PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

I served as a junior student apprenticeship with HW Belfast (where the Titanic was built!) At lunch time I sometimes climbed up the old rusting gantries to get a good view of Belfast harbor and to take photographs of the CANBERRA at its fitting-out location. I studied Naval Architecture at the Belfast Technical college and at Poplar Technical College London, England. I worked for one year as a petrochemical piping draughtsman for Procon Great Britain Ltd, an American Company. I joined a small shipyard, on the river Thames, as Assistant to the Yard Manage for W.R. Cunis Limited, producing design drawings and inspection of subbed out work, welding inspection, tolerance inspection, vessel damage inspection, cost estimating, rudder calculations etc. I emigrated to Canada via the EMPRESS OF CANADA JULY 1967 to commence work in BC with Robert Allen LTD. Naval Architect. I worked for the Federal Government for approximately thirteen (13) years as a Marine inspector (TI7) for Transport Canada I have witnessed several vessel fires. One of the fires was on a steel hulled old - retiring- BC Ferry, which, in association with a Lloyds' Surveyor, we verified it safe to travel to Mexico from Vancouver BC. I inspected the damage for Transport Canada. The fire commenced from a welders spark. The spark ignited a large pile of donated clothing that was situated under a hydraulic hose line from a header tank. The header-tank then dumped the oil on the burning clothing. The paint was burned off the bulkhead and part of the deck buckled some-what. Outboard of the damaged area the deck was undamaged and restricted the expansion of the steel. The heated steel had no choice but to buckle, as it was being held captive by the intact cold steel. The fire did not burn holes in the deck or bulkhead!
I live in Canada and feel that if the local Loggers were asked to climb up all trees and cut off each tree at 10 feet intervals commencing at the top, to satisfy a request for 10 ft length of logs, that they would tell the supervisor to go and take a hike! Similarly no TERRORIST would waste, (1.) Time. (2.) Waste Cutting Charges; to bring a tower such as WTC towers #1, #2, #3 vertically down, almost, into its own foot print. To cause maximum damage a terrorist would copy the usual method of logging, i.e. take out the equivalent to a wedge shape out of the bottom of the towers, core steel members, causing them to fall almost intact sideways in the direction that would cause them to strike other buildings and block roads. The presence of Thermite and Nano-thermite has been found in the WTC (World Trade Center) dust. Therefore, explosive and thermal cutting charges were used to bring down the WTC. From high school physics, one may remember the simple demonstration of a transparent glass tube, about six (6) feet long, sealed at each end by a small circular piece of glass. The tube, being about two and a half inches in diameter, and containing three objects, a small coin, a feather, and a small lead ball. The question put to the students being, If I hold this tube vertically so that the feather, lead ball and coin are resting on the bottom and suddenly invert the tube by rotating the tube in such a manner that the three objects remain at the end, by centrifugal force, and stop with the objects in the tube in a vertical upright position, which object will fall and hit the bottom first? Most students will say that the lead ball would hit the bottom first (reason lead is heavy, very dense, has a lot of mass for its size). What actually takes place is that all three objects, feather, coin, and lead ball, strike the bottom end of the tube at the same time. The students are amazed! The teacher then explains that he had omitted to tell them that the air had been removed from the tube Because of lack of air inside the tube (a vacuum having been applied to the inside of the tube) all objects fall at the same speed due to Earths gravity. The demonstration would usually be followed by a story of Sir Isaac Newton and the apple plus more details on gravity. From the available videos of all three WTC towers they fell at near free fall speed i.e. To explain free fall, if you jumped off say tower #7, without a parachute, at the same time as the cutting charges were set off, you would hit the ground at the same time as the top of the tower! 6.5 seconds being the approximate near free fall time. In Dr. Steven Jones paper, there is a photograph of the top of, from memory, WTC tower #2, rotating sideways. Have you ever seen a tree being cut down, falling with rotation sideways? Does the tree suddenly break up into say two foot sections as it rotates? Why then would the top of WCT tower#2 not continue to rotate in one piece until clear of the lower section? You may look at the videos on the internet or youtube and see what took place. Note: ''With the top section of the building removed, loosely hinged, a partial downward force would be applied to one edge of the lower portion of WTC #2. The only fire in the building was caused by an aircraft and by this time all of the fuel had burned up. There was no fire in the lower portion of the building so, with the top of the building removed, the core steel structure would have experienced a reduced load and would not have collapsed without the use of demolition cutting charges. I have attempted to keep my analysis super simple so that your young children can understand what has been written.

