PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

Then served two years as a missionary in Finland, got my higher education at Ricks College, and then went on to get the degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology at Arizona State University in 1980. I took a job with the Boeing Company primarily as weight & balance engineer on the hydrofoil program with some time on airplanes and electronics (7 years total) before I became disabled by chemical sensitivities from an indeterminate combination of cigarette smoke, carpet out-gassing, solvents, synthetic perfumes, etc. at work, on the road, and in our mobile home. Thus, I moved back to the mountains where I am isolated from most normal social interaction, so the internet is a huge boon for me, since I have a positive ventilation system set up to exhaust my computer equipment to protect myself.
I had studied the previous incidents of Oklahoma Murrah building, the Waco massacre, Tonkin Gulf, Pearl Harbor, etc. so was prepared enough to recognize immediately when I saw on Fox satellite news that the towers went down on the morning of 9-11, that they were taken down by pre-planted explosives'the little bit of video they show made it blazingly obvious. And just as divulged by the news, it was a New Pearl Harbor event' but I knew few Americans comprehended the full meaning of that admission. We also heard later that day of the other building that collapsed. I am fortunate in having a wife who is likewise aware. I told all I knew my view, but most thought it impossible' or rather did not want to face what was obvious from the evidence. I heard fairly early of the molten metal in the basements and couldn't help suspect nuclear involvement, so was very interested when Steven E. Jones found thermite and then super-thermite. I cringed at his involvement as co-chair of the 911 website with Fetzer.

Furthermore the acceleration (and disintegration) of the upper part of the building is clear evidence of a controlled demolition (compare also videos of failed controlled demolitions where the upper half is still standing).

For the first time in history 3 steel skeleton structures collapse for, supposedly due to some fires. But the fires are so small that they are only visible here & there. If the fires were so hot, the glass would have melted/shattered long before the steel making the so-called inferno clearly visible at every opening all around the buildings. The damage due to the planes was eccentric, so why was the collapse concentric? How did 3 steel buildings, allegedly in a condition of unstable static equilibrium, collapse in stable dynamic equilibrium? IMPOSSIBLE. I put aside all the ways in which it might have been done, Modern explosives placed at critical points would have done it. But put that all aside: The fact is that they were brought down; the physics & structural principles are incontrovertible. The method & reasons etc can be nutted out later. The 'squibs' which are officially claimed to be dust/smoke exhausting have too high a velocity for pumping exhaust...they emit at the velocity of explosive shock waves, equally all the way around. Just one other structural observation: At the Pentagon one evidence was supposed to be the bent over light-poles...so neatly leaning; from a 500mph aircraft impact?! Those light-poles would have been folded at the impact point, ripped out and left in a mangled mess some hundreds of metres away! So they were either toppled by small charges, or pulled over by ropes tied to a truck (the previous evening?). There is more structural observations I could make, but the above have not been stressed enough on your site, hence my comments. Please update your site to include/emphasize the above observations. A land surveyor often stakes offices and other large buildings and we sometimes monitor these and adjoining buildings during construction. Any observant person can see the redundancy in the building construction.
No single column failure would result in a catastrophic collapse. All three buildings fell into the path of MOST resistance, not least resistance. This is impossible without removing the resistance. This is why there has been no record of a steel framed building collapsing in the way the three Manhattan buildings collapsed. Close up views of the North Tower show the building disintegrating above the impact area and the top of the building is descending while the portion of the building below the impact is not moving, proving that a demolition is taking place. The South Tower is tilting into the path of least resistance and suddenly it collapses straight down into the path of greatest resistance. The North and South Towers were hit at greatly different heights leaving the South Tower with substantially more weight above the impact area than the North Tower, yet somehow the physics of this great (crushing) weight did not accelerate the collapse of the South Tower in any significant way over the North Tower. Building No. 7 is clearly, without a doubt, a controlled demolition. The fact that if there was not foul play then those in control of the investigations and the Justice dept would have no qualms in allowing a fully independent investigation. In fact, if they are as innocent as they claim, a fully independent investigation would exonerate them. This was about the Caspian Sea and the oil and gas pipelines through Afghanistan and the uncooperative Taliban who were opposing the CentGas pipeline.

