PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

My name is James Alexander Moore, I grew up in Pittsburgh, PA and worked in construction for two years before going to Wittenberg University for Political Science. I have never felt contempt with the official 9/11 Commission and would like to see an independent investigation especially into the WTC7 collapse. I have always taken the events of September 11th very seriously, with flight 93 crashing only an hour drive from my home. I demand to see a proper investigation of all the events that took place that day for the families of the victims and for the people of the world that have dealt with the consequences of our reaction to that day.
The manner in which Tower seven collapsed was unlike Towers 1 and 2 in that it seemed to completely cave in on itself. I did not see one side fail before another. Therefore if the fires on the one side of the Tower were responsible for the collapse it would have fallen in that direction. Towers 1 and 2 both collapsed from the point of impact taking out the stories below it in a domino effect. I witnessed nothing like that with building 7, it was identical to a controlled demolition. From the evidence I have been presented I feel obligated to sign this petition to have a true legitimate investigation into the collapse of the World Trade Towers.

I have been in the mechanical and electrical field of repair and modification for about 12 years. I have worked closely with engineers of many disciplines. I was in the military for 4 years. I have been involved in the root cause analysis of many accidents. Some of failed structural steel and other composite materials. I have studied metallurgy and what can cause fatigue in metals. I have also studied the live and dead load of flooring and the stresses caused by each to different materials used.
Steel buildings do not naturally collapse in the manner that was witnessed on 9-11. It is not possible that 2 would have collapsed in the same manner, yet we are told to believe that 3 collapsed in that manner. (within their own footprint and at near-free fall speed) We have had much smaller incidents that have been better studied than this world changing event. It has lead to laws being passed and conflicts with at least 2 nations. Yet the study of this incident has been incomplete and in most cases compiled of flawed testing... which is shameful.

The 9/11 Commission report is completely inadequate. It does not even acknowledge the destruction of WTC-7. The NIST reports stop short of explaining the destruction of the twin towers - choosing to attempt to deal with initiation of collapse only. The symmetrical freefall destruction of WTC-7 into its footprint due to 'ordinary office fires' and a single column failure strains credulity beyond its limits. Real investigations by the National Transportation Safety Board, Chemical Safety Board, etc. are thorough and to the highest ethical and professional standards - using all available evidence to arrive at logical science-based conclusions. This type of investigation has yet to occur for the events of 9/11. The current dubious conclusions of the 9/11 investigation require cherry-picked evidence, a secret model that is off limits to peer review, and exclusion of contradictory evidence. The process used was anything but scientific. It is long past due for a truly professional and science-based inquiry into the tragic events of 9/11. We owe it to the victims and the families of those killed on that fateful day.

I have always felt that the events on 9/11 have been questionable, too many unanswered questions. The amount of damage does not seem to match the final outcome of the buildings. It was obvious to me upon first watching (I saw it live on TV) that all the buildings were controlled collapses. For our country to believe anything else while the proof is self-evident is almost a mass hypnosis. Although it is a deeply-felt shock to contemplate the depth and layers of the lies and betrayal, the healing process begins with an insistence upon a new investigation with such careful eye to scientific data that it becomes free from manipulation. I believe we will be looking back on this time in history as a very black period indeed and will be hard-pressed to explain to our incredulous future progeny and great-grandchildren how the majority of people remained silent... even though they did not believe in the official explanations. I'm a journeyman machinist by trade and inspector by occupation with no expertise in complex structural buildings. I do have good mechanical abilities and have an eye for detail. Destructive testing is used in manufacturing as a tool for better design.
Weeks after 9/11 I searched out info especially the comments from the firefighters. There was a lot of chatter on the radio dispatch about exploding sounds in these buildings. You can compare similar results from demolitions in Las Vegas when they demolish casinos.

I would like a full researched and proven explanation for such as this. The people of the U.S. DESERVE a new full investigation on what REALLY took place on 9/11 and orchestrated by whom. No way building of the size would just collapse straight down on their own and building 7 is even more convincing of this. In my experience it would be impossible for any standing structure (particularly one with the core construction incorporated into the towers) to suffer a catastrophic vertical failure as witnessed by millions of viewers since the destruction of the WTC. anyone who has fallen large trees will tell you that when you cut a wedge from any standing structure, as was effectively done with the impacts, the stucture will fall in the direction of the wide end of the wedge.

I have worked on construction of high rise buildings in the 70s (i.e. the 62 story UCB, at that time, Bldg in downtown LA , CA; which at the time was the tallest building there) and know that it is impossible for a building to fall into itself by accident.
High rise buildings cannot fall into themselves by accident, end of story. The 911 destruction was not an accident!

I was in Hawaii at the time of the 'attacks' and collapse and watching it on TV seemed unreal. The towers falling straight down seemed too perfect. Neither tower seemed to vary 1 foot from it's straight down trajectory...as if there wasn't a bit of resistance below it.

I am concerned as to why Building #7 fell some time after the twin towers fell without a plane crashing into it and no fires around the building. Also alarming me was the fact that there WAS thermite traces found in the solidified molten metal and dust samples.

Work at University Libraries in Iowa City, Iowa. I have two children and 2 grandchildren. I read a lot. I was 14 when Kennedy was assassinated and have researched this extensively over the years. Knowing how the Warren Commission report was a big lie and cover up, it was easy for me to see the same thing happening with the 911 commission's report. All the red flags went off and I started researching this also.
When you look at all the details of 911, it becomes obvious that it was an inside job. The only reason people don't know about this is that they can't accept that anything like this could happen in our country. I feel that it has. It took me 40 years to accept that Kennedy's assassination was an inside job.

I worked in construction for 30+ yrs. I worked out of the carpenters union in several states. I mainly worked on poured in place concrete and concrete and steel structures.
I have examined many sources of information both pro and con. I am convinced that collapse of the 3 buildings on 9 / 11 is the result of controlled demolitions. I am an 81-year-old widowed female who witnessed via TV the 911 World Trade Center buildings' horrors. I have been willing up until now to take the word of what was spoken by the press as to the cause of the tragedy. I did not go along with Michael Moore, but after these years have passed, with much time to read, listen, and watch the videos displayed, logic begins to form a different picture, and I would like an investigation to take place to learn the truth.
We must learn the truth from facts, science, and testimony. What I now see and learn from videos, etc. is that there is more than what meets the eye. Any underlying deliberate causes of the collapses must be cleared for posterity.