This item alone and its physical nature, coupled with the pool of molten metal in the basement makes the whole case for a controlled demolition by use of Termite cutters, pretty solid proof.

I worked on the Standard Oil Building design team at Perkins and Will Partnership (1972-74), when it topped out as the tallest building in the world. That was just weeks before Yamaski's Detroit design team's 1st World Trade Center tower topped out and beat us for that record. Our Chicago team was joint ventured with the NYC-based building design firm Edward Durrell Stone. Each tower design team had been following the work of the other for several years. Many of us became friends and associates. I reviewed and studied the 911 FEMA structural analysis report of the New York City and Pentagon incidents when it was published and noted hundreds of discrepancies and apparently deliberate omissions. I worked on several major project designs for over a decade with the Seattle-based structural design firm that designed the World Trade Center towers. I was intimately familiar with the structural characteristics of the WTC towers. They were quite obviously deliberately demolished internally by high-temperature explosives placed by professional demolition experts at hundreds of key structural joints. There is no other way those buildings could collapse within their own footprints as they did.
This was a deliberate act on the part of those who already had all the access to the WTC site that they required; they used the airliner attacks as a diversion. Apparently they were aware of the planned air attacks and used that knowledge to their internal American political strategic advantage. The Neocons?

The official study of the cause of the WTC destruction is clearly inadequate, as it is doubtful that aircraft could cause the towers to free fall into their own footprint without controlled demolition. Also, Building 7 was clearly too far away from the twin towers to have been destroyed by the collapse of the towers. Cell phone calls from passengers lacked air cabin background noise, suggesting that the aircraft landed elsewhere and the calls were made from the ground, not to mention that cell calls from moving high-altitude aircraft is highly problematic. Finally, the fact that all debris was hurriedly and illegally removed before a thorough forensic study is highly suspicious, pointing to an 'inside job'.

As I'm not from an engineering background, for me to comment on the collapse is not correct, but in regards to Tower 7, the fact that it collapsed and also was broadcasted (BBC) to collapse even before it actually did proves to me that this event has been a planned demolition. Tower 7 had nothing to do with the other towers being hit and therefore can't really understand how this can trigger another tower to fall.

The videos of the towers falling appears that the buildings collapsed in a manner consistent with a demolition of a building. Building #7 collapsed to the first floor with the roof still level; also, as it was coming down there were explosions that made it appear consistent with a demolition. Because of the similarities between these buildings' collapses and a planned demolitions I would like to see an independent investigation into the events of that day.

Ridiculous Theory or Supposed Conclusion by Official Sources. I've compared videos of Controlled Demolition, including those by Bush Family/Associate Corporation 'Controlled Demolition, Incorporated' which show exactly the same characteristics as all the buildings in NYC which collapsed, including those that HAD NOT been hit by jet planes. If one merely compares how one tower which had been hit by Jet and another which had not, logic and years of field experience & scholastic research would all concur that under two vastly different conditions (one hit by multiple airliners and the other not) must show different 'collapse' characteristics. I.G. If one used lighter fluid to burn one building and high explosives in another, videos of the two collapses would have NOT looked anything alike. Therefore, one building (using different construction materials) that was hit by plane and another not hit by plane should look and collapse differently, but they do not in the videos we have all seen. Simple unbeatable, common sense logic based on real observations, not guesswork, spin or theory.

At the time of the event, I always remember my husband saying, But why would the whole building come down? I dismissed his comments, because we all saw what happened over and over again on TV. When I recently saw an Islamic website disclaiming the attacks, I thought, Who are you trying to kid?! Then...I came across the 9/11 so-called 'conspiracy theories', and re-watched the collapses, listened to theories about explosives, and I now believe, as does my husband, that there is NO WAY those aeroplane attacks were the cause of steel-girded buildings collapsing at gravitational speed. And what about WTC7? No areoplane hit that building, yet it collapsed in seconds. I agree with the architects, engineers and others that there are discrepancies to the official story, and these need to be properly and thoroughly investigated. Some investigators say they found evidence of thermite explosives. This must be looked into. Too many people lost their lives, too many families were bereaved for us to allow anything less than the truth to be uncovered. Now our eyes have been opened, collectively, we must stand together to fight for truth. Without it, our world is lost in corruption, evil and wicked sin.

I have been very upset about what supposedly occurred on 9/11, and I will fight until the government admits it's wrong doings, till the day I die, I will not stand for these lies. Building 7 is very key to this argument. The circumstantial evidence with 9/11 is very abundant. And, I believe that Steven Jones' scientific evidence being conjured up makes the case of a government cover up irrefutable. We cannot allow innocent people to die in vain. I hate that the media is not really covering this, we have to tell everyone the truth.