It seems to me that having three unprecedented collapses of ruggedly built steel buildings in one day is grounds for a complete and open investigation. Steel building have NEVER collapsed this way in the past nor in the time since 911 the world over. The extreme rate of fall of WT 1,2, and 7 seems to indicate that the support columns of all there buildings were compromised by a force other than fire. Video of the day shows unexplained rapid ejections of materials well below the main part of the failing structures. The videos quite possibly show evidence of controlled demolition. Sadly the video is all we have to work with at this point since all of the physical evidence was illegally hauled away and melted down.

The theory that the towers came down through office fires is not plausible and incoherent. It does not agree with our knowledge of steel structures. When a scientific theory is rejected by a substantial number of your colleagues, one cannot simply ignore this and pretend to go on as usual. Within the academic world, such an attitude is considered unscientific. Within our post-911 world this attitude is primarily seen as immoral. It is clear that the people want that we stop and account for what has happened. So far, they feel this has not been done. If this is the will of the people, then there ought to be a follow-up. It is indeed a decision between going on and stopping. It is truly a paradox. When we decide to go on as usual our future will come to a halt. Yet, when we stop now and provide an account, a new and certain future will open up that is based on their trust and confidence.

This experience includes the design of complex electro-mechanical devices, hydraulic systems and controls, centrifugal pumps and miscellaneous mining and construction equipment. These activities have included design of machined detail parts, structural steel weldments, castings and forgings and the specifying of high strength steel, stainless steel and aluminum alloys, non-metallic materials, casting and forging processes, heat treatments, manufacturing processes and protective finishes. I have also developed test procedures, monitored product testing and written numerous test reports including detailed analysis of product reliability issues and failures. Additionally I have prepared design specifications and managed component development projects from concept to production. Though now semi-retired, I work part time as a licensed residential home inspector in the state of North Carolina.
The available video, audio and eye witness evidence abundantly demonstrates that the three primary WTC skyscrapers which collapsed on September 11, 2001, could not have fallen as a result of either aircraft impact or due to the relatively low temperatures generated by hydrocarbon fuel and/or office furniture fires. The free fall nature of these collapses coupled with the very high heat indicated by molten metal observed falling from the buildings and at ground zero is indicative of mechanisms using very high temperature incendiary devices. These must have been carefully pre-installed and then sequentially detonated in order to sever primary structure within these buildings thus enabling precipitous and uniform collapse. Numerous other evidence supports this theory including eye-witness accounts of explosions occurring immediately prior to and during these collapses, the complete and total pulverization of tons of steel, concrete, office furniture and human bodies which occurred during this event and the completely burned out hulks of automobiles and other vehicles parked near these buildings at ground zero. Such sequential explosions, elevated temperatures and total destruction could not be the result of building collapses initiated by impact and very localized fire and then completed by the force of gravity alone. Further the collapse of these three buildings visually models precisely the speed and uniform collapse of steel-framed high rise buildings intentionally destroyed by controlled demolition.

I have a BSME and 30+ years as a construction and mining engineer designing and working with heavy machinery in open pit mining where explosives are used.
I want more research to explain what happened, at least with WTC 7. The video of its collapse doesn't seem to agree with what we are being told. My experience with structural steel in heavy machinery is that it would more likely yield than fracture and I don't think it would free fall.

It is blatantly obvious that all three buildings were brought down by controlled demolition. The buildings were structurally sound and there wasn't any propellant present to create enough heat to melt steel except those propellants added by the people that planted the explosive charges. The jet fuel would have burned off pretty quickly and the subsequent building fire would have been controlled by NYFD. No similar building has ever collapsed due to fire. There is also no proof that the hijacked planes were the ones that flew into the buildings.

There is irrefutably mounting evidence and speculation that indicates the media reporting on the attacks were misinformed, biased, and in some cases outright wrong. Watching the 9/11 commission and the politics surrounding it caused me to question the answers that came from it. As an engineer who understands the fundamentals of science, I can't imagine how fire brought down Building 7. If Building 7 fell due to something other than fire, then questions regarding the other buildings come into play. I demand a proper investigation into 9/11!

