PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

In addition, the collapse of building 7 is not sufficiently explained. It is my opinion that the simple collapse of steel columns supporting the upper portion of the two buildings (purportedly due to weakening by fire) and the subsequent fall of the upper section of each building would not generate the massive, immediate expulsion of debris in all directions from the buildings, and at the rate and distance from the buildings as was observed and recorded.

If you know the collapse times, if you know what fireproofing is, if you know how little fireproofing would be knocked off by the plane crashes (comparatively in terms of the whole building size), if you have a comprehension of steel and concrete strength and what would happen in a true failure, if you know EXACTLY how these towers were built--you would know that is absolutely impossible that the WTC buildings collapsed due to fire caused by airline crashes. Again, the denial of the true reasons for the WTC buildings' collapse in the architecture and engineering field must be amounted to a simple emotional unwillingness to examine the facts--and I have met many deniers.

Upon much reflection I sincerely believe that to stand by and allow the 'fog of war' to interfere in the attainment of the 'truth' is 'unpatriotic' and inexcusable on my part as a taxpaying and law-abiding US Citizen and a member of the architecture profession. The 'official' accounting as rendered by the 9/11 Commission/NIST has been measured and found to be somewhat lacking as regards scope. I have been very sceptical of the collapse of the WTC ever since that tragic morning of 9/11, when I watched on TV this horrific event unfold. A hot burning fire could never initiate such a catastrophic failure and collapse of the entire steel frame structure as was the one that occurred that day. Even if the structural damage of the impact and fire had initiated a failure of the support structure of the floors in question, then the failure would have been non symmetric, slow and gradual where the undamaged upper structure would have remained intact - a 'kinking' of the towers would have occurred. The video footage of the collapse that occurred that day is enough evidence to easily proof that a gravitational collapse of the entire structure due to fire did not occur that day (i.e. laws of physics are universal). Simple structural computer simulation and a finite element analysis could demonstrate this and proof without any reasonable doubt that the official story is incorrect. I would suggest that an accurate computer model be made available of the WTC Towers, so that students, professors and engineers around the world run the simulation and publish their results. The results should then be reviewed at an international conference of Structural Engineers and Architects and their findings made public. Any new official investigation of the event of 9/11 needs to be open to the public and transparent with international observers/media and experts present. We owe it to the victims and to our profession to get to the bottom of this quickly - let the cards fall where they may.

I study quantum physics as a hobby. I have studied it for years and and been able to identify and explain many problem associated with the Standard Model of physics. I have pointed out these problems to doctored physicists and have met with the standard answer in which the question is restated and the (initially wrong) standard textbook answer is given back to me and then another 3 minutes of explanation of something completely off topic. My biggest realization concerning the attacks on 9-11 was that it was a ploy that all governments have used throughout history to motivate their populaces to support a particular action. Some have called it a False Flag event. This is not the first time this ploy has ever been used and it WILL NOT be the last. My greatest concern is who is more to blame? The government officials who made this event happen? or the people of this country who elected them into office and continually turn a blind eye to their actions.

Although I am not an architect or engineer, I have a level of professional skepticism concerning the official story of what caused the towers to fall - especially Building 7. Please don't forget the Pentagon that was officially hit by an airplane as well - I'm sorry but two 21,000lb airplane engines don't disintegrate when they hit a cement wall. The punch out vs. punch in at the crash site is also highly irregular.
Very interested in all the truth. We've declared WAR on terror and this was the singular event leading up to this declaration. All too many eye-witnesses disagree with the official story. Things just don't add up. This event has been compared to Pearl Harbor. The events of September 2001 and the course of action taken by OUR government are all too eerily outlined in Zbigniew Brezinski's book The Grand Chessboard copyrighted in 1997. There IS more to the story - WE, THE PEOPLE, DESERVE THE TRUTH.

I fully expected, as a non-expert, for the top of the first tower to fall to the side leaving the remainder. It was strange watching it collapse into itself. I was shocked the moment I heard the 3rd building fell. First, it did not sustain heavy damage. Second, the way in which it fell was obviously controlled. I have researched and seen much video footage on the fall of the towers and there is too much evidence pointing to a planned, high level demolition. Furthermore, looking at the Pentagon, it is a physical impossibility for a large aircraft to hit a wall inside the courtyard at that particular angle. I am simply a concerned American citizen wanting the truth to come out about the great loss of life on September 11, 2001. There is too much overwhelming evidence contrary to mainstream media reports of the actual events of this horrible day. My family and I would like to see the questions of those family members answered to the best of this country's means. It is without questionable doubt that explosives as well as thermite/thermate were found in the remains of the twin towers. The average citizen does not need to think twice about the true events of September 11, 2001. World Trade Center 7 only brings this scenario into better light, as well as more questions on the table. A new investigation is demanded and expected from the citizens of America, not excluding the questions of many other nations. A worldwide event such as 9/11 demands a worldwide explanation. I have difficulty accepting the notion that the hijackers could fly the jets into the buildings yet they only had simulator experience. Firemen at the scene testified they heard a series of explosions prior to the collapse. Supposedly thermite has been discovered on the debris. Thermite is a military grade explosive. Nothing hit building 7 yet it collapsed. The official story doesn't wash.

I have been in the construction trades for over 30 years and never believed the jet fuel story. My experience has been in home building but I have also seen other explosive demolitions featured on TV and they were exactly the same as those on 911.
My opinion, it was an inside job and I believe it will eventually be confirmed by proof that those buildings were brought down by explosives.

I remember when I first saw the footage of the twin tower collapses, my first instinct was that it didn't look like a collapse according to what the media was telling us. I had no TV reception at the time, so I saw the footage quite a bit later after I heard the official story from the radio and other people. So when I finally did see it, I thought it looked wrong and more like a controlled demo. I dismissed it then, but after much research on the internet, my fears were confirmed.

I got sick and couldn't return to college, so I got a job as a clerk typist. I liked the work and decided not to go back to college. I worked my way up to secretary, and then to administrative assistant. I worked at a number of places, the longest being the National Academy of Sciences (10 years) where I was an administrative assistant. I am now retired (66 years old). I was married but my husband died young. I'm a widow. We didn't have any children.
I have watched the online video over and over. It is obvious that these collapses were NOT natural events resulting from being hit by an airplane. Especially after seeing the results of several planned demolitions. We need to know what really happened.