Explosives. That's all there is to it. The government is twisted. Unfortunately, the rule the last say in anything. They can make about anything appear or disappear. Therefore, they believe they can hide the truth and reality about what happened. They thought they had it planned out accordingly with a fine toothed comb. But I know- we all know. They are corrupt liars and there is no one there to protect us in the end, not even under oath, but ourselves. The towers collapsed because they were forced to go down, not because of the planes. Anyone ever play the game Topple? Same scenario. The heavier an area gets, it will cause a lot of damage to the rest. So you mean to tell me... that the 4 floors above each tower were more damaged and had more than double the weight of the ONE floor in each building, and thousands of more gallons of jet fuel, but didn't cause the building to collage? It was four floors down that was the cause? Wrong. None of the floors were to blame... because explosives WERE used. We were made a mockery of our government.-

I wish there was something I could say about myself that wasn't already public knowledge, but then again, perhaps the greatest qualities of an individual rest in the heart, and the heart is something that must be revealed, for no matter the duration of one can be subjected to abject humiliation and psychological torture, only the individual knows what their heart speaks of.
The reason and logic of the event that occurred on 9/11 support conclusions far different than those that have been systematically conditioned into the masses through systems of non-rational propaganda. In the early years after 2001 I was an avid reader of everything about 9/11 that could be found. I've watched all kinds of videos including Loose Change, among others. I am VERY familiar with the work and the research done on the collapse of the towers and I fully support re-opening the investigation. NIST white-washed scientific facts and theories and came up with a preposterous explanation that any reasonable person could shoot holes through. A&E has by far and away done some of the best research and study and fact-finding on this issue. Their work should be recognized and funded.

I never understood why there was no elaboration on the news of Bldg 7's collapse. It simply was reported and there was no further information given. Furthermore, as a jeweler, my experience with metals is that it gives when heat is applied. I expected the structure at the towers to fold... this did not occur.

The plane attacks were shocking. When the buildings fell, I was amazed and somewhat skeptical. It seemed to me highly unlikely that they should have collapsed from the impact of the planes and the resultant fires. When Building 7 came down, I was convinced it was an inside job. The fact that my country is STILL in Afghanistan as a result is deeply troubling to me.

I have been studying and scrutinizing the events of 9/11 for the past few years.
Due to the advent of DNA testing, many jailed citizens have been exonerated of the crimes that they were convicted of perpetrating. With, now 9 years plus having passed, a lot of evidence (or lack of evidence that should be there) has been exposed in the events of 9/11/01. Putting all of this evidence aside for a moment, I want to focus in on just one FACT that cannot be disputed. That fact is that, based on the near free fall speed of all three buildings of the WTC collapses, there would have to be zero physical resistance below the crash site for these buildings to fall at that speed. That is the law of physics and cannot be debunked. The only way that these building could have fallen was that the physical resistance was removed as the building fell. The only possible way for this to occur is explosives and thermite charges. This fact alone, should have been investigated a long time ago! This fact, taken by itself conclusively proves that these buildings were brought down by controlled demolition. The rest of the evidence is just icing on the cake. It is that one critical fact that has not been answered by the 9/11 Commission or anyone else in government for that matter. It is the fact that this question, alone, has been answered by A&E for 9/11 Truth. Aside from the laws of phyics, physical evidence of thermite in the dust and pools of molten steel, which burned for months following the collapses, under all 3 buildings has never been addressed by an official investigative panel. The events of 9/11 have been utilized by the U.S. government as a platform to further an agenda of pre-emptive wars and restrictive legislation upon the citizens of America! Even though the official theory has been shot to pieces, people still hang on to their total and absolute trust in their government. When you look at means, motive and opportunity, coupled with the shutdown of NORAD and the three WTC buildings being laced with explosives and thermite prior to 9/11, as is evident in the dust and the molten steel, it leaves room for only one conclusion. Someone or many, in government, had prior knowledge and conspired to cause the tragedy of 9/11/2001. The truth about the events of that day must come to the fore if we are to regain control of our country once again! The events of 9/11 were the platform that was used to further their political agenda. Exposing the truth about what really happened on that day will have a profound effect on what happens in the future, as sadly we have seen over the last 9 years. The truth has to be exposed for all of the world to see and those accountable must be tried for treason! Now is the time for American's to take their country back and restore the rule of law to this nation. The never ending war on terrorism was based on the lies of 9/11. Now it's payback time, their reign is over!! Expose 9/11 and the house of cards comes crashing down!!