I am a mechanical engineer with a Master of Science degree, a Professional Engineer license in State of California, and 32 years of working experience. I do not have experience with building structures, but I still find the explanations for the symmetrical collapse of building 7 (fire and vibration) to be unacceptable.
The Building 7 collapse is very suspicious, and the lack of a much more thorough and transparent investigation is not acceptable. The people that are chosen for carrying out an investigation must be selected by a public voting process, not by the political figures who may have a different agenda.

Basic laws of mathematics, engineering and physics are clearly broken if we follow the mainstream narrative. Steel structure collapse has NEVER happened due to sky scraper fires, especially since previous fires were much more severe and rendered zero collapses. Focus on Building 7 - it is the key - it is impossible to have discussions open to debate about this building. Focus on Larry Silverstien - he is also the key and has provided conflicting and closed responses when pressured during interviews from such excellent reporters as Luke Rudkowski. Finally the BBC release stating that building 7 had collapsed when it was still standing behind Jane Standley, and the official explanation provided by the BBC when questioned is enough evidence to show that the public is not being disclosed the full story, and therefore is not being allowed to hold to account the real responsible parties.

My experience relates to infrastructure design (hydrology, hydraulics, grading and earthwork). In addition, I have spent 3 years doing structural retrofitting of large warehouses in order to bring them up to code and increase their hurricane wind resistance.
I do not have enough experience to dissect and double check all of the original structural calculations of the towers. However I do thoroughly understand the laws of physics, building geometry, and materials of construction, and I agree with many other engineers' opinions that the towers would not fall the way they did from a single impact. I thoroughly believe that the towers came down due to controlled demolition.

I've seen videos of the collapse of the twin towers and building 7 and I don't believe the collapses were caused by airliner collisions. The collapses do very much resemble controlled demolition. I don't want to believe it but the facts cannot be ignored.

Since the first time I saw first footages that day (I was 17), my thought was that the way the towers came down was very strange. Now I think, as lot of you, to know exactly why. At 15 years of distance we sadly learn that 9-11 was the beginning of a worldwide war escalation and the WTC was a way like any other to prepare people for that. Also the demolition of towers has been big bussiness for few.

Early in my career I worked in the design and erection of steel elevated water tanks and pedestrian bridges. I then became a filtration system specialist, working with process equipment in numerous industries including cement, lime, and steel. I've visited and worked on projects in more than 35 countries. I have also conducted technical seminars regarding design, operation and troubleshooting of ventilation systems. From the day 9/11 happened, my intuition was that the twin towers could not collapse the way they did without explosives. These buildings did not fall, they clearly exploded. As for building 7, it's almost comical how Mr. Shyam Sunder from NIST is able to keep a straight face when presenting the official story. He's likely the best paid actor in the acting business. Or his knowledge of this subject can be used to put all of the demolition companies and experts out of business.

I attended the University of Tennessee Knoxville where I majored in Civil & Environmental Engineering and received a BS degree in 1975 and MS in 1977. I worked primarily for environmental regulatory agencies of the State of Tennessee in the areas of coal mining regulation focusing on water impacts and solid and hazardous waste. I retired in 2013.
From everything I have read (and I have been interested in this from the beginning and have read quite a bit) I seriously doubt that the impact of the planes or fires resulting from the plane crashes caused the collapse of the towers. A diesel fire just doesn't burn hot enough and not nearly enough heat near the top would be transmitted to the bottom of the support columns to cause significant weakening. Even in the unlikely event that a weakening and collapse of part of the structure started near the top, the lower structure would most likely retain enough strength to resist a 'pancake' type collapse. And if one accepts that the structure could collapse under the weight of the upper levels, it would be a slow, uneven collapse, not the 'free fall' type collapse that occurred. Such an event would only result from explosive charges placed throughout the building as in a controlled demolition which this most certainly was. And the fine pulverization of the structures also points to use of massive amounts of explosives rather than a slow collapse.

I have a BS in Civil Engineering, with a major in Structural Engineering. I work as a project manager/engineer in the structural steel industry. I design and build large structural steel buildings for a living.
How the 3 towers failed defies the science and rules which we practice under as a profession. With respect to the future growth of knowledge, this event needs to be investigated correctly. We need to determine how the science of structural engineering and material properties seemed to stop being valid for that 1 day, for those 3 buildings.
