PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

Truth, ethics and professionalism are completely lacking in the official aftermath and investigations surrounding the 9/11 disasters. It appears we went to war predicated on false information. The manner in which the World Trade Center buildings 1, 2 and 7 were brought down, at free fall velocity and disintegrating into a pyroclastic cloud of dust and ash, suggests a contrived and controlled demolition from within. Building 7 is clearly seen collapsing from the bottom directly into its own footprint, in a typical controlled demolition style, a fact completely ignored in the official investigations. Where is the proper investigation and who really benefited from this? It is time to conduct a proper investigation to uncover the truths behind 9/11.

The speed of the falls and the downward force impulses that would have been created by the plane damage made many at UTA suspicious of the 9-11 investigation report. It is my opinion that a more complete and thorough FEA survey than the one I performed will help erode the credibility of the 9-11 report of record, and provide political pressure to bring those responsible for the 9-11 murders to trial. All aspects of the collapse of the skyscrapers on 9/11 fit perfectly with controlled demolition. The official report statement, that the skyscrapers collapsed due to the impact of the planes or falling debris, does not make sense from a technical point of view. It does not line up with the character of the collapse, the reports of people being able to descend past the impacted floors during the fires, and multiple corresponding witness reports of molten steel and secondary explosions, including the explosion on the ground floor before the first plane hit the first tower. Given the enormous undesired consequences of the skyscraper destruction and of 9/11 in general, it is crucial that the case of 9/11 is reopened in an impartial and independent investigation.

As for most of us, I can clearly remember exactly where I was and what I was doing on the moment the 9/11 attacks occurred. Well, on that day I was teaching English to Italian students at the University of Sassari in Italy; after considering the evidence you present, I am now practically ashamed to admit that on that day I defended the position of the United States as a victim of an unparalleled terrorist attack. Yet, as you so pertinently point out, the evidence was being shown to us all on the major news networks, right before our very eyes that very day, and around the world.
It a seems so incredible, but the scientific facts do indeed speak for themselves; we all must keep needling at our respective authorities to get to the very bottom of this story.

I am a bit frustrated at the fact the only media to touch the subject has been Free Speech TV. on a limited basis. The notion of this being caused by creep. The official conclusion is such BS. More than by the building collapse, I started to believe that the official history of 9/11 is false because of the high degree of difficulty of the flight manoeuvrings to impact the airplanes without help of electronic or optical guiding systems almost perfectly in the horizontal center of the towers (the second was 'drifting to the right, a little'), later the impact of United Airlines 93 with only a hole in the ground, no significant wreckage, no suitcases, no bodies. Than the maybe even more difficult flight route of American Airlines 77 to the Pentagon, destroying with precision nothing else than the department which stored highly delicate and scandalous financial information at point to explode. And the optical inspection of the crash site: nothing makes you think that here has crashed a Boeing 757, it seems like the impact of an cruise missile. Al this can't be true, and then the WTC 7, the BBC (I still resist to believe they talked about the 'collapse' before it really happened), the history of the 'hijackers', the books of Koran left in a strip-bar and found in other places, their suitcase, the flight-manuals, the history of the flight traffic controller responsible for the New York flights, and on and on and on'. About the collapse, I'm not an architect, but if you critical professionals say it was a controlled demolition (to me it seems it is), having in mind all the other incoherent circumstances, than I decide to support you. I remember to have read that on 28th July 1945 a B-25 bomber crashed in the 97th floor of the Empire State Building because of loss of orientation in dense fog without causing any known structural damage to the building. For me the demonstration of the cardboard boxes was the main reason to get involved. I believe that there were thousands of tons of material ready to stop the collapse. But the actual nearly free fall speed collapse looks very much man made to me.

I think the evidence presented by the group is startling. It seems to be well researched, thought out, and compelling. I've been to previous 9-11 truth meetings, and found many of the speakers and attendees motivated by emotion and any contrary evidence, regardless of whether it's rational. It's important to be objective. It saddens me that so many details have been lost between 9/11 and now. I think it's important for the sake of future generations that we don't allow these important details to go down the memory hole, and I believe an independent investigation should be requested and not take a permanent back seat to our current economic woes.
