by impact of two jetliners is not credible. Contrasting the extent to which the wreckage from the Air India and Swissair crashes into the Atlantic Ocean was retreived and re-assembled to investigate causation, the forensic processes of the 911 investigation were indefensibly frustrated and incomplete.The NIST report into the collapse of WTC7 in particular appears to be incompetent, failing to examine the possibility of the most likely cause, and producing an abbreviated and misinterpreted model of thermal displacement of support elements as the most likely cause.

There seems to be a disconnect between the outcome and the cause of the tower's destruction. When I saw the towers implode symmetrically, in an orderly fashion, my immediate thought was that it can not happen due to a non-symmetric loading. The more the so-called experts, including the NIST engineers, tried to explain it, the murkier it got. I appreciate the effort of AE911Truth for continuing diligently to uncover the truth that does not contradict our engineering knowledge.

My BS was also in Civil and Environmental Engineering, UC Davis, June 2003. I worked as a civil engineering consultant in the private sector for nearly 10 years. My projects included building foundation design and construction oversight.
I have training in civil engineering and structural steel design; structural steel buildings do not collapse in a brittle catastrophic manner. Structural steel connections are designed to yield with plastic deformation, allowing for significant ductility/elasticity. After observing the WTC video collapses on video, I can state that it is impossible for such rapid loss of structural support to occur in the underlying floors. With fully movement-restrained connections, some mobilization of structural capacity should have occurred, resulting in a slower rate of decent, and an irregular collapse configuration.
